02/11/2025: We discovered this place by chance....welcomed by the very friendly owner.....Martina was able to advise us and we ate an appetizer that I thought would never end....all accompanied by good wine and a special playlist that I sang along with the other guests.

01/11/2025: Deliberately known as an inn (or, more accurately, a shop), its strong point is its quiet location, yet very close to the Duomo. While it's more touristy during the day, in the evening it has an almost magical atmosphere, especially on winter evenings, when dining inside offers a warmth and a fragrance to be cherished, while in summer it's pleasant to converse outside, enjoying a leisurely meal. The management is aware of this, and themed evenings are available, such as birthday parties or karaoke. The platter is a must-have, the pasta is homemade with classic Central Italian sauces, and the desserts are the most popular: profiteroles, tiramisu, and cantucci/tozzetti, best dunked in wine.

12/11/2025: Everything was good at more than reasonable prices. We returned in the evening to try the desserts. Everything was very good, even the coffee.

09/11/2025: One of the best pastry shops in Italy!!! Everything is homemade, from the leavened products to the cakes, chocolates, Easter eggs, traditional and non-traditional cakes, everything is excellent!! For lunch, they prepare excellent first courses, from lasagna to cannelloni or mushroom risotto with real mushrooms, with the option of two different tastings on the same plate, and then the vegetables, everything is quite good and easy to digest. The staff is a bit limited.

25/08/2025: A Gem in Guardea: The V-Bar! I had the pleasure of discovering the V-Bar in Guardea and was absolutely won over! It's a truly beautiful place, with attention to detail, where you immediately feel a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of their offerings is exceptional. I had the opportunity to try their pizza, and I can say it's delicious, one of the best in the area. Their pastries are equally impressive, with delicious melt-in-the-mouth pastries, perfect to accompany an excellent coffee, intense and black, just the way I like it. You can tell right away that they pay great attention to the quality of their ingredients. But the real added value of this place is the staff. The baristas are incredibly friendly and kind, always smiling and helpful. The service is impeccable: fast, efficient, and courteous, an aspect not to be underestimated and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. In short, V-Bar is a place I recommend to everyone, whether for breakfast, a coffee break, an aperitif, or a pizza with friends. A place that perfectly combines beauty, goodness, and kindness. Don't miss it!

13/09/2025: Pazzaglia is a perfect example of how prime locations are never fully capitalized by the proprietors. Nothing more disappointing than being exposed to commercial naivety and in this case, further aggravated by the owner lording over his staff with constant criticism and insults. If your staff is incompetent, fire them and do it yourself but please don’t force your views onto the patrons who quite frankly don’t give a damn about your self-inflicted pain! Notwithstanding, it’s a great spot for people watching and enjoying a summer aperitif.

28/06/2025: We went in two for two pizzas and despite the late hour, the guys were available with absolute kindness. The wait was minimal and the pizzas were excellent. We will definitely be back

30/09/2025: Good service with regular food. We went there as all other places with excellent reviews on GoogleMaps were sold out. This restaurant had lots of available tables, so we gave it a try. Not bad, but not remarkable. Just “ok”. Update: I was trying to be polite, but as you are so rude, I am updating my review to say: BAD food -> we find better restaurants everywhere in Italy. I am not a troll, sir. I am a LEVEL NINE Google reviewer. Improve the quality of the food you serve and you will get your tables full (like all restaurants around you). Your bad temper after a critique explains it all.

16/08/2025: A place steeped in history in the heart of Orvieto. The Chiesa di Sant'Andrea is striking for its location in Piazza della Repubblica, where it exudes a medieval atmosphere. Its façade is simple compared to the cathedral, but the interior retains a special charm with columns and ancient frescoes that reflect the passage of time. The most interesting thing is that the church was built on Etruscan, Roman, and early Christian remains, making it a very valuable archaeological site. Furthermore, as it is less visited than the Duomo, it can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. Without a doubt, a recommended stop for those who want to discover Orvieto's deeper history beyond the tourist attractions.
