I came here for lunch with friends. The welcome was excellent, with a small appetizer featuring typical mountain pasture products. The lunch featured high-quality, authentic dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. The magical atmosphere of the mountain pasture and the friendly, helpful staff made this lunch with friends truly perfect. The prices were fair and excellent value! We'll definitely be back! I recommend trying the polenta with beef stew.

Fantastic! Simply fantastic! The place is beautiful, and the owner knows how to welcome guests like in times gone by. We stumbled upon it by chance after a stroll, around 2:00 PM, and with a little patience, she was able to seat us with extreme kindness. The dishes are typically local and authentic. The entire staff is also truly wonderful—she's a truly friendly person, if you can see it and aren't too city-dwelling! We'll definitely be back.

27/04/2026: A small, yet impressive museum that recounts, through a wealth of written, visual, and physical documents, the adventurous life of Padre Kino, who explored the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. He is well-known and respected in these territories!
18/04/2026: This restaurant, designed and furnished by the sculptor and painter Riccardo Schweizer in the late 1970s, offers a soberly elegant, pleasant, and peaceful atmosphere. Several works by Schweizer adorn the entrance and interior. In nice weather, you can dine in the peaceful outdoor garden, which overlooks the Adige River. The restaurant is easily accessible, located directly on the main road leading to Bolzano. A good selection of Italian and Trentino cuisine, both meat and fish, is available, with dishes prepared to order. The desserts are excellent; I particularly enjoyed the chocolate cake with caramel mousse. The service is very friendly. The bathrooms are small, but spotlessly clean and fragrant. There is ample parking.

09/12/2025: A wonderful experience at LINFA! We stumbled upon the restaurant when exploring San Gimignano and were pleasantly surprised when they had a lunch time reservation. The food was incredible, staff were knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed our Michelin star experience! The execution is in the details; from the edgy decor to the fine plated delicious dishes. Highly recommend.
