26/10/2025: We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: The restaurant is a work of art! The staff is incredibly kind and the food is delicious. And what about the owner, who spent over an hour at the end of the meal telling us the history of the restaurant and Riccardo Schweizer's work? It was an unforgettable experience!! Thanks again to all the staff!

27/12/2025: We happened upon it by chance and ate a truly delicious salmon pasta dish revisited by the chef. Massimiliano, the chef and owner, was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: We had an aperitivo with a platter of local products, cured meats and cheeses, niche products, authentic flavors not easy to find elsewhere. The Apertol spritz and Ugo spritz were excellent, and the owner was very kind and helpful. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it.

09/12/2025: A wonderful experience at LINFA! We stumbled upon the restaurant when exploring San Gimignano and were pleasantly surprised when they had a lunch time reservation. The food was incredible, staff were knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed our Michelin star experience! The execution is in the details; from the edgy decor to the fine plated delicious dishes. Highly recommend.

16/02/2026: Came accros this lovely place which was open on a monday lunchtime when many others were shut. I had a chicken curry and it was very nice. They also do pizza and other stuff to. The resturant seating areas are all spaced out nicely and has nice calming music playong while you eat.

29/01/2026: Overall, a very pleasant lunch. I ordered a fish entree, which was very generous and delicious. The staff was very friendly, the service attentive, and the wait time was short. The only flaw was the management of the courses: there were three of us, with two entrees and a pizza, and the pizza arrived well before the other dishes, risking getting cold. I understand the different preparation times, but it would be ideal to have the courses arrive at the same time so everyone could eat at the same time. It's still a place I recommend for its quality and friendly service.

31/03/2026: I arrived at the refuge on the way between the Sella Pass and the Pertini refuge. A beautiful location, beyond the now-famous bomboloni, it's a lovely restaurant overlooking the valley. If you arrive early enough, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace in the company of yaks and marmots! The interior is very well-kept, quaint, and clean!

04/01/2026: Fantastic! Simply fantastic! The place is beautiful, and the owner knows how to welcome guests like in times gone by. We stumbled upon it by chance after a stroll, around 2:00 PM, and with a little patience, she was able to seat us with extreme kindness. The dishes are typically local and authentic. The entire staff is also truly wonderful—she's a truly friendly person, if you can see it and aren't too city-dwelling! We'll definitely be back.

05/03/2026: I went here for lunch with my girlfriend and it was a truly wonderful experience. The service was quick and efficient, and the food arrived quickly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without a long wait. The quality of the food was excellent. The venison steak in particular was truly delicious: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The location is beautiful and welcoming, and the sun was shining that day, making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxing. It was truly the perfect place to stop for lunch and enjoy the moment. Overall, a more than positive experience: fast service, delicious food, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

22/02/2026: Discovered by chance, Tana dell'ermellino is a true treasure in the woods. The setting is beautiful, refined but not overbearing, with excellent cuisine and professional service, along with the owner's exceptional courtesy. We'll be back often. Highly recommended.
