03/06/2025: In questo posto mi è stata rubata una felpa ,c'era un testimone che ha visto l'unici clienti rimasti ,dietro da una parte erano in 4 , uno di loro si è staccato dal gruppo e è venuto a sedere dietro il mio posto dove avevo la felpa, era una serata molto informale quindi il mio amico testimone non ha pensato che potesse succedere ma si sbagliava Il propietario ,amico di questi che mi hanno rubato ,ha detto che di sicuro non sono stati loro perché li conosce, Forse un ufo è atterrato e ha rapito la felpa x esperimenti, o forse mentono non posso dimostrarlo perché non ci sono le telecamere , Certo da un propietario che difende i suoi amici ti aspetti almeno che ne risponda lui, ma vogliono giocarsi la carta che io non l'avevo e che mi sono inventato tutto. Purtroppo x lui le parole della sua cameriera appena mi sono accorto , dopo cena sono state ' si la maglia viola , ti ho visto entrare con quella.' poi non so se ritratta anche lei ,spero e penso di no] Mi domando che se a una signora rubano una borsa ,gli chiedono se davvero l'aveva? Incompetenza, e omissioni x non sputtanare gli amici belli brilli Dovrò pensarci da solo Comunque attenti rubano

09/05/2025: Wir waren zu Gast wegen der sehr guten Bewertungen der Küche. Der Gastraum ist sehr unterkühlt und entspricht nicht dem Ambiente eines gehobenen Restaurants. Die Terrasse hat allerdings einen ausgezeichneten Blick. Die Tische waren mit Gästen des Hotels besetzt, darunter eine große Reisegruppe. Service seitens der Sommelier sehr gut, die andere Dame mangelhaft. Wir wählten des Degustationsmenu mit Weinbegleitung. Nettes Amuse Buche, wenig Brot und das recht spät. Das pochierte Ei mit Trüffel als erster Gang ausgezeichnet, die beiden nachfolgenden Pastagerichte über dem Durchschnitt. Die gefüllte Entenkeule konnte nicht überzeugen, vom Anisgewürz durchdrungen, kein Entengeschmack muss man als nicht gelungen bezeichnen, ebenso das Dessert unterdurchschnittlich, ein Apfelküchlein mit viel süßer Haselnuss? creme gefüllt ohne nach Apfel zu schmecken. Die Säure des Apfels wäre nach den ungewöhnlichen 2 nachfolgenden Pastagerichten willkommen gewesen. Die Weinbegleitung war Durchschnitt, der Vermentino der Familie Zingarello keine Empfehlung für ihre sonstigen Weine, dagegen der Gewürztraminer aus dem Trentino Klasse, ebenso der Nebbiolo aus der Langhe. Insgesamt ein sehr durchwachsener Eindruck. Die Küche kann deutlich mehr als das Menu gezeigt hat, die Komposition des Degustationsmenus muss man als unglücklich bezeichnen, ein leichter Zwischengang z.B. Gemüse der Saison anstelle eines 2. Pastagerichtes wäre die bessere Wahl. Für die Hotelgäste ein willkommenes Restaurant, um von außerhalb gepflegt zum Dinner auszugehen passt die Leistung nicht zum Preis.

22/06/2025: I have not tried the B&B service so I can only give the standard 3 stars which do neither harm nor good. As for the restaurant service, I want to believe that I happened to be there on a Friday which was much busier than usual and that the restaurant was short of people. Many people, including me, waited a long time to be seated, and then waited just as long for their table to be cleaned and their order taken. It must be said that the dining room staff was helpful and courteous. NB: the tables were often shared with strangers, a note not to be interpreted in a negative way, unless you are looking for privacy and intimacy during the meal. Very rich menu, but unfortunately mediocre food and portions that I would not define as generous (you could hear many jokes from the tables next to me about it); however, the pistachio soufflé that I had to sweeten my lunch was good.

15/06/2025: The Hotel Miramare, as well as Castiglione della Pescaia, were a very pleasant discovery. When you travel, in addition to the beauty of the structure, what really makes a holiday unforgettable is the quality of the food, the services and the welcome of the staff: at the Hotel Miramare all of this was simply exceptional. We booked directly with them, and not through a well-known site as we had some requests for the stay (having our little dog with us - a Cavalier King - we wanted to understand if he could access all the areas of the hotel), and they welcomed us with great availability. We will return here again and for sure only to this hotel.

03/06/2025: This was hands down the best dining experience we had throughout our trip in Italy. Everything on the menu was phenomenal and the service staff went above and beyond to provide the best service we received. One member took a few minutes to discuss all the Chianti wine options with us to help us select an option everyone in our group would enjoy. The courses were perfectly timed apart and everything we displayed beautifully. Highly recommend this restaurant!

10/06/2025: The name cantina is certainly suitable for the wine selection and the very special location, but it is not exhaustive for the gastronomic offer. An ancient cellar dug into the tuff, with quality gastronomic proposals, which enhance the typical and sometimes forgotten products of local agriculture such as lupin soup, roveia and wild herbs, or "creative" reinterpretations such as dolmades alla soranese. The pastry made with potatoes and pecorino is very original. The menu offers a good number of naturally gluten-free dishes. A unique experience that is remembered with pleasure. Well done, keep it up!

21/05/2025: If all you serve are pizzas, you better make great pizzas….We liked their pizzas so much we went twice during our 4 days stay in Poggibonsi. Friendly service as well and good parking. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

13/05/2025: We stopped at this beautiful restaurant located in Castagneto Carducci surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view before going to Bolgheri. Large place with various rooms. We had lunch with two mixed appetizers, two pappardelle with wild boar, all washed down with a good Bolgheri red and to finish cantucci with vin santo. Friendly staff and normal prices.

04/05/2025: We went for lunch yesterday and I must say that my family and I were very satisfied with the choice we made. Very beautiful and panoramic area, simple and very friendly staff, we took various things from the platter complete with delicious appetizer!!! moving on to the first courses: Gnudi, pancetta and pecorino, lasagne, very good vegetables, all accompanied by wines from the Segalari hills, etc., etc., finishing with excellent desserts. Good value for money!!! To return Thank you !!!

20/05/2025: Tuvimos una inmersión y almuerzo aquí ayer. Sentados fuera, gran servicio, comida increíble (algunos de los mejores que hemos tenido! ) y nos fuimos muy contentos. Muy recomendable! Volveremos este fin de semana a cenar.
