17/03/2026: Terrible experience if you're a local and not a tourist. They pass off the pizza as fresh when it's clearly frozen. Plus, they don't have the slightest idea how to invoice. Terrible service and terrible location. If you're passing by, go to Trattoria alla Maddalena, it's across the street and offers a much better service.

16/03/2026: We went for the set menu. I don't think even a roadside meal is worse than what they served us. It says dessert is included, but that's a lie; they offer it as a second course. Drinks aren't included either. The price is outrageous for such awful food. For starters, we had supermarket lasagna, and for the main course, two balls of cod cream with polenta sauce—absolutely terrible.

14/03/2026: A calm atmosphere With polite, kind, and smart service You can enjoy delicious food The purpose of this trip to Venice was Moeche fritte I saw it on Japanese TV and thought, "I have to go try this!" I asked around at several places, but this was the only place that had it! And it was much bigger than the ones I saw at the market! The appetizers, pasta, and crab were all very delicious! You should definitely try the taste for yourself! Thank you for the meal!

08/11/2025: Luckily, it's far from the tourist crowds. That would be ruined. It's a traditional trattoria, unlike anything you've seen anymore. The perfola is exceptional in the shoulder seasons. They use truly freshly caught fish, and you can taste it. The pasta alla malamocchina is a must-try. Don't spread the word to tourists.

28/11/2025: We went to this trattoria for dinner with some friends: the place is charming, with a typical Venetian atmosphere. We relied entirely on the host for our choice of dishes, who offered us a menu consisting of appetizers and two first courses. The quality of the dishes was good, with fresh ingredients. However, some appetizers were portions large enough to be shared between five people, making it impossible for everyone to sample every dish—a real shame. The service also left much to be desired: little attention was paid to explaining the dishes, rather long wait times, and little attention was paid to the table. In short, the cuisine was quality, but the portions were very limited and the final price was decidedly exorbitant. I hate to say it, but leaving the table feeling hungry after a dinner, despite having eaten high-quality products at a high price, is not something anyone likes.

28/11/2025: Fabulous meal - best we ate in Venice. It was a very quiet Monday in November but they still made the evening special. Delicious pasta, lamb, fish and the tiramisu is not to be missed! Excellent wine too.

14/02/2026: The bread was delicious, but the squid ink pasta was too salty. Besides the €3 table fee per person, hot water also cost extra. They even insisted on a tip when I paid by card. Overall, the meal wasn't good value for money.

18/10/2025: The food is very, very, very delicious, and the service is truly great. I'm happy every October that it's still open, and sad in April that it's still closed. Even if I go there three days in a row, I always find something particularly good to eat. It never gets boring; the presentation of the food alone is a feast for the eyes.

11/03/2026: I went for lunch and chose the set menu. I have to say, I'm very satisfied with what I ate! The carbonara was a delicious gem, like the other dishes I tried. I recommend everyone try the cutlet—the portions are generous! The service was truly impeccable, thanks to Martina and Jenny! I'd also like to add that the entire staff, including the pizza chef, was fantastic! I can't wait to visit you again! Compliments to the kitchen and all the staff.

11/03/2026: We spent a weekend at Venissa with a package that included both accommodation and dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, booking a Junior Suite. Starting with the restaurant, the dining experience was very positive: the dishes were truly delicious, well-balanced, and carefully prepared. The wine pairing was also very interesting and well-thought-out. The dining room service was young, friendly, yet professional. We also greatly appreciated the late-evening visit by chef Chiara Pavan. The only issue concerns internal communication. In the afternoon, we reported to reception that my boyfriend wasn't feeling well, so the restaurant could possibly be informed before our arrival. We were told they would let us know, but we never heard back, and when we arrived at dinner, we had to re-explain the situation because the information hadn't been shared with the dining room. Having booked an experience that included both accommodation and dinner, we also expected more fluid communication between reception and the restaurant. Precisely because the offer is designed as a unique experience, we expected much more communication between the two parties. Regarding the stay, unfortunately, the experience didn't entirely live up to expectations for a property advertised as five-star online. At check-in, we were kept waiting while another couple who had arrived after us were escorted first, and we were taken to our room rather quickly because other guests were arriving in the meantime. The Junior Suite was nevertheless very nice, and the bed was truly comfortable, while the bathtub was present as requested. Overall, however, we didn't find it entirely up to five-star standards: the amenities were rather basic (swimming cap, shower gel, slippers), the soundproofing wasn't the best, and we even found a few ants in the room in the morning. This can happen, but in a property of this caliber, one generally expects greater attention to these details. Overall, it remains a very good gastronomic experience and a truly interesting project. Precisely for this reason, some small organizational oversights left us with the feeling that the experience could have been managed with even greater care and that something was left a bit unresolved at checkout.

11/03/2026: Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had. We went straight to Venissa from the airport and chose the tasting menu for lunch without hesitation. It was a wonderful mix of many of the items on the menu, and it also felt like an excellent value. Everything was delicious, but we especially loved the white fish dip, the artichokes, and a beautiful roasted spring onion dish. The service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, which made for a wonderfully relaxed afternoon.

24/01/2026: We love vacationing at the Hotel Ambassador. Everything about it is perfect. From check-in and parking to the rooms, the rooftop bar, the whirlpool, the view, the food (both breakfast and dinner), and the staff, it's all top-notch... This is our seventh time staying there, and we never get tired of it. The location is fantastic; you're just steps away from the beach and the pedestrian zone. You can rent bikes to ride to the lighthouse. Highly recommended! 👌

12/10/2025: I will never go to this hotel again. They are arrogant and shameless. They broke my car while parking on the beach. They take no responsibility. The menu is always the same. They tried to rip me off for the minibar, which I didn't use.
