A lovely refreshment stop just outside Colfiorito. We stopped for a simple snack but appreciated the helpful and friendly staff as well as the delicious products on offer. Of course, you can also buy typical local delicacies like pasta, wine, and legumes...and more! 😉 If you're in the area, it's worth a stop.

Very nice place, excellent traditional products. Today I had a delicious cured meats and cheese platter, but you can also choose other dishes... even takeout. Very friendly staff, ample parking. See you soon, Nonna Balè.

16/05/2026: We went there for a business dinner. There were four of us. Three of us ordered a Florentine steak, two cuts of about 900 grams, and the fourth ordered a tagliata. It's a shame that both arrived cold. It's a shame. The place was nice and original, and the staff was helpful.
