27/07/2025: Moeder en dochter doen dit puur uit liefde voor het vak. Moeder als kok en dochter als bediende, op persoonlijk niveau. De pasta carbonara was buitengewoon lekker, terwijl ik een regelmatiger carbonara-eter ben. Nog nooit zo lekker gegeten en heel authentieke ervaring zonder toeristische focus. Ook veel locals komen hier eten als vaste klanten. Warme sfeer, echte aanrader!

25/07/2025: Si quieres una experiencia gastronómica Italiano tradicional en la Toscana entonces ven aquí. Sí IT es un servicio lento, ya que solo hay nonna cocina en el ITchen y un servidor (la hija), pero es fabuloso. Tómate tu tiempo y disfruta del ambiente, nos encantó IT. La pasta gf estaba genial, el filete estaba tan tierno y el vino precioso, la crema de caramelo era la mejor que he probado. Disfruta del ritmo, IT es más lento pero relájate y sigue la corriente. Nos encantó IT y hemos reservado para volver!

10/08/2025: Excellent. Homemade and truly delicious food. Don't be pretentious about the wine. It's all included in the €28 set menu. Abundant appetizer First course Second course Side dish Dessert Coffee or grappa. Excellent!! ...and the staff is very friendly and fast.

01/06/2025: Simply lovely, arrived without a booking while Nonna Tina seemed to have hosted a bday for a full family. No problems at all we were seated on the terrace and treated a full menu for a very fair price with very friendly service. Good food, people, wine and atmosphere

19/08/2025: I was in Prunetta at the farmhouse and had some excellent pizzas and fried pasta to go. The place is charming and well-decorated, definitely a great choice for cool mountain walks.

14/08/2025: Excellent place to eat on hot days. A lovely garden with outdoor tables. I'd say if you're not too fussy about the food and want some fresh air, this is the place to be. My dog also really liked the little garden... very kind, a little slow in serving, but a lovely evening!

17/08/2025: Disappointing restaurant... My partner and I ordered a cacio e pere risotto and a vegetable carbonara. The risotto was quite good, but the carbonara was completely tasteless, overcooked, and watery, with peas and carrots that seemed to have been boiled and had an egg thrown in there just before it arrived. I mentioned this to the waitress... her response... I brought her some salt... of course, I sent the whole dish back. After paying the full bill, including the carbonara, I reiterated that we thought the pasta wasn't good, and they responded rudely... an unprofessional move, considering they've lost us as customers, and we'll definitely give them bad publicity.

09/08/2025: A very nice place to eat, the pizzas are typically Italian and, in my opinion, delicious, the staff very friendly despite the hustle and bustle. The prices are reasonable and affordable 👍

01/09/2025: When we called to make a reservation (afternoon for dinner), we were informed that they do not offer a pizzeria service, only a restaurant. Ok, we go. We order two lasagnas and a fried food with a side dish. The lasagna arrives on a plate, a typical square portion, divided in two. We think we have not been clear. We continue with a second course. For dessert, no choice, either tart or crostata. They arrive cold and marmalade. I would like to point out that during dinner we see pizzas flocking to almost all the tables... (communication two hours before, no pizza). The bill is a surprise: the square of lasagna costs 30 euros because 2 are charged (??). The place is nice, but the honesty is poor.

10/08/2025: Very good food, local specialties. The mixed antipasto was good and varied. The first courses were excellent. The meat was good. Service was average. Excellent value for money.

16/04/2025: Having booked through a partner hotel, I was able to choose whether to order an à la carte menu or have a fixed menu. I opted for the landline…it's 8.00 pm. I took a spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli (the portion itself was sufficient) the only flaw was too much oil in the dish, I know it's called garlic OLIO and chilli...but the oil seemed a bit excessive to me; I ate it very willingly anyway because in addition to being very good🤟😆 the portion was larger than normal. Then I took a stew, a little disappointed because it seemed reheated, but it could easily be my mistake given the half liter of wine I drank🤣🤟. Side of buttered carrots that went down which was a wonder! What maximized everything was the fact that they accommodated my needs regarding my 4-legged best friend, he ate and drank too (unfortunately he didn't drink wine, he doesn't like it). Absolutely a place I will return to and a place I recommend.

29/07/2025: Perfect food meets everyone’s need. A lot of vege options, variety of fish options and pastas. Delicious as anything. In our 1 week of Pistoia region we went there 4 times for lunch. Smiling and very helpful staff. Fresh food and plenty of parking just outside the shop. If we are in the region I will definitely visit Rosticceria again.

18/07/2025: I have one rule: I never return to the same place. This rule no longer applies. I've been there twice already, and I'd gladly go back, and more than once. A fabulous place, rest, regeneration, and a recharge unlike any other place I've been. A wonderful place with fantastic and welcoming owners. The pool is large, sometimes you're alone, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant serves delicious dinners. The view is breathtaking, and the space is so relaxing. I'll definitely be back again, and I already miss it.

17/07/2025: A wonderful, peaceful Tuscan hotel with a pool, beautiful views, and a cicada concert from morning till night in two large pine trees. The walks through the olive groves are also wonderful, though all uphill or downhill.

08/08/2025: I stayed one night at the Grande Hotel Villa Cappuggi, and for the room, hospitality, and ambiance, I can only give top marks: everything was well-kept, clean, and very pleasant. Unfortunately, the downside was breakfast. I had indicated my vegan diet when booking and later reiterated my request. I was assured that alternatives would be available in the dining room. When I arrived at the buffet, however, there was nothing clearly identifiable as vegan. I asked the dining room manager, who responded with obvious uncertainty. After checking with the manager, she brought me a plate of packaged snacks for celiacs (Scotti rice triangles, chocolate-covered biscuits, and gluten-free crackers)—foods not exactly suitable for breakfast, and especially not designed for a celiac diet. When I asked if at least the bread on the buffet was suitable, the response was "Oh well, you'll know better, I don't know," accompanied by a laugh, and the conversation ended with a "Oh, I don't know" and a walkout. This attitude made me feel mocked and disrespected, especially considering that, in addition to the ethical choice, I have intolerances that affect my health. So I forgot about breakfast and returned to my room. My husband reported the incident to the receptionist: there, the receptionist, realizing that the special diet notification had indeed been entered in the kitchen, kindly apologized. It's a shame that the attention and professionalism shown by the reception staff was not matched by the breakfast room staff.

07/08/2025: A well-maintained tourist hotel with a large pool and a pleasant bar nearby. Convenient for getting around Pistoia, with a good value for money. Breakfast offers a variety of products, offering everything you need for any breakfast.

08/07/2025: Every time I dine here, I'm always delighted. The ingredients are top-notch, the service is always prompt, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. One of the few places with truly good buffalo mozzarella.
