A welcoming location; from the street it almost looks like any other trattoria, but once you step inside, you find yourself in a refined, welcoming environment with an atmosphere that far exceeds expectations. The cuisine is refined, the dishes are well-presented, and the flavors are captivating. Ample parking. The service is prompt and courteous. I recommend it to everyone.

25/01/2026: A historic trattoria serving traditional dishes, beautifully prepared and brimming with the flavors of yesteryear. Everything is delicious, but the bigoli in salsa and the penne with puntarelle and shrimp are truly exquisite. The service is friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money. The house wine is good.

25/01/2026: A historic restaurant in the center of Rovigo, serving traditional Venetian dishes from both seafood and meat. We were particularly impressed by the simple yet divinely prepared first courses: bigoli in a mouth-watering sauce and pasta with seared chicory and spicy shrimp... oh, how delicious! The staff was truly courteous, smiling, and attentive.

04/03/2026: We ate well; all the dishes were very good. Our lunch was close to the full moon, and perhaps because of this, the service was a bit distracted. Nothing serious happened, just the cutlery was always late. The atmosphere is pleasant, unobtrusive and sparse, more than welcoming.

06/12/2025: Excellent restaurant all around. Very friendly and professional staff, fish was incredibly fresh, as were the vegetables. Very simple dishes with quality ingredients-just delightful. The ambiance, lighting, and music were curated perfectly to create a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. We were never rushed, and food came out in perfect time. We had the turbot, spaghetti with black garlic, and cheese plate, as well as the filet of chianina (local mountain) beef. Highly recommend any of those dishes. We walked in around 7 and easily found a table, which is surprising considering how good the food was. Sadly I have almost no photos because we just ate everything….

25/12/2025: Very kind people. Very clean place, spectacular sandwiches and tramezzini, delicious beer, excellent coffee. Very competitive prices. But above all, quality products.

03/03/2026: We were at the campervan rest area and, after a nice snowshoe hike, we decided to go to a restaurant for lunch. On the maps, we saw the "Baita Piste Nera" (Black Piste Chalet) and decided to go there. The atmosphere was truly mountain hut-like, the waitresses were lovely and friendly, and above all, the food was delicious! All of this, in our opinion, was reasonably priced. Recommended. Four stars because to get there, you have to walk a short distance down the piste (hence the name) or climb a short icy slope.

10/03/2026: A great place that I've known for two years. It's easy to order takeout or dine-in. Parking is very convenient. Delivery is on time. They're very friendly and available for orders starting at 6:00 PM. The food is plentiful and delicious. A real treat for those like me who order takeout, but also excellent dine-in. The pizzas are top-notch, there's a playroom for kids, and the prices are fair! Highly recommended! Plus, they have a lovely guesthouse near public transport to Venice, which is definitely worth a try!

18/02/2026: There's no arguing about the quality of the ingredients, but if I go to dinner and witness humiliating behavior throughout the entire meal (from the waitresses in the dining room to the Pony Express that delivers to my door), I'd rather eat elsewhere and order delivery elsewhere. I ordered a rare steak and it was served well undercooked. After witnessing the treatment meted out to the wait staff by the person working in front of the pizza oven (beyond pointing out that the steak didn't bleed onto my plate, despite the waitress's kindness to have it remade because the screams of the people working in front of the pizza oven were overwhelming, I preferred not to ask for a replacement and to finish it quickly, rather than escape the oppressive atmosphere that pervaded the restaurant for the entire dinner). At checkout, no discount was offered for the various inconveniences (incorrect cooking and the constant yelling of the man I mentioned the entire time): I paid without raising any objections, but I assure you, "Never again!" I believe that after a day's work, a paying customer has every right to a peaceful dinner. If there are any misunderstandings or missed expectations with the staff, these should be addressed at the end of the shift and in a separate location, not in front of customers.
