Piatti tipici con varianti che ne alzano il livello senza stravolge la ricetta originale, come aggiungere un sorbetto di cipolla rossa sopra ad una tartare di cervo assolutamente perfetta. Personale molto professionale come non spesso trovo in locali blasonati. Bravi.

You sit at the table and don't order but eat a fixed menu which is made up of different courses: cotechino, pastin, stew, fried cheese, beans, cappuccino and polenta. To finish, a slice of apple pie with cream. Water and wine included in the €25 menu. Beautiful location, warm climate with a taste of home.

13/03/2024: Dinner in a very welcoming environment, very kind staff who are always attentive to customers, excellent and plentiful food, a more than excellent price. The coffee made with the mocha gives that extra touch of a family environment that I really appreciated. I will happily return.

23/02/2024: If I could I would give 10 stars. Beautiful place, they welcomed us 15 minutes after the kitchen closed. Top service, very nice and attentive waiter, professional and super friendly chef. Overall exquisite staff like what we ate. Haute cuisine dishes, at very honest prices, I dare say even too much so. A restaurant that truly deserves it, we will gladly return next time.

25/02/2024: Sono stata qui nel 2021... Rapporto qualità prezzo, ottimo. Oggi sono stata in compagnia, perché volevo far conoscere questo bel posto ad amici. Niente, un po' una delusione. Pranzo a 12 euro per bambini di 2 anni, giustificato col fatto che hanno fatto altre portate più abbondanti per soddisfare anche i bimbi. Avevo concordato 35/40€ per adulti, più primo per bimbi e non è stato così. Abbiamo pagato,44 adulti e 12 bambini, troppo secondo me. Peccato, perché mi piace un sacco sto posto, ma nessuno vuol tornarci perché si sente un po' fregato

29/03/2024: We were pleasantly impressed by the location and the service, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, elegant but also an environment and service that was not too "stiff" like in many starred restaurants! Ludovica was super welcoming, the sommelier recommended a perfect wine for the chosen menu and accompanied us in explanations throughout the dinner, together with the cordial and always friendly staff!! Well done! The food and above all the raw materials used are something crazy that is difficult to explain in words, it is a journey that must be experienced! Rich in scents and textures that I have tried so far! Highly recommended!!

22/03/2024: Excellent restaurant. Amazing experience. Given that my wife is pregnant, we chose the à la carte menu for obvious reasons, but the staff asked about dietary restrictions at the beginning of service and they made sure to cater to our specific needs. The food was exquisite yet unpretentious, without any pretentious montage on the plate. The Pino Mugo pasta is a game changer and the Game was out of this world. Don’t get me started on the wine pairings… All in all, highly recommended and we can’t wait to go back!
