Good quality ice cream, Together with kindness of the staff and fantasy. We relied on them for an eighteenth birthday and a graduation cake and it was always such a success!

24/05/2025: Special pizza, I didn't mind it but you can't pay 40€ for two pizzas and a water, it's really exaggerated. Furthermore the pizzas didn't arrive together and so one had to wait for the other to arrive. We were a bit disappointed, too bad because the expectations were high.

05/04/2025: A well-deserved weekend of relaxation in the mountains, beautiful hotel located in a beautiful location, excellent various services such as the spa, warm and welcoming rooms, extremely helpful staff, a truly impeccable weekend. Gem among the enchanting peaks of the Dolomites. Sensation of warmth and mountain scent in every environment. It is not located in the city center, but about 15-20 minutes on foot (connected by a beautiful walk!) Well-kept and refined environment; in a sunny position with the possibility of convenient parking and outdoor tables on the wonderful terrace. The room and the furnishings of the entire hotel are beautiful: although minimal, the environment is very warm and welcoming and the service is attentive but informal. Having only had breakfast as my only meal, I would have only one note to say: I prefer to find a nice buffet of typical products (few but good) both sweet and savory in the room, accompanied by the classic international breakfast. Technogym gym with spectacular mountain views!!! Definitely coming back!!

27/02/2025: Very beautiful refuge and close to where many beautiful walks and paths start. All very good dishes, we divided all the dishes between us in rotation. Very warm place in winter, perfect for refreshment. The only thing is that if you don't ask for WiFi, your cell phone or any telephone network won't get you any network at all

01/05/2025: Siamo arrivati in userò rifugio dopo aver fatto una camminata al Rifugio città di fiume con amici che erano in visita dal sud Africa. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo pranzare e ci hanno risposto che c’era posto solo all’aperto, avevamo il sole molto forte a picco sulla testa , con dei bambini. Abbiamo accettato dato che in giro gli altri ristoranti erano chiusi, sperando che nel frattempo si liberasse un posto dentro . Ebbene abbiamo ordinato , il cameriere non si è sprecato in fatto di spiegazioni se non in modo didascalico, sembrava quasi infastidito della nostra presenza, ci hanno portato tovagliette, bibite e posate ..e il primo piatto. In quel momento si è liberato un posto dentro, cu siamo dovuti spostare tutto da soli , mentre il cameriere ci guardava , ci siamo fatti 3 giri a spostarci bicchieri , vino , posate….non ci hanno manco messo il pane . Vabbè , bella figura con i miei amici. Unica persona degna di avere un ristorante era la signora, probabilmente la cuoca , che invece ci ha portato i dolci, la cosa migliore è che si è dimostrata molto gentile e carina. Spero che l’atteggiamento dei due camerieri, probabilmente padre e figlio, non fosse stato così scortese per i miei amici !! Non ci tornerò sicuramente!!

09/05/2025: Son stato a cena infrasettimanale con dei colleghi … non ero mai stato ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa ..: il posto è molto bello e la “casera” altrettanto … ben ristrutturata … pulita e direi pure elegante … il termine casera probabilmente ricorda le origini .. La ragazza che ci ha seguito è molto gentile e simpatica … cibo buono e abbondante…. prezzi buoni … La località si presta molto a passeggiate prima e dopo i pasti … Direi da andarci tranquillamente … e se avrò occasione ci tornerò ..

08/03/2025: Abbiamo assaggiato primi fatti in casa, pappardelle e gnocchi, molto buoni, anche polenta e funghi porcini, davvero gustosissimi. Punto di forza il servizio, simpatia e cortesia come raramente incontri. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità. La scelta dei vini può migliorare nel rapporto qualità prezzo.

I'll just give the example of the Pistacchio, which in Rome I can't find good anymore, and which here is simply excellent.
