A good restaurant. We had lunch there on Easter Sunday. The elaborate dishes were quite good, but some of the combinations and preparations left me a bit perplexed. The service was very friendly but, alas, decidedly slow. Given the price, I expected more.

The ideal place to get a taste of Venice! Both the ambiance and the cuisine reflect its spirit: elegant, yes, but with a touch of warmth.
I really appreciated the aesthetics of the dishes, without sacrificing flavor and substance, and the overall refined yet very welcoming atmosphere.
I highly recommend it 👌🏻

I received a tasting from ZAMZE XVI as a gift and immediately thought of the restaurant's sophistication. We were greeted by staff who, in my opinion, should replicate it and bring it to other establishments. They pampered and delighted us, engaging us on this culinary journey from start to finish.
Eating here was, for me, a journey into the Venetian tradition of the lagoon and beyond, including the hinterland, with attention to detail—from the bread made with the chef's ancient grains, to all the fresh garden vegetables, from the peach broth seasoned with a little seawater, and many other delights to discover when visiting this restaurant. I highly recommend it not only for dining, but also for learning that food is art and stems from the past, revisited with a modern twist.
