02/01/2026: I had the best sea bass I've ever had here... It was so delicious. The pasta was also delicious... The Angus beef was superb. This is a great restaurant with a beautiful view of the Italian Dolomites. The owner spoke Korean, which was a special experience.

07/01/2026: We had lunch for 4, the food was good, what we ate was good but... You can't put 4 paccheri on the plate for goodness sake... I understand everything but the dishes are really miserable, and it's not that the prices are below average, on the contrary, they are expensive like all the others, only that elsewhere at least I left full.

05/01/2026: It's still a historic venue with a great atmosphere, but it feels like it's resting too much on its reputation. I hope this is just a transitional period, because I'd hate to change my regular stop in Belluno. With the price increase (understandable given the times), I'd expect the quality to remain consistent, if not better. Right now, the experience isn't entirely worth the expense.

31/12/2025: Family lunch. Both the first and second courses were excellent (Piave risotto with licorice powder, cappellacci with beetroot pasta stuffed with pumpkin, served with gorgonzola cream and amaretti biscuits, polenta and cod). When we booked, the waitress noted that my parents would like the risotto even though it wasn't on the menu, and she made it for us. I was happy that a chocolate cannoli was included with the coffee. Definitely worth repeating!

15/01/2026: Excellent food, highly recommended. The menu offers a varied and interesting selection of both pizza and cuisine, using quality ingredients. The service is very average, with several inattentivenesses that detract from the experience, but overall acceptable. The place is very noisy, even when the room is half empty, with rather unpleasant acoustics.

11/01/2026: We didn't stay overnight. We booked a table for 8 for dinner. We ate WONDERFUL. A few options, but all delicious and meticulously prepared. Since there were so many of us, we ordered multiple dishes to try everything. I HIGHLY recommend the gnocchi with grey cheese, and the pork shank is also worth it—it's their signature dish. The tender saddle was truly delicious. My friends loved the venison tartare with red berries: for my personal taste, too many red berries covered the flavor of the meat, but the high quality was evident! Impeccable and professional service, everyone was kind and friendly. The only flaw, although the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, considering three bottles of wine, we paid €72 per person for a main course, a dessert, and one grappa per person. Perhaps €8 for grappa is a bit excessive, even though the menu is well-stocked.

18/10/2025: We are now regular customers. The pizza is very thin, light, with a minimal crust, and very digestible. The staff is always friendly and the place is beautiful.

20/01/2026: A cozy wooden chalet on a hilltop, where you can immediately feel the authentic Italian atmosphere. Locals dine here, and that's the best sign of quality. The cuisine is home-cooked, generous, and heartily prepared: the goulash with polenta is especially good, rich and delicate. Grated cheese is brought to the table right away—generously, like in a family-style restaurant, as only true trattorias do. Wine is served by the liter—light, aromatic, and surprisingly delicious. The service is impeccable: attentive, warm, and genuinely Italian. If you want to experience the real, non-touristy Italy, this is the place for you. A real place where everything is home-cooked, delicious, and truly human.
