25/04/2024: Always impeccable service every time, a kindness that should be praised, they are so available to the customer's requests that if you decide to share the pizza with someone at the table they will be the ones to portion it out, a thoughtfulness that should never be taken for granted and demonstrates the care that they reserve for the customer. Furthermore, the pizza is really tasty, prepared with excellent ingredients; their provola is truly excellent and even I am a lover of classic pizza, especially Margherita, at Salefino I also like to experiment with other flavours, never been disappointed so far, well done, well done, well done!
If I really have to find a flaw, the interior should be modernized, but in the summer they have a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy an excellent dinner!

29/07/2024: A piece of advice, cured meats should be put raw, not cooked, specifically "Cotto e Crudo" pizzas. The raw ham was very salty, plus I had asked to cut them and even though the room was empty, they were taken away and I waited 4-5 minutes before having them cut again. The pizza is crackers.
Overall, I expected much better from the reviews.

20/08/2024: Impressione più che positiva, essendo la prima volta che abbiamo mangiato (pranzo) in questa Trattoria: primi piatti abbondanti e gustosi (fettuccine al ragù bianco di carne chianina e maltagliati al sugo d'anatra); per secondo, arrosto di agnello alla griglia (buonissimo) e bistecca, più contorni. Naturalmente vino, acqua, dolce, caffè e limoncello (della casa). Conto finale € 90,00. Mi sembra giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo.
06/07/2024: Trattoria di una volta ....cucina tradizionale dalle cotture agli ingredienti! Locale semplice e genuino... Buono il servizio e soprattutto il modo amichevole nei confronti del cliente. Complimenti.

21/07/2024: Piacevole esperienza in un ristorantino con tavoli all’aperto tra Orvieto e Bolsena. Piatti preparati con cura con porzioni abbondanti. Condimento molto generoso! Buoni anche i piatti a base di tartufo e gli gnocchi di patate con spuntature di maiale. Dolci: consiglio il gelato artigianale, veramente strampalato. Tovagliato, buono anche il vino alla spina. L’ambiente è rustico, ma sotto la tettoia con vista sul giardino e ventilazione gradevole una piacevole scoperta!
11/07/2024: Sono sempre dell'idea che andare a cena alla Trattoria del Conte sia una certezza di buon cibo e di prezzi giusti. Certo, qualche volta c'è un po' troppa confusione e loro stessi fanno confusione, specialmente nel servizio. Però un sorriso ed il buon cibo cancellano tutto.

20/05/2024: Great location. Very good food. The staff was excellent. My wife and I had dinner 3 times in 5 nights. Because it was really close to our hotel.
Look it's not fine dining but we weren't looking for a 2 hr meal. I really wish I could remember our waiter's name, he was a funny guy that tried really hard to speak English, he told us what we should try and we took his word for it. Anyway it was affordable,clean with good service. A big shout out to the staff that made us feel welcome

21/05/2024: La sera del primo maggio,dopo aver fatto una splendida passeggiata a Todi, decidiamo di fermarci a cena sulla strada di ritorno x casa, dall'esterno già si vede una sala molto curata, l'interno è molto accogliente e le ragazze che ci lavorano sono davvero gentili e preparate.abbiamo scelto vari piatti tipici Umbri e devo dire che è stata una squisita scoperta, tutto ben fatto, saporito e prezzi ancora ragionevoli.torneremo x assaggiare il resto del menù

19/02/2024: Ospitalità e competenza sono il marchio di questa chicca speciale. Appena entrati l'impatto è positivo soprattutto per la porchetta che dal lato sinistro si propone gustosa e croccante. Anche il patron Luca contribuisce a creare un ambiente simpatico mettendo a proprio agio ogni commensale. L'offerta verte su pizza, focacce ripiene e panini. C'è anche la possibilità di avere dei primi piatti con alcune scelte di condimento. Il gruppo ha deciso per un assaggio completo di focacce ripiene sempre saporite e ben farcite: guanciale e patate una spanna al di sopra delle altre. Rapporto prezzo/qualità eccellente. Tornerò per assaggiare i primi piatti. Fate una sosta in questo locale, entrate e fatevi guidare dall' acquolina che avrete in bocca.
