Cozy restaurant. Very friendly staff and fast service. Good quality.

We spent the June 2nd long weekend in this beautiful property, surrounded by olive trees and silence, and we had a wonderful time. There were 14 of us and we occupied 4 rooms. The rooms were clean, and our room even had a kitchenette. Every day someone came to make our beds and provided us with everything we needed in the bathroom (toilet paper, shower gel, soap). The property also has a spotless pool and a restaurant where the food is excellent. The room price also included a sweet and savory breakfast. Everything was fresh and well-stocked. The kindness of the owners accompanied us throughout the 4 days we spent there. 4 km from Lazise, ​​it will definitely be a stop in the future. Highly recommended!

A very beautiful, family-run and lovingly managed accommodation. Close to Lazise and Bardolino, yet away from the tourist crowds. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned. Not only suitable for couples, but also highly recommended for families with young children. There's plenty of space for kids to run around and play. In the courtyard, there's an original tractor with a trailer full of toys, as well as bicycles for the little ones. The pool is also perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The food is fantastic! Locals come every day to enjoy the menu. Anyone who has stayed at this hotel knows they don't need a lake view to enjoy their stay. The price/performance ratio is excellent.

I continue my search for restaurants that offer a set menu on Saturdays, or at least where you can eat well without having to take out a mortgage. I was skeptical at first; I didn't like being surrounded by tourists (it's a hotel restaurant), and I realized there wasn't a set menu. So I ordered a platter and a fabulous pasta with sardines and fennel, which I ate almost in tears at how good it was (and rare in these parts). I spent €30 for an appetizer (super), a first course, half a glass of water, and a coffee. It's fair. A humble tip to the chef: use raisins and pine nuts too, so it's practically as if we were in Palermo! Excellent! The lunch you weren't expecting. Spend €30 but leave happy.

The hotel is about 4 km from Lazise, ​​but the location is fantastic. Parking is always available. The rooms are clean and are regularly cleaned, and towels are changed. The owner, Bruno, is very friendly, as is the staff. The pool is very clean, and it's highly recommended for people who aren't expecting luxury. My only suggestion is that perhaps the beds could use an update. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, in my opinion it deserves a three-star rating or more. There's also a refrigerator, a safe, very clean, and friendly staff. It lacks nothing. For me, it's excellent.

Beautiful, very welcoming, excellent location, a 5-minute drive from the parks and the center of Lazise. The owner welcomes you with a cocktail and a bottle of wine. He's truly kind. Excellent breakfast.
