The staff is very young, yet truly cohesive and competent, thanks to the far-sighted guidance of Andrea Fasan, who, together with his multifaceted team, always manages to make you feel at home, a guest of a special family. Thanks to the attention to every detail and its lush, furnished garden, Ristorante da Guido is, in my opinion, undoubtedly the most beautiful location in Jesolo and the surrounding area: if you love excellent food, impeccable service, and a refined yet family-friendly atmosphere, "da Guido" remains an essential choice in every season. Highly trained also for catering, banquets, and takeout.

10/05/2025: Situato in una zona non troppo “turistica”. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Cibo molto buono (tagliere di cicchetti, risotto asparagi e scampi, frittura di calamari e tiramisù, tutto squisito).

02/08/2025: Recensione – Ristorante Garibaldi, Sottomarina Dopo una settimana passata a mangiare male e buttare via soldi, siamo finalmente incappati — per puro caso — in questo angolo di paradiso. Un luogo dove il pesce di ottima qualità è protagonista, accompagnato da un servizio attento e professionale, ormai raro da trovare. Dall’antipasto crudo al bollito misto, ogni piatto è stato un piccolo capolavoro: materie prime eccellenti, cotture perfette, sapori puliti e autentici. Si percepisce l’amore e il rispetto per la tradizione, con un tocco di eleganza moderna. Sul prezzo: molti guardano solo quello, ma qui è coerente con la qualità offerta. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più per mangiare bene, essere serviti con cortesia e passare una serata piacevole, che risparmiare e poi pentirsene — magari con una notte in bianco. Complimenti davvero: non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

20/07/2025: My wife ordered a €70 tasting menu and received the same dish twice. We politely pointed this out, and her first response was, "Well, what do you want to do? Eat it, otherwise we'll throw it away." Then, while my wife, obediently, ate the same dish for the second time, the owner came to the table to convince us that it wasn't true that the same dish had been served twice (it's incredible to want to deny the evidence at all costs, but why?), telling me, "You talk too much," "You should just go to the kitchen and say thank you for cooking for you," and other similar remarks. We never insulted her; in fact, we obeyed this time too, and after paying, I went to the kitchen to thank the guys who cooked for us. Everyone has their own rules at home. Here, the owner has hers: "Come in, eat what we bring you, if I ask you how it's going, tell me everything's fine, then pay, go thank the kitchen, and go back to your house, and be quiet."

11/07/2025: A journey through textures and flavors, with cicchetti (small plates) that enclose authentic dishes created with harmonious gastronomic thought. The wine selection is very interesting, including by the glass. The location is traditional yet elegant.

14/06/2025: Piuttosto delusi da quello che abbiamo mangiato, ci domandiamo se sia cambiata la gestione viste le ottime recensioni precedenti. Il posto è gradevole, più rustico all'esterno più elegante all'interno. Il servizio è cortese ma freddo. Antipasti passabili ma non eccezionali; primi e secondi piatti tutti troppo elaborati per cui il sapore del pesce che dovrebbe farla da padrone viene surclassato da pesto o speck o burrata o qualunque altra cosa. Un po' di semplicità non guasterebbe.
