26/07/2026: Please note, the management has changed, and it was a disappointment. Yesterday, July 25, 2026, around 8:45 PM, I went to this restaurant with my mother-in-law, a visiting friend, and two 9-year-old girls. I politely asked for a table for three adults and two girls. From the first moment, I had the feeling they were looking for excuses not to serve us. First, I was told there were no seats available outside. However, there were two free tables. When I pointed this out, they replied that those tables could no longer be occupied because it was getting late. I accepted the explanation and said we could sit inside. Then another excuse arrived: they told me they were short-staffed and that we would have to wait about 20 minutes before being served. I replied that it was no problem and that in the meantime, we would go get a drink next door. Instead of accepting this solution, another excuse arrived. I was told that, in reality, they didn't even know if they would be able to serve us due to the lack of staff, and shortly thereafter, we were informed that they wouldn't serve us. The strangest thing was that the restaurant wasn't at all full. There were two free tables outside, and only three or four inside. For this reason, the constant justifications seemed unbelievable. Every time I agreed to a condition or proposed a solution, a new excuse would emerge. In the end, the conclusion was simply that they wouldn't serve us. I left feeling deeply sad and disappointed. The Barchessa has a very special meaning to me, because it's where my husband proposed to me. It's truly sad to return to such an important place and feel like you're not welcome. I can't say what the real reason for this was. However, as a Black woman, I couldn't help but feel that my skin color may have influenced the way I was treated. I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but that's the feeling I left with. Unfortunately, with the change in management, the experience was completely different from what I fondly remembered.

25/07/2026: I was there for my girlfriend's brother's wedding, the location was stunning, perfectly maintained and the gardens, given the period (late July), were in perfect condition. We ate outside and everything was perfectly organised with various stands where, for example, you could eat freshly fried fish, given the temperature there were various fans with nebulisers to keep you cooler, certainly as regards mosquitoes, disinfestation was done as I didn't see a single mosquito all day. We couldn't use the swimming pool but the fact that it was there and was perfectly maintained was a plus. As for dinner, we ate a selection of various first courses (spinach risotto cooked perfectly and the tagliolini were also very tasty) and for the second course a fillet with delicious pumpkin sauce. I haven't tried the rooms but I think that given the standard of the villa they will certainly be up to par. As for the bathrooms and infrastructure, everything was very clean and well-functioning. The park is very large, with a small lake and an island where we held the ceremony, protected from the sun by a very beautiful pergola.

23/07/2026: What can I say? A beautiful villa, one of a kind, the food is divine, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional, the welcome is excellent, and I can only recommend it.

02/05/2026: Chosen for the play area and extensive menu... Tamara was very kind from the moment we called to make the reservation... even more so once we arrived. We have a two-year-old, and when it was time to eat, Tamara brought us special children's cutlery, an extra plate, a disposable bib, and even a little gift for the little one... Very kind staff, ready and prepared to welcome the children. Delicious pizza... Recommended place

14/06/2026: Upon our arrival at the restaurant, we were escorted to our table. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone from the staff checking on us. After I asked if there was a manager available, the server showed up and asked us what kind of water we would like to like. When he delivered our water, he brought us a cocktails menu. We order our cocktails and sadly we need it to wait for them for another 20 minutes. At that point I was done and ready to leave the restaurant. However, the rest of the company convinced me to stay and try the food. We ordered the three-course menu and sadly it was most disappointing food I have ever had. My wife and I have been dining for many years in a great reputable restaurants, including 1, 2 and 3 Michelin stars places. Unfortunately, this restaurant completely missed the turn to the Michelin stars! Absolutely waste of time and money. DO NOT recommend this establishment. It is bad from the service to the food. We even declined our desert.

14/06/2026: A quality restaurant years ago, but recently strangely disappointing and disjointed. The dishes don't at all reflect what you sometimes see online, and overall, they taste rather bland: undefined flavors, little aromatic depth, and a general feeling of monotony throughout. The service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. Three or four different waiters took turns at our table of two, creating a confusing and disorganized atmosphere: orders forgotten, the table only partially cleared, uncertain and superficial presentations of dishes, until new courses were served to a still-dirty table. Furthermore, the restaurant was three-quarters empty on a Saturday night in June. Clearly a place in decline.

28/06/2026: If you are headed to Venice by car, this is the perfect place to stop. Beautiful pool, nicely done country decor throughout. The staff was extremely helpful and explained which trains to take, printed a train schedule for us, explained the best free parking locations. Very clean and beautiful place to stay.

11/06/2026: We read about this restaurant and went there on our first night whist staying at the Hotel Venice Resort. They were out of fillet steak and so we opted for the only steak alternative. It was poor quality and tough. The pepper sauce was average, as was the service, on a Sunday whilst they accommodated a birthday party. Steak, wine and tiramisu came to €91. Overpriced and disappointing.

20/05/2026: We only ordered water with lemon and beer, and two desserts. We got the water, but no lemon. We didn't even see the beer. The ice cream trifle turned out to be just ice cream. When the waitress heard we weren't eating and just wanted something to drink and dessert, she became noticeably nervous and dismissive. The tiramisu dessert was quite tasty, but there was only one angelfish cookie for the entire serving, broken in half. It was good, though. The ice cream trifle, or rather just ice cream, was just ice cream. The beer… I really wanted to try it, but it never arrived. The service left much to be desired. Even though we paid a fixed fee for service, it wasn't deserved!

21/04/2026: Right in the historic center of Asiago, we were drawn to this place by the tunnel entrance and the delicious aroma. We loved the pizza!!! An amazing selection. We're vegetarians and made a few small changes; the one with walnuts and apples was absolutely wow. Warm, family-friendly atmosphere, quick service. We loved it! We'll be back soon 🙏🏻

28/03/2026: Discovered this pizzeria a few years ago, today we were in Asiago and as always we come back here. We are from Verona. The best pizza I've ever eaten, and it never changes. Nice place, friendly staff. I recommend it.

22/05/2026: We went there last Thursday. It was packed with tourists, but the staff were so attentive. Their excellent service gave us a warm welcome on our first day in Milan.It’s one of the few restaurants where the table charge felt worth every penny.The Ossobuco risotto was rich and flavorful, while the seafood pasta was just average.
