The restaurant offers carefully crafted tasting menus, created with the utmost attention to seasonality: a journey through flavors from appetizer to dessert. The service was top-notch: Lucas (I hope I remembered his name correctly, sorry if not) was incredibly attentive and kind, explaining each dish in detail. We didn't know this, but we recommend making a reservation because they sell out quickly. 💪🏻 Note to the restaurant: I saw your website is down, which is a shame because this restaurant deserves to be discovered ❤️

15/03/2026: If you’re looking for a spot in Venice that feels authentic without the "tourist trap" prices, this is it. The Bruschetta is a must-start. I tried the Carbonara; it’s very traditional and rich (definitely for egg lovers!), and the pasta was perfectly firm. Good vibes and even better value! No picture for the Carbonara, ate that quick!

A vast selection of quality wines. The staff is professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are always available to accommodate your requests whenever possible. It's a restaurant I personally have no hesitation in recommending.

06/02/2026: A lovely place in the Euganean Hills with a beautiful view. FOOD: Appetizers of various cured meats, good. Homemade bigoli with duck ragù was very good, with the meaty flavor balanced by the citrus. Sliced ​​pluma di patanegra (a type of pork belly) was very good. For dessert, I had a good crema catalana. WINES: Well-cured wine list, with interesting selections of local wines from the Euganean Hills. I had a Colli Euganei Ruserva DOC Notte di Galileo, good and good value. SERVICE: Friendly staff, average wait times. Nice place setting and nice table. Upon request, we were given a nice table near the windows with a very nice view. AMBIENCE: Very charming, quaint atmosphere with well-set tables. VALUE FOR MONEY: Fairly good, with average prices and in line with the quality. Recommended

08/02/2026: We met Mr. Faccioli by chance, and we chatted with him in the hotel's large courtyard. He's a truly friendly and pleasant person. Shortly afterward, we entered the restaurant from the courtyard. We waited, but no one was there, absolutely no one at all, and after a while, a staff member finally emerged from the kitchen. The restaurant is downstairs, "Cantina" by name and by nature, but Mr. Francesco, the maître d', who we later learned was "the Faccioli brother," made us feel very welcome, as I had some doubts about the location. It seems the rather large restaurant was built later by excavating beneath the hotel, where a partially unknown cellar was discovered. Between one conversation and another, we were treated to a plate of pumpkin tortelli and a delicious, almost overly generous tagliatella with porcini mushrooms. This was followed by two beautiful sea bass, perfectly grilled, and a delicious vegetable mix. Everything was excellent and well-prepared. A decaf coffee and a taste of Carnival dessert, kindly offered and very welcome, rounded off a rather generous Saturday lunch. I have to say about this experience: we were welcomed warmly, we ate well, we were pampered, and we paid a very fair €73.20. I recommend it 100% with flying colors. Best regards, Paolo & Ombretta
