30/09/2025: Excellent seafood dishes with generous portions and fresh ingredients at reasonable prices! Pleasant atmosphere with a lake view and friendly staff. The pizza is average; I'd opt for the seafood dishes.

31/01/2026: I was speechless! My work often takes me out to eat. I visit many restaurants and taverns, but this little eatery is the absolute best for me. Go on an empty stomach and try all their specialties! They're divine. I've never eaten such good freshwater fish. The dish is a thrill. Even the simple side dish is a thrill. A thrill that reminds you of family. True old-fashioned cooking. I also ordered wine, but I preferred not to drink it so the flavor of the fish lingered longer. The next morning, we went to pick up two vacuum-packed trout to take away. I'd say that after 5 hours with ice, they held up well (at a truly fair price). Thanks for a lovely evening! 30/03/2026: A truly positive experience. A business trip, and one of the very few restaurants open in Rovereto on a Monday evening. We booked and parked in the lot in front of the entrance (not large, but adequate... and there's also the option of parking on the street before the entrance). We were greeted warmly and always with a smile. Personally, I preferred a risotto, my passion, with a nice platter nearby. The atmosphere is bright but warm, and there's no disturbing noise. Strong points: Hospitality and service. Weak points: Could have added a little more to the first course (especially the gnocchi). Highly recommended if you're in the area. Definitely worth returning.

12/01/2026: Beautiful, charming, excellent food and service. Spectacular views of Lake Garda to the left and the Dolomites to the right. The summit, just above, is definitely worth climbing. Worth a revisit. Recently returned. I agree with what I wrote. My only advice: remove the Palestinian flag from the decor. It ruins the refuge's charm, especially given recent developments.

05/01/2026: A beautiful, well-equipped and well-maintained refuge. It overlooks the valley and even overlooks Lake Garda. Getting there takes about 2 or 3 hours, depending on your pace. It takes a bit of stamina, but it's doable. There are also two roads, one steeper and the other a little longer, that lead directly to the refuge. Stunning view!

05/03/2026: Not very large but welcoming, with a remarkable view of the surrounding area and the Pozze lake below. The staff and food are excellent.

26/03/2026: Wow, just wow. It felt like visiting Sicily again 🥰 Arrancini and cannoli are absolutely the best. I wish I had discovered this place on the first day of my trip. I skipped my hotel breakfast to come here 😀

21/12/2025: This recently renovated restaurant, located on the shore of Lake Levico, offers a rustic yet modern ambiance. On a night when all the local restaurants were packed, we managed to get a table at Ristorante La Taverna. Service wasn't slow at all, despite the packed restaurant that evening. The pizzas were delicious and fluffy, with a shallow crust. Quality ingredients and prices very similar to the competition. Approved!

05/11/2025: Excellent food, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recommended.

10/09/2025: Followed the access road from Val Noana. A steady climb, with sometimes challenging but never impossible sections. The route near the waterfall (a spring of very fresh water) is fantastic, where the road follows a section carved into the rock. Read the explanatory signs! Arrival at the refuge in an idyllic setting amidst flat meadows and dense surrounding woods. A warm welcome awaits. Excellent menu (a trio of delicious dumplings and spätzle) enjoyed at outdoor tables. Prices more than match the setting. Before setting off, weather permitting, sit outside, overlooking the valley's sunny meadows, sip a glass of herbal grappa and... meditate!

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't sleep there, but the location and food were excellent! And without overtourism.

06/04/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant, we had 4 first courses and 2 portions of French fries, the first courses were very good, especially the spaghetti with clams, generous portions and very helpful waiters.

25/03/2026: Pizzeria Pomodoro in Vezzano is a true guarantee for those seeking quality pizza. The dough is light and the ingredients are always fresh, with fast and friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The added bonus is definitely the large and convenient parking nearby, which makes picking up takeout or dining in easy and stress-free. A must-visit in the area. Highly recommended!

20/03/2026: Terrible! The waiter was extremely rude! He packed 9 of us into 2 small connected tables that could fit 4 people. When we said in English that we couldn't eat like that and that 9 dishes wouldn't fit, he cursed at us quietly in Italian, not knowing that some of us spoke Italian. I wanted to spread his teeth on the floor, but he ran away and hid behind the bar.

14/03/2026: Nice service, good food. Restaurant at a high level, they have good not only pizza but also other food. As a bonus, excellent prosecco.. prices are not exorbitant. I recommend. It is better to book seats in advance in case of larger groups.

I decided to write this review to thank you because every time we've had a great time, both for lunch and dinner. So, anyone planning to visit this place can be sure they'll have a great time (reservations are recommended). I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Stefania, who is always attentive, precise, and kind.

08/03/2026: We stopped for lunch. The staff were friendly and the place was welcoming. The dishes were excellent and plentiful. The venison and rabbit were good, as were the strudels.

06/04/2026: The burgers are excellent. Truly challenging. They have various types; the one with Fassona and Asiago is truly delicious; the one with pulled pork is definitely GPM-worthy, meaning anyone who finishes it is good. The bun topping is decidedly unusual, but perfectly spot on: they chose to make it with pizza dough. A very pleasant surprise. The pizzas are also excellent, with dough of varying thicknesses and very interesting compositions. Despite not having made reservations, the wait was minimal.
