14/09/2025: Highly recommended!! Located in a truly undiscovered part of Tuscany, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the place is very clean and well-maintained, and the food is excellent.

28/09/2025: ATTENTION: THEY'VE STARTED CHARGING €5 FOR A MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THEY'RE A CLUB—THAT'S NOT PUBLISHED ANYWHERE (the sign outside the establishment says "Associazione S. Stefano ma non circolo")—AND I DON'T KNOW IF SUCH A THING CAN BE LEGAL! NON-MEMBERS ARE DENIED ENTRY! As for the food, it's very good, but they don't have the traditional menu where you can see what's on offer and the prices... I don't know if it's mandatory for establishments to have a menu, but I'd still like to be able to see how much I'm spending, otherwise I might feel like I'm being ripped off!

29/09/2025: This is one of the best restaurants in town! Amazing set up, lovely decor, over the moon tasty food, and great staff. I don't understand how this is not rated 5 stars! My only critic: the "pannocchia" special of the day must be included on the permanent menu, it was the best dish I ever tasted!!!!! Super recommended! Don't miss this restaurant!

18/09/2025: A truly unique setting right in the city center. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and very professional. The food is exquisite, refined South American cuisine impeccably presented. The cocktails are as good as the food! Kudos to everyone for their originality.

We enjoyed innovative and creative local dishes, top-quality ingredients, and the value was excellent. We chatted with the chef after dinner and were pleasantly impressed by his passion and authenticity. I highly recommend experiencing an experience like ours.

20/09/2025: Unfortunately, I only went there on my last evening. A very nice place, super friendly service – they also speak German – and the food is simply goooooood. One of the best pizzas and the burger – slightly pink with arugula, Parmesan, and olive oil. The whole thing wrapped in a crispy coating. Simply unbeatable. I'll be back next time. Thanks.

03/07/2025: Just outside Grosseto, it is a true gem that won us over immediately. The structure is a masterpiece of beauty and care, with such impeccable maintenance that it seems to have come out of a design magazine. It is the perfect place for anyone, but if you are traveling with your dog, you can prepare yourself for a standing ovation experience. The dog walking area is a true canine paradise, huge and kept like a postcard lawn, where dogs can run and play in total freedom. The restaurant is a delight for the palate: among the dishes, the fried fish stands out for its freshness and crunchiness, an experience that deserves to be tried and re-tried. At the bar, however, the Rio cocktail is the absolute protagonist: a lively and refreshing mix with a pinch of magic in every sip. But the real ace up the sleeve? An hour of exclusive relaxation in the private pool with your dogs. It is a moment of peace and complicity that makes the stay unforgettable, a rare luxury that makes you feel pampered and special. The staff is the icing on the cake, something very rare these days. Professional, proactive and with a customer focus that is hard to find today, each employee worked hard to make our stay perfect, with a smile, professionalism and availability that made the difference. Fattoria Maremmana was an experience that combined comfort, beauty and hospitality of the highest level. Highly recommended to those looking for quality, relaxation and a place where even their dog feels at home. We will be back soon.

02/10/2025: The food was delicious. The view was beautiful. The service was very friendly. I fell over a small doorstep, which made it impossible to walk home. The restaurant woman who drove us home was extremely helpful and concerned.

30/09/2025: MUST TRY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were on vacation with my girlfriend, and it quickly became our go-to place for eating out. The homemade pasta was excellent (with the accompanying ragu, wild boar, hare, or classic), and the house wine was good. The meat was also good, both the mixed grill and the fillet (I recommend "trusting" them and having it served lightly seasoned with their spice mix, which was truly excellent). The homemade desserts were excellent (Tiramisu, ZuppaInglese, and Crema Catalama). In addition to bread, they also serve you some Schiacciata (a type of focaccia), which was very good. Rustic but very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

15/09/2025: Addendum: The visit in 2025 was surprising. In my opinion, the restaurant's quality has declined significantly. The service was inattentive and initially brought the wine we didn't order. The appetizers weren't served properly and had to be taken back. The quality of the food wasn't nearly as good as in previous years. It's also surprising how the owner makes a lot of effort for certain guests, but doesn't even greet others and ignores them. The way he treats his employees/staff is also surprising to an observing guest and tends to disrupt the flow. The employees aren't treated as equals, but are spoken to roughly. The atmosphere suffers as a result. Like every year, we went to Vipore for dinner in 2021. The food and service were, as usual, excellent. The wine was outstanding. We felt completely at home.

28/09/2025: I usually go here every six months, and unlike previous, consistently positive experiences, this time I was disappointed. The wine list is a bit sparse, the menu very appealing, but the dishes don't live up to the high-sounding names they're labeled with. The presentation is beautiful, but the quality of the food isn't up to par. The cod was inedible because it was so salty; I sent it back, but paid for it in full. The atmosphere is always beautiful and elegant, the staff is kind and attentive, but it's a shame the cuisine slipped up.
