15/05/2025: Very good panini, the best we ate in Tuscany. It is worth choosing focaccia instead of bread, it is delicious. We ate with porchetta and with truffles, both very tasty. You can choose additions to each sandwich such as mushrooms, dried tomatoes, caramelized onion or other vegetables. Helpful service

13/05/2025: Hemos estado en Volterra un par de veces. Vi este lugar antes, pero siempre había una cola enorme. Una buena señal, pero nunca tuvimos tiempo. Hasta este año. Sigue siendo una línea, pero no está tan mal... así que lo intentamos. Y los Panini - recién hechos - son algunos de los mejores que he probado. Pan fresco de alta calidad. Con coberturas generosas de su elección. Teníamos uno con un poco de cebolla y una buena carga de Porchetta. Muy bien cocinado, bien condimentado. La otra la cubrimos con una gran cantidad de Prosciutto crudo, champiñones y una crema de peperoni. Una fantástica combinación y explosión de sabores. Es realmente un lugar fantástico para comer algo. Gran relación calidad-precio, lo mejor para disfrutar en el mirador de la Piazza Martiri Liberta - con vistas a la Toscana. No hay nada mejor que eso.

12/05/2025: Real Italian pizza - authentic. It is created by people with passion for what they do. Nothing to add, nothing to subtract. Keep it up, my dears. The last such places on the map. Appreciate them while they are still there. A place with atmosphere. I recommend it

11/05/2025: We ate pizza which is their specialty. She was really good. The taste is completely different than we ate in other places. They have their own recipe for the dough and use a different cheese, but the combination of it all is really good. I didn't take a photo, but it's worth seeing what the older man's baking process looks like - everything is worth recommending

01/06/2025: With great regret and disappointment this is clearly a tourist trap, the nature and the structure itself are nothing short of spectacular, expectations were quite high.... but nothing more. Moldy bread, tomato on the bruschetta clearly of poor quality. Luckily we limited ourselves to the appetizer. Foreigners may eat those things, but considering where you are and the products you may have available you really tried hard to ruin everything. Tuscany and Tuscan food are among the best in Italy, do not tarnish the good name of Italian delicacies. See you never again

02/06/2025: Sulla via di passaggio tra Volterra e il mare in un paese che ormai sa di glorie passate mi ha sempre incuriosito questa terrazza piena di gente... Fermato. Il locale è ampio con uno splendido loggiato esterno. Cucina varia e pizza. Personalmente mi sono catapultato sulla pasta con le sarde che, dove proposte, sono un'ottima cartina di tornasole per la cucina. Erano fantastiche! Spesso sono in zona, credo che mi fermerò nuovamente molto volentieri. Assai consigliato, anche per i prezzi. Merita la deviazione se andate a Volterra

21/05/2025: On the way to Volterra we visited a pizzeria. We sat in the garden. We were served by a very nice and smiling lady. She took excellent care of us and our dog. The pizza was delicious!! The lady gave us a taste of homemade bread with olive oil. Also delicious. We didn't have Dolce, but we did have excellent coffee. The pizzeria also includes a hotel. Warm regards❤️

02/05/2025: Absolutely wonderful experience! Warm and friendly staff, excellent wine, and the best homemade pasta I’ve ever had. Traditional Tuscan cuisine with a creative touch. Highly recommended!

20/04/2025: The accommodation was in an unbeatable location, with spectacular views. The treatment received by the staff was very good, offering us the possibility of breakfast even on the day the restaurant was closed. Dinner in the restaurant was also great, in a family and relaxed atmosphere.

15/02/2025: We have only been in Tuscany and were looking for a new place to visit on the first sunny day, so we chose Volterra. Among the various proposals for places in the area, however, we almost immediately chose the Santa Vittoria farmhouse based on the directions found on the internet and made a reservation. The place is enchanting, a typically Tuscan farmhouse overlooking an infinite expanse of greenery all around. The dishes, from first to last, worthy of an acclaimed encore with lots of praise, all accompanied by an attentive, kind and above all smiling staff. In short, the place undoubtedly deserves "our encore" because we had a great time and it's always worth returning to where you feel good. Congratulations to all.

18/05/2025: I went with friends to have a coffee and buy Spirito del Bosco products. The place is typical, characteristic, beautiful. The welcome is cordial and friendly. There is nothing to say about the products, in the description you can feel all the passion they put into it and the result is excellent. We will return to try the cuisine too. Congratulations

14/05/2025: Very cool little tavern in Volterra. They have just a couple different types of beer in bottles, but they serve wines (of course) and they specialize in their own gin cocktails which are very good. The space is very small but super charming and so is the staff. Great find!

16/05/2025: Bel ristorante quasi nascosto nel centro della bellissima Volterra, molto caratteristico ed elegante. Siamo stati molto bene a pranzo di passaggio, servizio preciso e puntuale, buon menù con piatti molto ricercati, un calice di rosso che non può mancare, conto nella norma. Posto consigliato, ci tornerei sicuramente

27/04/2025: Se un locale viene segnalato da diversi anni dalla Guida Michelin un motivo ci deve pur essere. Situato proprio dietro la piazza principale e il castello, offre un menù vario e completo con una carta dei vini interessante. Il personale è attento e preciso, il servizio ottimo. In due abbiamo preso un piatto di fettuccine al ragù imperiale con fassona, cinta senese e chianina, un risotto ai carciofi e parmigiano, una guancia di manzo stracotta al morellino di scansano con purea di patate e sformato di finocchio e uno sformato di zucchine con lardo di colonnata. Le porzioni non sono enormi, il conto, 79 euro, giusto per la location, il servizio, la qualità del cibo e delle materie prime. Se volete togliervi uno sfizio qui non vi sbagliate

01/06/2025: We felt at home. Punctual, helpful and friendly service. Excellent quality food. Accuracy and ... generous portions. The Tuscan tradition is not lacking. Everything is very well-kept and clean, just how I like it. The restaurant is adjacent to a clearing with a breathtaking view of the Volterra countryside and, even if in the distance, of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago. At sunset it must be superb. A special applause to the owner: Marta. You can see that she puts enthusiasm into it and transmits it to all her collaborators

30/05/2025: Highly recommended, a cute little pizzeria with very reasonable prices! Delicious and friendly, fast service! Oh yes: the restroom will delight any cyclist... ;-) Conclusion: We really enjoyed it and will probably use it again for our final dinner on a future visit to Volterra!
