Since the new management took over, it's become one of the best restaurants in Cortina. I'd go back tomorrow!

You can see the passion these guys put into their work. Excellent food, locally sourced produce, and a wonderful welcome. The wild boar fillet tataki and the paccheri with sun-dried tomato pesto, smoked ricotta, and almonds are highly recommended. Congratulations!

Wonderful setting and atmosphere near a mountain lake. Young, enthusiastic people who want to do well. I recommend the tagliata with potatoes and grilled vegetables.

We had a lovely dining experience at Lago Scin. We chose the four-course surprise menu selected by the chef, accompanied by wine pairings. What we experienced was truly remarkable. The meal began with a marinated trout salad, followed by pasta with tomato and ricotta cheese, and then a beautifully prepared lamb dish served with mushrooms and polenta. Each course was thoughtfully paired with high-quality Italian wines that complemented the flavors perfectly. The evening concluded with a dessert and a digestif. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant, making us feel welcome throughout the entire meal.Altogether, it was remarkable dining experience that we would highly recommend.

AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE I'll start with the pleasant surprise of seeing the restaurant reopen after about a year. Regular customers, we were sad to see it closed... the new management is passionate and charming, both in their welcome and in the presentation of their excellent dishes. A fabulous location... courteous and attentive service... delicious food, starting with the venison carpaccio and a selection of cheeses with exquisite honey sauces... and pear and ginger. Lemon linguine was sublime... my friends said the ravioli with stew and the lasagna with duck ragù were equally delicious. Standing applause for the desserts... berry meringue and brownie. All accompanied by excellent glasses of Pinot Grigio. A unique experience... very, very satisfied... we will definitely be back.
