12/08/2025: We've been to this restaurant twice, and what can I say... WONDERFUL! The staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive despite the large number of customers. The menu is varied, but every single dish is worth a visit. The portions are generous (you won't go home hungry after a day on the trails!), and the desserts are the icing on the cake of a wonderful dinner. I absolutely recommend booking a table at Pappagallo! Congratulations to the entire staff 🍀

Servizio cucina ni, servizio lento e senza un ordine di arrivo, e nemmeno ristorante pieno! 01/08/2025: Unfortunately, the experience at Trattoria Sant'Alessandro was very disappointing - the change in management is noticeable, but not in a positive way. Service is almost nonexistent, the portions have become very small for the price you pay, and unfortunately, the quality is also lacking. And a €3 cover charge per person for a small restaurant like this is definitely excessive in my opinion, especially in this area. "Not recommended."

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante convenzionato col nostro hotel, qualche sera fa ordinando un piatto di canederli e uno di gulash . I 2 canederli erano completamente insipidi e privi di ingredienti tanto che per rimediare abbiamo chiesto del formaggio grana per insaporirlo con esito scarso … il gulash era talmente speziato che in gola risultava pungente troppo pungente. Siamo scappati a gambe elevate dopo aver pagato 38 € con due calici di vino. Pessima esperienza

14/07/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia famiglia durante la nostra vacanza a Folgaria. Il ristorante sorge in una traversa in discesa del corso principale ed offre i tipici piatti della tradizione trentina. Nella bella stagione consiglio di mangiare all'aperto, nella bella veranda che affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Tra i primi consiglio vivamente gli ottimi Strangolapreti con Formaggi Fusi, davvero gustosi. Tra i secondi molto buono lo Spezzatino di Cervo in salmi' con Polenta, molto meno invece il Piatto Trentino, composto da Polenta, Goulash di Manzo, Funghi e Canederlo, trovato di meglio in altri posti. Ci rifacciamo decisamente con i dolci, tra cui spiccano sia la crostata che l'ottimo Strudel. Da bere consigliato il Cabernet o il Prosecco della casa a seconda dei gusti. Personale gentile e disponibile, prezzi nella media del posto.

10/06/2025: We stayed in March 2025 in this beautiful family-run hotel and we were thrilled in every aspect. The services are impeccable, the room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the Dolomites, completely immersed in nature. The cuisine is truly special, with carefully prepared and genuine dishes, and the shuttle service is always available and very convenient for every need. We went with our 15-month-old baby and he also had a great time: all the staff was welcoming and attentive, and there was a playroom perfect for the little ones. The SPA is another strong point of the hotel, with a spectacular view of the mountains that makes every moment of relaxation even more magical. A stay that we will carry in our hearts and that we truly recommend to those looking for a holiday dedicated to comfort, nature and genuine hospitality.

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

28/07/2025: Die hausgemachten Nudeln sind superlecker! Wir haben beide Pasta gegessen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

25/07/2025: The food is delicious and the portions are large, but you have to look at the receipt when you pay. They added a glass of wine to my receipt for a different price than what I ordered, but then when I noticed they returned my money and didn't apologize. Check your receipts!

25/07/2025: This route is surrounded by nature. If you're looking for a more relaxed route, take the bus around the village and then head back towards Lake Molveno along the road, all downhill. If you're in good shape, start from the lake and follow the trail up a steep climb, then head back down to the village.

11/08/2025: Mi sono recata in questo locale per ben due sere consecutive insieme al mio ragazzo. La prima sera abbiamo preso un mega tagliere vegetariano, mentre la seconda dei tortei di patate e due panini, accompagnati da una deliziosa birra. Entrambe le volte ci siamo seduti fuori e abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza del personale. Il cibo è squisito, molto abbondante e di buona qualità. Io sono vegetariana e ho trovato tantissime opzioni adatte a me, cosa purtroppo non sempre scontata. Consiglio a tutti di provare questo locale!

05/08/2025: Il posto è molto carino specialmente se si mangia fuori. Il cibo anche buono e abbondante avendo preso un tagliere. I camerieri sono simpatici però c’è una disorganizzazione generale anche aspettando al posto indicato sembra di essere “invisibili “ dato che i camerieri ci passavano davanti senza un cenno. Sono troppo rigidi nel senso che non si può aggiungere o togliere nulla a un tagliere (avevamo chiesto un tagliere senza carne ma con formaggio). Scoccia molto che in Trentino non ti portino una brocca d’acqua e si sia costretti a consumare acqua imbottigliata-preferirei un supplemento però la brocca.

29/07/2025: It's been a while since I've given 5 stars for every aspect, but in this case, they're well deserved. A free tasting of all the bubbles and a few other treats, including the excellent EVO oil, was provided by the beautiful and kind Gaia, and lunch at the agriturismo on a spectacular outdoor terrace, with excellent food and refined service. The price was in line with the offer, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PS: I went back the next evening and can only confirm what I've already written.

15/08/2025: We only stopped to use the bar service, so I'm not judging the hotel. I just have to say thank you for the kindness of the lady who served us a delicious mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, carefully prepared by her grandmother. 17/06/2025: I stayed this weekend with a group of friends on the occasion of a football tournament. The location is reminiscent of the classic mountain huts immersed in the spectacular green landscape and silence, the rooms are comfortable and with spacious balconies overlooking the greenery, furnished in mountain house style. In 15 minutes you go down to the valley. We were welcomed in a kind, cordial, thoughtful and attentive way to any possible need and always available and very kind. Very good cuisine, the place also lends itself well to classic outdoor lunches in the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. If I found a small flaw I would recommend strengthening the internet connection and the mobile signal a little.
