My family and I were here at Zanze XVI to celebrate Easter lunch and no choice was ever so right. Tasting menu chosen from the two alternatives proposed, apparently simple and traditional, revealed surprises in taste and texture with always elegant plating at each course; the menu was more than abundant but not excessive and of stellar quality. The welcome from the kitchen was also excellent, as was the final "snack" offered through their small pastry shop. The only note (a small thing) that I would like to share is the lack of cutlery to be able to eat one of the initial amouse-bouche which in our opinion was a little too "liquid" to be enjoyed simply with the hands. The extremely attentive, friendly and kind service, friendly and professional staff; we had a medium-sized dog with us (always welcomed with smiles and compliments), and we were given excellent accommodation. Thanks for the experience.

We ate at this restaurant in Venice for Easter. The fact of not being able to choose à la carte, but only a menu, might seem negative and scary, but in reality it gives you the opportunity to taste new dishes that perhaps you would never have considered. Truly sublime experience. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff who pay attention and care to everything. Everything they do they do well. The experience is worth the price. Well done.

Amidst Venice's winding alleys lies a petit and minimalistic gem: @zanzexvi a @michelinguide restaurant. They hosted an intimate setting for a whiskey experience like no other. Savoring the finest @matthew.whiskey & delighted in the simplicity of flavors and the elegance of this hidden culinary haven. I've been there twice and I can't help but give it my all. It was all great. I recommend it, well done, keep it up.

Second time in this restaurant and certainly not the last. Everything is perfect! Setting, atmosphere, location, welcome, staff and of course the food. Throughout the menu, it's a treat for the taste buds and we don't want it to stop... Congratulations to the chef and his team. A young team that gives a fresh touch to well-known dishes. Italian ‘haute cuisine’ with lots of local ingredients

Creatività e attenzione al territorio sono la cifra stilistica di questo locale fuori dalla folla veneziana in un angolo di Venezia da scoprire anche se non distante dalla Stazione santa Lucia. Il servizio è attento e l’ambiente disinvolto.

Accoglienza e personale veramente fantastici, professionalità, cortesia e bei modi caratterizzano già dai primi istanti Zanze XVI. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù a 5 portate, in quanto non mangiando carni e’ stata l’unica scelta possibile, essendo completamente a base di pesce. E’ stata una scelta ottimale, tutto perfetto !, tutto ben preparato !, tutto ben presentato e tutto “super” prelibato ! Faccio un appunto dal punto di vista strettamente “commerciale”, non condivido assolutamente, in menu da 110 euro, far pagare il coperto ed il caffè, dal mio punto di vista sarebbe meglio, piuttosto far pagare un po’ di più il menù, ma non aggiungere ammennicoli quali caffè, coperto etc… Ma, questo è un mio personalissimo modo di vedere le cose …. Dal punto di vista culinario tutto al top !
