Very good price quality. Tasty and well prepared dishes. Service at the height of the kitchen. I recommend it and can't wait to go back. WELL DONE!
23/02/2024: If I could I would give 10 stars. Beautiful place, they welcomed us 15 minutes after the kitchen closed. Top service, very nice and attentive waiter, professional and super friendly chef. Overall exquisite staff like what we ate. Haute cuisine dishes, at very honest prices, I dare say even too much so. A restaurant that truly deserves it, we will gladly return next time.

08/03/2024: Excellent ice cream, I haven't tried the bubble tea yet but I've seen it ordered very often by younger customers.
Outdoor tables where you can enjoy the products purchased sheltered from the sun under an awning.
The managers are very kind and welcome everyone warmly.

09/03/2024: I had great pleasure staying at this hotel. Everything is where it should be, the hotel staff is communicative and helpful and speaks English. Delicious cuisine encourages you to eat on-site. Vegan meals were no problem.
08/01/2024: Centralissimo ad Auronzo, la Montanina è un albergo ristorante gestito da Carlo e Carla, marito e moglie, molto disponibili e gentili. Carina la piccola e intima Spa. Colazione varia e ricca di dolci fatti a mano da Carla.
Le camere, come la Spa, intime carine e PULITE.

13/03/2024: We visited this rifugio last thursday. The waitress and chef was coughing and sneezing the same time they prepared dinner for us. Sneezing in the hand. Terrible experience. The woman we saw was obviously very sick. Now 4 days later I have a well known lung infection that cancels the rest of our honeymoon. Not very happy. You should not work at least in a restaurant when sick. We were the only ones there so they could've easily closed the whole place and say honestly you should not come here.

04/10/2023: E' raggiungibile in macchina con una comoda strata asfaltata ma è decisamente consigliabile arrivarci a piedi lungo questa bella vallata silenziosa tra un fitto bosco ed un torrente.
Siamo stati sorpresi dal livello qualitativo della cucina (tanto che siamo ritornati dopo due giorni facendoci preparare anche dei piatti da asporto per poter meglio assaporare le gustose specialità, tra cui un pesto di tarassaco davvero unico).

31/10/2023: Ho una casa lì vicino e quindi mi è capitato di provare diversi ristoranti della zona . Personalmente sia come qualità che come abbinamenti di ingredienti , per me questo ristorante è il migliore. In particolare trovo sempre molto buoni i primi, lo chef ci sa veramente fare. Anche il resto del personale è molto simpatico e cordiale .

03/03/2024: Tutto ottimo e perfetto. Il servizio eccellente , tutti molto professionali. I piatti sono curati, la preparazione da gran ristorante con porzioni giuste (si può anche chiedere la mezza porzione se uno ha poca fame, cosa rara nei ristoranti.)

13/02/2024: Tutto eccezionale e di produzione propria, dagli antipasti per finire con le grappe...personale molto cordiale e il proprietario ci ha raccontato gli sviluppi negli anni di questa zona di montagna con l incontro ravvicinata di un lupo al ristorante di sera... consiglio vivamente
