01/04/2024: Waited over an hour, food satisfactory, no service level. Do not go unless you are prepared to wait for your food. The coke was ok 🤣 Improve your service level!!

31/12/2023: Locale carino,abbiamo cenato poco fa li. Cibo ottimo,personale gentile. Vicino al centro di Bagno Vignoni e alla vasca termale. Ravioli con branzino al pesto di agrumi e menta un’ottima scoperta. Buona anche la tagliata e il tortino col cuore caldo e frutti rossi. Consigliato.

01/08/2024: If I could give 0.5 star because the location is still nice. This place this hotel could have gotten 5 stars if they made a little effort. It's a place with so much potential but seems to be falling flat. According to the booking, this is one of those hotels that is supposed to be non-smoking, which they are absolutely not, but they are also allowed to smoke inside the house in the cleaning scrubber and the guest toilet at the reception, probably by the staff themselves. They stink right up to the hotel room corridor into the room. Bicycles are not available at the hotel, which according to the booking should be bicycle rental is a private woman who charges 49 euros per day per bicycle and is not available on site. The pictures of the hotel are 9 years old, neither is the same as the hotel is, for example, the pole has been rebuilt and the bar at the pole is open a little when the staff feel like it or not they themselves lie and sunbathe. In our room there was a lamp missing and in the party's other room a hairdryer was missing we told them but they did nothing, except that it could be our own fault that maybe we shouldn't charge our phones then all the lamps would work, we showed the staff that they were missing a light bulb so had nothing to do with our mobiles.. they still neglected to fix offered no compensation or change of room. The breakfast is in front all morning without refrigeration of raw materials such as ham cheese and yogurt should be refrigerated, everything is in front for several hours .. rock hard bread and old ham. Played blues and rock at high volume and the staff have their own section where they leave as soon as they don't need to serve more coffee which seemed to bother them to have to do more than once. If you have a choice, don't choose this hotel, take one of the state-owned ones instead. This is run by a bunch of pranksters who are not serious.

29/07/2024: Friendliness at the reception, beautiful swimming pool, excellent dinner served with typical Tuscan friendliness and competence by the head waiter (like me, a motorbike enthusiast!), rich breakfast buffet! The not always positive reviews of previous visitors, if serious and honest, served as a suggestion and stimulus. In fact, we found many things improved. There is still something to be done and it will certainly improve: in the room it was not clear how the air conditioning adjustment worked, the mini-bar, although correctly connected, showed no signs of life (and hot and thirsty we missed it!) However, I will happily return.

07/08/2024: Service really bad with a very irritated behavior towards questions of customers. Extreem high prices. Skip this place. There are enough bars to spend you money!

06/08/2024: Horrible service, the old lady that took us into the restaurant couldn't have been more unpleasant. She obviously didn't realise we understood Italian and heard her calling us stupid to other members of staff. Avoid this place at all cost. The cocktails were rubbish and the pizza was even worse. This place clearly only stays open because of its location. Horrible all round.

19/06/2024: Bad attention. The rude waitress. They don't allow you to use all the bathrooms.

18/08/2024: Very unpleasant. We sat down and wanted to eat something. Wife went to the toilet and I looked at the reviews. Woman came back saying the owner said something unkind to her. Went again. He came running and attacked us and demanded €1. We wanted to give it to him but it went away

18/08/2024: Rude and ignorant... I don't know how it can still be open... rude to customers.. arrogant.... AWFUL!

14/07/2024: Personale, davvero maleducato!! Caffè accettabile. Dolci surgelati. Locale centrale, unica cosa positiva. Per il mio parere, esperienza estremamente negativa e Locale solo turistico.

04/07/2024: Touristenfalle, Preise nicht ausgeschildert und völlig überzogen. Unfreundliches Personal. Toiletten unhygienisch. Es gibt bessere Cafés in der Nähe.

14/08/2024: Avoid at all costs. The Carbonara was inedible and the manager refused to take it off the bill, so we were forced to paid €19 for nothing. Only decided on this place as the kids were feeling hot and hungry. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

13/08/2024: AWAY!!!!!!!!High prices for lousy service!! We were poorly served because we are tourists…

22/07/2024: A colleague and I stopped in this place to have a quick sandwich before leaving. The owner, sitting at a nearby table, advised us to take the platter because it would have the same price as the sandwich. I opted for the sandwich, while my colleague decided to take the platter. He received a platter with normal quality cured meats, cut very finely, and three pieces of cheese. He kept trying to sell me a cheese board at least but I didn't want it. We didn't know how much it cost because it wasn't indicated anywhere and we only found out with the bill at the end. 20 euros for such a small and scarce cutting board is madness. Furthermore, they charged us for two desserts even though we had only asked for one.

12/07/2024: Very pleasant place to go to, open during the day and very accommodating to large groups of people, very nice owner.

12/08/2024: please do not visit this business again. It is located at the entrance of the city in a privileged spot and consists of two shops exactly opposite each other with ice creams, coffees and other snacks and opposite with cava and drinks. Logically, it is a family business of dangerous lame humanoids with antisocial and uncivilized behavior who do not know a word of another language to speak beyond their own local dialect and they physically attack by pushing but also verbally abusing people with disabilities because they sat on a chair from the outside tables that were cans with soft drinks and take away ice creams. The group of Greeks in between had already bought some forty drinks from their cellar and almost all of them water, ice cream, coffee and soft drinks from the store opposite. After they threw a man from the chair and pushed disabled girls, they cursed and screamed with racist hate at the group to leave for Spain, since their problematic situation and disorder did not allow them to distinguish and recognize that we are not Spanish. If our group didn't have an appointment to depart with the coach a few hours later, we would have called the police, who, as we learned from our guide, rushed to the spot, I guess by calling the shopkeepers who became eyewitnesses to these sick and immoral behaviors!!! ! I am sure that the neighboring businesses will have experienced similar situations from them. The only discrepancy in our excellent trip to Italy!!!

10/08/2024: Disgusting food, disgusting staff. Used physical violence on a disabled person and was literally dragging their chair while they were sitting on it, just because they didn’t know that they had to pay more than the regular price to sit on the tables.
