05/02/2026: A historic restaurant serving traditional local cuisine, yet truly original: a €32 fixed menu with polenta, cooked vegetables, beans, salad, grilled meat, stew, cotechino or musetto, grilled cheese, apple pie, coffee, water, and house wine. Generous portions. Simple yet efficient service: no one asks you anything, and they start bringing your food right away. The atmosphere is truly charming and quaint, welcoming, and surrounded by nature. Highly recommended!

30/09/2025: This restaurant is a hidden gem. The biggest problem is what to choose, as it all looks delicious. We started by sharing the chitarra with mini meatballs, topped with freshly grated pecorino. This was followed by two arrosticini, just to try them. The mains of roast leg of lamb and the mutton tagliata were so tender. Everything was delicious. We drank a Montepulciano riserva, which complemented the meat perfectly. The staff also spoke English, so we did not have to struggle with our limited Italian. They also have English menus. Thank you for a lovely meal.

04/03/2026: I went for lunch for work without checking the standard (which is medium-high) first, but they were courteous and attentive in treating me appropriately. It's a charming place and the food is excellent.

02/03/2026: We visited the place upon recommendation and since we came in the late evening from the south, driving by some steep roads, we were very sceptic about what to expect. But once we entered the trattoria, all the doubts simply vanished. The service was great, the food was exceptional and we left the place with "underpromise and overdeliver" written all over our smiles. Definitely a place to visit again!

22/02/2026: I had lunch today with my wife. We had the Fraterna appetizer, which was good prosciutto crudo, but salami was too fatty and cheese was very fresh. Next up was gnocchi topped with artichoke hearts and too much cream (someone explain what that was for), and the duck bigoli was mediocre. One major flaw: at the end of the appetizers, I asked to remove the grilled meat from my order, but was told it was almost ready... In fact, after the first courses, it arrived almost cold (so I didn't eat it). Frankly, I was disappointed and a little disappointed.

14/11/2025: Throughout my trucking career, this restaurant has become one of my favorites, and I've always been able to park my truck there without any problems for the night. I've also loaded and unloaded cargo for several companies there, so most of my visits were tied to that. The pleasant conversations with the friendly staff, including the wait staff, made me feel right at home. This insider tip was given to me by local truckers, and Italians know exactly where to find these treasures. ^^ Thank you so much for this. ♥♥♥

07/03/2026: I've had the opportunity to buy Renato Bosco's panettone several times and needless to say, it's exceptional.... the other night, for the first time, my boyfriend and I were customers at his pizzeria. Besides, as soon as we entered, we were greeted with a beautiful "ciao ragazzi!!" from Renato Bosco😊 As for the pizza, the round one is exquisite!!! And the focaccia crunch is equally delicious. The dough is delicious, soft yet crunchy at the same time, very digestible, and the ingredients are excellent. The waitresses are also very nice. Congratulations indeed.... I can't wait to go back ❤️

A small misunderstanding about ordering a dish was resolved promptly and kindly. Exceptional professionalism in every detail. When I booked, I had requested three menus without a price for my sisters, who were guests, and without me having to say anything, they presented us with their amazing menus, respecting my request. Thanks to all the staff!!!

26/02/2026: We came in quite late after seeing the cozy atmosphere of this restaurant on our evening stroll. We enjoyed our first Venetian sprits here with a delicious tuna covered by pistachio crust. While the tuna was cooked to perfection, the pistachio didn’t really add a lot unfortunately. The decor is very romantic with the red bricks and the black and white pictures. The service is fast and the food is good. Everything is nice and up to standard. Pricing was a bit on the more expensive side but they were transparent about it from the start and you can see everything from the menu outside. The complementary bread with olive oil was nice too. Overall, if you have great budget, want to enjoy good food, good environment, good service, we’d recommend this restaurant. Keep in mind that every dine in restaurants in Venice would charge 2e per person for dining in.

21/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance and what a pleasant surprise! It's simple and everything is delicious: the food, the tiramisu (the best we had in Venice), and the wine. A small, friendly restaurant, nice and warm, the portions are generous, and the service is incredibly welcoming. Our best discovery this week!

19/01/2026: We went for lunch, thinking of grabbing a quick focaccia, but the wait honestly got quite long after we ordered with the tablet (which was completely understandable given the place was busy). Honestly, though, I was a bit perplexed by the focaccias, which I honestly found to be very sparsely filled: We had ordered one with soppressa and mushrooms, and this was what arrived (with some surprise fries and a quantity of mushrooms that I found to be truly minimal). I think it's fair to point this out, especially since the focaccia itself was really good, nice and crispy and tasty, but I'm a bit of the opinion that the filling could be increased, especially given the prices.
