14/06/2026: Hidden away in a small alley. Amazing! Super fluffy dough, crispy and delicious! Highly recommended!

06/06/2026: We dined at Il Doge restaurant in Rovereto and had a truly excellent experience. To begin, we sampled a savory speck strudel, original and delicious, followed by a generous platter of excellent cured meats and cheeses. Among the first courses, we were won over by the cacio e pepe risotto with shrimp tartare: a refined, well-balanced dish with a surprising flavor. The second courses were the real highlight of the evening: the roast duck was simply amazing, tender and flavorful, while the char accompanied by a delicious vegetable ratatouille was cooked to perfection. The pork shank was also excellent, tender and rich in flavor. Finally, the desserts are definitely worth a try: the perfect finale to a high-quality dinner. Friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, and attention to detail in the cuisine. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to!

A lovely location: the osteria is located in a small square that, despite being centrally located, is sheltered from the hustle and bustle, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The waiters are friendly and impeccable. The value for money is more than satisfactory; for the same price as other more "touristy" restaurants, you can eat very well and in a relaxed atmosphere.

The pizza, in particular, is always a hit—large, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The pasta dishes are also outstanding, and the rice is cooked to perfection. You can tell they prioritize quality here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Yacine and Taip provided us with outstanding service. You immediately feel at ease. The quick service adds to the pleasant experience. The tiramisu is a true highlight, absolutely world-class. The background music complements the atmosphere perfectly and creates a relaxed ambiance. The restaurant's location is also excellent—easily accessible and right on the lake. A major plus: the prices are more affordable compared to other restaurants in the area, so you get really good food at a fair price. Highly recommended. If you're looking for great food and a pleasant experience, this is the place to go.

28/03/2026: Very good! As an Italian, I can say it's a good lakeside restaurant, not a run-of-the-mill one. The pork ribs were cleaned very well! The staff is very polite and the place is beautifully decorated with paintings. The bathrooms are clean and the value for money is perfect, I'd say!! ❤️

01/05/2026: Chic atmosphere... soft music! Everything was very nice! The waiters, the food... sophisticated and delicious! But what really struck me was the young waiter, who was very knowledgeable about allergens. I discovered a cheese thanks to him! We often stop by, and we'll be back for more recommendations.

02/06/2026: A quaint trattoria with period furnishings reflecting local tradition, a trattoria of yesteryear (decor, wall lights, cool in the summer because it's located in a historic building) with a warm welcome and a wonderful selection of homemade dishes such as canederli, carne salada and beans, Storo polenta, and much more. Prices are affordable and everything is reasonable. Helpful and welcoming staff, home-cooked food with delicious dishes. First courses are €12-13, meat main courses are €18-20, and homemade desserts are €5. We'll definitely be back!

09/12/2025: A wonderful experience at LINFA! We stumbled upon the restaurant when exploring San Gimignano and were pleasantly surprised when they had a lunch time reservation. The food was incredible, staff were knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed our Michelin star experience! The execution is in the details; from the edgy decor to the fine plated delicious dishes. Highly recommend.
