22/03/2026: I don't usually write reviews, but this time I think it's worth it, given the lovely evening we had last night. Even though I was with a large group and the pizza-and-go formula isn't usually a winning one, I have to change my mind. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, the service was fast and impeccable, the cold cuts and fried dough were excellent, the pizzas were well-topped and generous, and the prices were in line with the current situation and, above all, the quality. The only flaw... the atmosphere. Being small, it was a bit noisy, but that's a small flaw to be expected. Perhaps just a little more attention could be given to the restrooms, but otherwise, it's an experience I'd recommend to all the uppity Pistoia residents.

24/02/2026: A decent place in a tricky location for parking. I had gluten-free pizza, provolone cheese, sausage, and steamed potatoes. Excellent. The dough was one of the best I've ever tasted. The other ingredients were also very good. I also had a gluten-free beer, which I didn't like as much. But it's a matter of taste. The staff was very kind, friendly, and pleasant.

What can I say about Franco and Anna, two unique and beautiful people who immediately make you feel at ease and super helpful!!!!! 16/05/2026: We came for a special breakfast with an aperitif and live music by the wonderful DJ NEXA. We had a wonderful time, savoring both the antipasti and the dessert, and were pleasantly surprised by the variety we found. I hope you do events like this again.

04/01/2026: The best place in Pistoia; if you keep going to La Sala, it's only out of habit. The location is beautiful, a glassed-in greenhouse in the middle of a park. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have excellent wines, beers, and cocktails. The pizza is delicious. The brunch is fantastic. The midweek lunches are wonderful. The background music is always pleasant, so you can chat without having to shout. In the summer, you have the park, in the winter, the greenhouse with the stove on... I mean...

28/12/2025: Good food, kind and welcoming staff, excellent schiacciata and bread.

21/12/2025: A simple but clean and welcoming place. Excellent service. The tuna, egg, and mayo sandwich in its soft bread is sublime. And don't even get me started on the pastries and viennoiseries... The puff pastry of the turnovers is perfectly crisp and beautifully caramelized. The brioche croissant is worthy of the finest French brioches. Don't hesitate to make the detour if you're nearby or on the highway; it's well worth it. I did, and I don't regret it.

20/11/2025: A fantastic little village restaurant, exactly as it should be, where you feel free to pop in even for a glass of water. The display case is stocked with savory delicacies and excellent pizza by the slice. A kind and courteous lady at the counter. Plenty of seats and tables available, convenient parking. Excellent!!

09/06/2026: i really loved this spot and the gracious rooms and dreamlike gardens and grounds. you MUST try and relax by the pool or swim as it is beautiful! this was my view :
