07/07/2026: A very quiet restaurant. We arrived and there was no one there, so there was no wait. The staff is great. You can build your own burger. We ordered the daily specials and we didn't regret it! We were served very quickly. When the restaurant gets busier, it's not unbearable; you can still talk without raising your voice. A nice bonus: homemade fries!

04/07/2026: While I was at the restaurant to pass the time, I read some negative reviews from even 5 years ago. I recommend everyone focus on the good ones because the owners are very kind and helpful, even after hours. They explained to us how to order well, and the food arrived almost immediately. Furthermore, looking at the kitchen, you'll see people who put in the effort and passion, even though they work all day and there are only two of them. The best food I've ever eaten. I recommend it to everyone. ❤❤❤

04/04/2026: Average quality. Service could be improved, as we were in a separate room from the main one. The owner was very friendly and willing to accommodate our changes. Typical restaurant with healthy Tuscan cuisine. The minced liver was a no-no.

16/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic! It was a pleasure to eat here in May 2026. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They also went the extra mile for our little daughter, which we greatly appreciated. There was a high chair available as well as a clean changing area, making us feel truly welcome as a family. The food was delicious, and the cozy location in the charming little street completed the experience perfectly. We will definitely be back here again!

06/07/2026: A stunningly beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is perfect. The food is fresh and truly prepared with love. The wines also pair wonderfully with it. I would almost not dare recommend it because I want to keep it to myself. A real 10 out of 10!

18/04/2026: This has become our favorite place to take friends to eat when they come to Volterra. The 360 views are absolutely magnificent. Wonderful lunch with seasonal dishes. Owners and staff are very nice and extremely accommodating if someone in your group has dietary restrictions. Recommend you call ahead to reserve.

06/07/2026: A fantastic place run by wonderful, passionate people. We ate there several times and always left satisfied, even though we were a group of eight. There's something for everyone, including kids :) I recommend the seafood, and the meat is top-notch! Everything is fresh and delicious. What's more, the slightly out-of-the-way location (a short distance from Volterra) is a big plus, with a great atmosphere and truly unforgettable views!

13/05/2026: Excellent products and a splendid view, but the service suffers from tourism fatigue! ☕️🥐🚬The place is in a fantastic location in the old town. We had excellent coffee and truly delicious pastries. The highlight was the outdoor table: very charming, with a splendid view of the characteristic streets of Volterra's historic center, ideal for sitting, relaxing, and even smoking a cigarette outside. The only downside was the service. The waitress seemed decidedly exhausted and tired of the constant flow of tourists, serving us in a very cold, hasty, and distracted manner, interrupting our order to collect the payment of other customers in the middle. Local Guide's verdict: The quality of the coffee and pastries is unquestionable, and the location is very charming for an outdoor stop. If you're looking for warm and welcoming service, you might be disappointed, but for a quick break with a view, it's a good place. Three/four stars. ⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️

13/03/2026: We stopped for a quick bite to eat in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing. We found the atmosphere to be familiar and welcoming. The owners are very kind and also love animals; they complimented our dogs so much, and we really appreciated it.

06/07/2026: The pizza is quite unique... greasy and thin... completely different from what they serve in fancy pizzerias, but eating it made me feel like I was transported back in time to mid-20th-century Italy, and that this was the kind of pizza Italian workers ate. 😉 The owners were incredibly nice, and the place had a great homey atmosphere.

09/07/2026: It was a terrible experience for us because they didn't bring the food we ordered. I own a restaurant too, and this can happen, but the real problem isn't that, it's that after reporting it, they were left completely indifferent. All it takes is a simple "sorry, I'll take care of it right away" to resolve the issue. The icing on the cake is that you pay for it with the indifference of the host/owner, who is obviously used to this kind of situation. I hope others have fared better.

08/07/2026: Great location with great views Service good Food very average Shared pappardelle with boar for a starter and had rabbit and beef cheeks for the main course . The meat was tough and salty . Nice bottle of local white wine .
