Zanze XVI In Venezia

Incredible experience and food — so innovative and creative yet locally sourced. Attention to detail impeccable— even down to the detail of the Murano glass silverware holder and the kintsugi china. I had the 5 course menu and was delighted with how much care they took to understand my tastes and pick dishes to fit. The only star I removed was under atmosphere — and not really at the restaurant’s fault. I was seated very closely to a group of four that incessantly complained about everything — it was almost as if they came in with a chip on their shoulders and were simply looking to be miserable. The staff handled them with professionalism and care. It put a bit of a dark cloud over an otherwise lovely meal. The only thing that could have made it better for me might have been if we hadn’t been seated so close. But the group was loud and that’s how restaurants are here. Unavoidable.

At Zanze, you aren't served, but pampered and accompanied by excellent service in a masterful gastronomic experience. Again, a heartfelt thank you for the kind thought you received at the end of the dinner.

Zanze XVI was a pleasant discovery and a delightful dinner with my wife. It consisted of five courses, each with a choice of fish (we requested) from the chef. The dishes were truly excellent, with very interesting and well-balanced combinations. The wait staff was very friendly and courteous, and the young, well-mannered and enthusiastic staff were helpful. It's definitely a restaurant I can recommend, and I'd honestly be curious to return. We're very happy with the results!

We had dinner at this restaurant and it was a wonderful surprise. The location is really lovely and quiet, and the staff is very attentive. Through unusual combinations, I manage to create truly delicious dishes! Highly recommended!

We had lunch for two. A five-course menu with an additional starter, Cicchetto. Everything was carefully prepared. Quality products. Ample portions. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

I ordered the five cicchetti from the menu, beautifully presented. I'd give them all five stars, but the one with the tongue and salsa verde didn't convince me. Otherwise, I'd say everything was perfect. We arrived late, but the kitchen did its best to accommodate our requests. Excellent beer. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing food! Had a 3 course shared tasing menu with accompanying drink selections. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, and expertly informed of the food selections and the drink pairings to go with them. After asking our preferences and items to avoid the chef selects the courses. I could not have selected such wonderful pairings. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and evening.
