Allium Restaurant In San donà di piave

Food was excellent, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. We ordered white wine, yet the waiter did not change the red wine glasses, which is a basic detail you would expect at this level. Overall, the service was very poor — there was little to no attention from the staff. No one followed up to check if everything was alright, and we were not even offered dessert. It felt like the waiters were disengaged and not attentive to customers at all. To make matters worse, we had to wait a good 5–10 minutes just to pay the bill, which added to the frustration. A real shame, because the food deserves much better service to match.

An elegant and well-kept restaurant with an elaborate and far from banal seafood menu, but which ultimately fell short of expectations in terms of quality and service.
