27/07/2025: Welcoming place, friendly and very courteous staff. It was recommended to us by the B&B where we were staying, and I must say we were very pleased. We went back for dinner the second night. The local food was delicious, including the game, which was divinely cooked. I also wanted to try the pizza, which was very thin and easy to digest. I'm really happy I tried this little place, and I highly recommend it!

28/07/2025: It's a shame when you can sense the desire to shut down a long-established business. The owner is always rude and surly (as if we were doing her a favor). A table for 25 people. When it came to the bill, which was supposed to be Roman fare, some paid €30, others €25, and another €20 (we're not sure why). At the end, she even claimed someone hadn't paid and dismissed us in a very rude manner. It's a shame because we've always been there and always had a great time. Unfortunately, they won't see us again.

23/07/2025: Appaltino was recommended to me at the post office, 100 meters away. I didn't regret it. Spaghetti with clams was truly delicious, like a well-known restaurant, the coffee was excellent, which is very important to me, and the hostess was very kind. Highly recommended!

10/04/2025: Club with Bar, Pizzeria and Restaurant, in the greenery of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, excellent quality products, served in a rustic environment, where time has stood still, in winter welcoming you with the warmth of the lit fireplace and the scent of good things, the pizza is delicious, thin, well seasoned, not to mention the cuisine and desserts are all homemade.... Congratulations to Paolo and all his collaborators, who have existed and persisted for years, providing an excellent quality service, and providing a meeting and aggregation point in this sometimes complicated mountain of ours. I highly recommend it... better to book by phone.

09/08/2025: Interesting experience. A delicious multi-course meal including wine and coffee. Everything was excellent, except for the main course, the chicken and sausage that came with it were very dry, and in some cases, very salty. Somehow, everything was always cleared away very quickly, and it was a bit unpleasant to hear the party music from a birthday party in the background...

01/08/2025: I ate here with my boyfriend this evening, we ate very well, the staff were very kind and friendly, the food was excellent, plentiful and above all home-made, authentic Tuscan flavours.

13/06/2025: Agriturismo molto carino vicino alla dimora Dell'Agliaccio dove abbiamo pernottato. Il luogo è incantevole nella natura Toscana. L'oste ha saputo consigliarci al meglio, l'abbiamo trovato molto preparato sulla carta dei vini. Fa il suo lavoro con passione e se ne vedono i risultati. Inutile aggiungere che anche i piatti che abbiamo gustato ci sono piaciuti molto. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

13/06/2025: Das Essen und die Location waren hervorragend. Die Gastgeber legen viel Wert auf Regionalität und Qualität. Preis/Leistung passt absolut. Auf Grund der geringen Außenplätze ist eine Reservierung ratsam. Wir hatten ohne Reservierung einfach nur Glück, da wir außerhalb der Hauptsaison dort waren

18/08/2025: Lunch on vacation with friends. Excellent food, friendly staff. If I were in the area again, I'd go back. The ficchetti were spectacular! We were told all the pasta is homemade. The place is spacious and very clean.

11/08/2025: We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this refuge. For dinner and accommodation, they charged us €53 per person for a plate of pasta and beans that literally tasted like water, accompanied by beans with terrible sausage, and ridiculous portions. Breakfast was even worse. Very little choice. The quality of the food was truly poor and unacceptable for the price. Furthermore, the beds and sheets were dirty and dusty, giving the impression they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

12/07/2025: The highest quality, carefully selected, and the unmistakably Tuscan warmth and friendliness! The schiacciate with ham and raw ham are exceptional! The bakery I wish I had near my house!

12/08/2025: Scoperto quasi per caso. Cercavo un posto a Pistoia dove mangiare il pesce e ho visto questa location. Fissato per il compleanno di mia moglie l’11 Agosto e quindi cenato da loro. È stata un’esperienza fantastica… Location bellissima, personale professionale ma soprattutto gentilissimo. Ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a cena a casa nostra. Se gli chiedevi info su una portata, subito gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra ti davano spiegazione sulla portata da scegliere. Io personalmente affibbiò ben 10 STELLE all’equipe del ROSSO VENEZIANO. Che dire delle portate? Da 10 ma non basterebbero le stelle in cielo per la bontà … Dai, se non ci siete mai stati dovete provarlo in tutti i modi. Il prezzo vale per tutto, ma sono sicuro che mi ringrazierete per il consiglio. Credetemi, ma ho intenzione di ritornarci… A presto ❤️

07/08/2025: Finalmente dopo vari tentativi, il locale è sempre pieno ,sono riuscito a cenare in questo ristorante . Devo dire che ho mangiato benissimo , ottimo antipasto di crudo e un primo veramente squisito , e un dolce di elevata raffinatezza. Personale gentilissimo . Il conto , parere personale, lo trovo allineato alla qualità di quello che ho mangiato
