06/10/2025: My experience is limited to the restaurant, and from this point of view, it's been very positive. Excellent dishes, home cooking, and very helpful staff. I recommend it. Keep in mind that the road leading to it, while very picturesque, is very narrow in the last stretch, and inexperienced drivers may have difficulty navigating oncoming traffic.

14/08/2025: We stayed for 5 days, two adults and two children, and had a wonderful time. The hospitality, good food, and stunning scenery were wonderful! If we can, we'll definitely return to visit Sara and Igor and their wonderful children!

11/08/2025: We stayed with Sara and Igor last weekend, aiming to "escape the heat." We had a wonderful time; the room was perfect for mountain style, surrounded by greenery. It's an excellent starting point for various hikes. We also stopped for dinner, and everything was delicious. We'll definitely be returning. P.S. We'll be wearing a sweater in the evenings, even on this hot weekend! :-)

23/09/2025: Fixed menu dinner (€35: 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert, wine, coffee, and water). I could almost consider myself full with the appetizers alone. Everything was excellent; it's a shame I didn't have an even bigger stomach! The trout in saor was sublime. We'll definitely return to try something else. Reservations recommended due to limited seating. Ample free parking.

20/09/2025: Beautiful place, very refined atmosphere, we ate really well and the portions were generous. The big problem is that the typical products are completely missing, from the food to the desserts and grappas... from this point of view, you could be in any restaurant in northern Italy.

29/09/2025: We stopped yesterday for the transhumance. Given that we have two small children, finding a place close to the event was crucial, so we went based on reviews. We called to reserve a table for four, and fortunately there was no wait. The food, in my opinion, was well-proportioned. I had an appetizer and a main course, my partner an appetizer, a first course, a main course, and dessert, and my son had a baby cutlet, a scoop of ice cream, two waters, three glasses of wine, and two coffees. The price for our meal was €133, which was in line with what we received. The place was very welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and the service efficient. For those who wanted game, I found it good; not overly strong, but not delicate in flavor either. I would definitely go back.

13/09/2025: The middle-aged man taking your order, whether an employee or the owner, is quite blunt. They reheat your pizza slices and serve them to you. The pizza is decent, but it's not a particularly great place to go.

30/09/2025: Truly a special place....The owner Barbara exudes a lot of warmth and professionalism...a warm and welcoming place ideal for all occasions...intimate dinners or business dinners and then you eat well at the right price...I recommend it to everyone

11/09/2025: Three motorcyclists touring from the Eastern Alps to the Western Alps...they found the perfect place for dinner to round off a wonderful day on two wheels. Carefully prepared food, generous portions, excellent quality, attentive service, even for food allergies, reasonable bill...so, excellent! Recommended.

28/09/2025: A true gem in Cortina d'Ampezzo! This long-established restaurant perfectly combines the elegance of Cortina with refined, innovative cuisine. The atmosphere is just what you dream of when you think of the Dolomites: a welcoming, wood-clad stube, hand-painted stoves, and meticulous attention to detail. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes that respect local tradition but with a truly appreciable contemporary twist. I absolutely recommend the cheese cappellacci topped with flavorful speck, the Iberian pork pluma—a surprising, light dish that melts in the mouth—and to finish, the chocolate mousse tart, which is unmissable! The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and fast, worthy of the refined setting. The wine list also deserves special mention for its comprehensiveness. The prices are in line with the quality offered and the location. A must-visit when in Cortina—we'll definitely be back!

26/09/2025: A beautiful refuge, as a mountain refuge should be, in a stunning location beneath the majestic Schiara. The approach is beautiful and unpretentious. The cuisine is excellent, especially the minestrone and stew, which, being typical refuge dishes, are above-average in quality here. The real added value, however, is the kindness and helpfulness of the managers, Chiara and Fabrizio, who are truly down-to-earth and friendly. A huge thank you!
