I will definitely go back.
21/03/2024: We celebrated a family anniversary. Excellent welcome from the owner who, contacted a few days before our request for a mushroom-based menu, prepared an ad hoc proposal together with the chef. Good dishes, excellent and well-valued raw materials. Excellent presentation. Adequate service in a beautiful location. Definitely one of the best and highest quality choices in the valley. Advise.

05/04/2024: Do you want to have an aperitif of prosecco and Venetian cicchetti at high altitude??? Baita civetta al casot is the place for tea. Quality, courtesy, and not exaggerated price, these are the ingredients.
19/02/2024: I booked here because I was looking for a nice place to have dinner with my family and entertain everyone with the accompaniment of the snowmobile, especially my son and my nieces.
So seeing all the reviews, I trusted and decided to book for Saturday for dinner.
Everyone has been very kind and nice since we arrived, but unfortunately the food was absolutely not up to expectations and above all the amount spent!!!
Starter with rather stringy courgette pancakes, very salty risotto, large 4x3 cm spiced and stringy baked potatoes and clearly a frozen product, which even the children struggled to eat, the goulash unfortunately rejected by everyone present, without flavor and without that typical flavor of spices that characterizes it.
Dessert was also included in the menu, a panna cotta with fruit sauce on top, unfortunately we felt that it was not a typical homemade product.
We also mentioned this to the owner during dinner and we were really sorry for having done so, it's not our custom, but really... we ate badly.
At the time of the bill we are offered coffees and apologies but unfortunately the evening has now taken a bad turn.
Once we got home, we saw that 4 bottles of water appeared on the bill instead of 3 as we had ordered, we paid one more, so we were even more disappointed than before.
Maybe if we ate sandwiches it would be better!

10/03/2024: Prezzi fuori controllo. Due pizze con prosciutto cotto, una bottiglia di acqua minerale ed un caffè 30 euro. Pizza salata non solo come prezzo. Pomodoro di scarsa qualità. Si salva dal bidone della spazzatura solo per via della pasta che non è male ma il resto è degno di una pizzeria da asporto gestita da extracomunitari. Locale accogliente e buon servizio che mi fanno mettere una stella in più. Da evitare anche se purtroppo in zona non c'è una grande scelta.
03/03/2024: Had lunch here with winter playground. Ample parking, both external and internal toilets. Little house in the woods and nearby animals. External and internal tables although a little narrow, with a pleasant mezzanine in the attic all in wood. They accepted the table reservation. You can't go to the mountains without tasting mountain dishes: polenta, pastin, cheese and mushrooms; Deer stew; tagliatelle with venison ragout; dumplings; etc.
Various mountain-themed pizzas, a small selection of children's menus too, and everything delicious! Attentive, helpful, kind and friendly staff.
Thank you all and we will definitely be back when we are in the area!

14/11/2023: Romano and Adele have had their day, the dough for the pizzas carried on their arms, the niece grumpy and rude, what can I say, the hygiene office should have intervened sooner to close down an environment like this,
Finally, favoring exports and making customers wait for hours, believe me, it's disgusting.

04/03/2024: Tasty food! Pleasant and professional chef! Crowded and you can only eat at a reserved time, I didn't really like it. You are unlikely to find free sloliks unless you order in advance.
Not a bad place for variety.

09/02/2024: Terrible food, unfriendly service. I recommend it to everyone. Wine diluted with water, practically just water. The 13 euro burger consisted of a dry bun and some defrosted, disgusting meat. I will never visit them again.

04/09/2023: Ho prenotato un tavolo per una domenica a pranzo su consiglio di un amico. Il posto è molto bello, di quelli da cartolina di montagna. Non si ordina, ci si siede e si viene serviti con piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Nel mio caso: polenta, spezzatino di cervo, spezzatino di manzo, pastin, fagioli, funghi, formaggio e verdura cruda.
Vino e acqua. Come sopra pure i dolci vengono portati "senza scelta". Caffè, grappa e la mitica grappa con panna.
Se volete un posto chic...non fa per voi, qui si soddisfano pancia e anima.
È stato un piacevolissimo pranzo e sicuramente ci tornerò.
PS. No a bancomat e carte....
27/08/2023: Volevo dare una recensione a questa malga ... Per chi cerca un ristorante o un posto dove dare degli ordini ha sbagliato luogo. Una malga che funziona veramente è un posto dove chi la gestisce si sveglia alle 3:00 4:00 del mattino... I clienti devono adeguarsi al luogo e agli orari di lavoro delle persone che la gestiscono. Altrimenti non hanno capito niente non solo della montagna e delle malghe ma anche della vita. Io in malga staulsnza ho trovato il massimo della disponibilità e della qualità che si può trovare in alpeggio. Rispettando chi si sveglia al mattino presto per fare un prodotto eccezionale e servirlo a noi. A tutti quelli che non capiscono certe cose consiglio di andare a fare in...

Rifugio Monte Pelmo

27/01/2024: Non potendo salire in quota con la bimba di pochi mesi, ci siamo fermati in questo rifugio perché vicino ad un sentiero di passeggiata.
Che dire, sembrava tutto già pronto e poi riscaldato, abbiamo preso la polenta con funghi, pastin e formaggio alla piastra (forse l unica cosa fatta al momento)
Purtroppo non ha certamente lasciato il segno per poterci tornare in un futuro
15/01/2024: Locale rinnovato e ci sta anche se preferivo più rustico , posizione bellissima e strategica. Non ci sta il prezzo troppo alto con le pietanze, solo un primo e i secondi non male ma riscaldati pure la polenta riscaldata, costine comunque fredde.
