12/08/2024: Fed us stale bread that wouldn’t be fit to feed pigs. The waiter stared us down like he wanted to beat when we us up when we asked for ice tea and salt (like damn sorry you have to do your job)… Be prepared for to share a single salt shaker with the entire restaurant (you only get a maximum of six sprinkles) . We were forced to fight with the table next to us for cheese and olive oil… the waiter gave it to us initially but then snatched it from us and gave it to them just to steal it back from them and return it to us… they were so upset they left. The pizza was nice and watery just as I like it. It was kind of like eating the swamp water that lives in the river next door. Waiters were a bit scary but ultimately it’s a 10/10 for me.

23/08/2024: 4 of us ate in this place while passing through Grosseto and it was a pleasant discovery. You can eat a very good sandwich for around €6. The fried foods are also very good. Place with several tables and very clean. Super recommended.

14/07/2024: Had such a lovely dinner here. Pasta was simply amazing and the rosemary beef was so tender. Thrilled with the wine suggestion as well. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Italian but every effort was made by Gigi and his family to get us what we wanted and it ended up being a fabulous experience. Thank you!!

20/08/2024: Dinner in August the place has a very nice view. It's a shame for the dishes which are very abundant in quantity but in quality which is below par....it's useless to propose dishes which on paper appear to be rich in flavor if very scarce raw materials are used...example: "clams" in the soup they are Chinese and not Italian (cost of the dish €24...) and other products that are not of quality for a dish that still costs money. The one who survives is Franco, who is very good at serving 15 tables alone, with orders, service and clearing the table... ALONE!!!! maybe there is something to recalibrate.....

19/08/2024: The fish dishes are good, the land selection is a little less so, but everything is still plentiful. Nice place with an excellent view. The problem is the surly and arrogant service from the maitre d', treated with disdain, seems to disturb him. It seems normal for Elbans who work in bars and restaurants

28/07/2024: We had an absolutely amazing experience on our wedding anniversary in Enobistrot Pensavo Peggio. This place had everything you need: very attentive service, cosy atmosphere and excellent excellent food. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main courses trying both seafood and meat. Every single plate was so rich in flavor and so delicate at the same time. We were really very pleasantly surprised. Even the welcome drink and small potato leak soup as a greeting from the kitchen were great. Regarding taste this enobistrot compares to some Michelin restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who enjoys local cuisine with a bit of finesse. I hope we will be visiting the area again and have the opportunity to dine in this Enobistrot again. Thank you guys for a perfect evening!

22/06/2024: As you know, I only review sublime experiences that strike me for the uniqueness of the flavors but also for the "particularity" of their existence. And so here I am singing the praises of this little place where we had dinner twice during our holiday, treated like close friends by Alessandro, and wonderfully satiated by Monica Magnifica Cheffe. Thanks for the delicious dinners!

13/08/2024: Posto isolato in aperta campagna ma abbastanza vicino a Suvereto. Tavoli ben apparecchiati fuori ma hanno anche una bella sala interna. Menu incentrato su terra e verdure coltivate in casa... Ottimi i pomodori antichi... Sala e cucina gestiti dai gentili e veloci proprietari. Abbiamo preso salumi di loro produzione con zonzelle.. Ottimi e abbondanti... Spezzatino di maiale con patate.. Finito con scarpetta... Trofie con un loro pesto di noci ed erbette buono ma forse un po' leggero.. Avrei aggiunto più formaggio magari un pecorino stagionato per dare spinta..ma è un mio gusto.. Cmnq buono. Infine i dolci.. Buonissimi.. Consigliato vivamente per relax gentilezza gusto e cielo stellato

05/08/2024: The decor and look of the coffee attracted us to this place for brunch but we ended up having a terrible experience. The service was awful and it was the first restaurant in the world we were asked to pay for salt/pepper and €4 at that! Toast arrived cold and replacements didn’t turn up till we’d almost finished eating and other accompaniments gone cold too. Definitely would not recommend!

05/08/2024: The waiters mixed the food and brought it to us as soon as we started eating. The pasta was dry and without sauce. The meat was ordinary. At the end they asked if we would leave a tip. I do not recommend visiting. Bad experience.

14/08/2024: Nice place with great quality. The welcome to the customer is made of sympathy and cordiality, so you already feel at home. The food, simple but well prepared, is exquisite. It has few places so it is advisable to book. The environment is simple and spartan but makes everything more natural. It is definitely a place I will return to.

11/08/2024: Very pleasant place, familiar and friendly, like the owner (fabulous) and all the staff. Recommended by our Host Claudia from Gerfalco (go there if you want to be in total relaxation) and we were more than satisfied. All excellent, fresh and genuine, quality products, and divinely cooked. We will certainly return when I can. 100% recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

06/07/2024: La rue est remplie de restaurants en terrasse. C'était tellement bon que nous y sommes retournés 2 fois. Service impeccable. Serveur à l'écoute pour les cuissons choisies. Il a même fait goûter une bière avant d'ouvrir la bouteille pour être sûr que nous l'aimons. Plats bien présentés et copieux.

24/08/2024: Typical Maremma dishes and more, impeccable service. It is truly "worth it" to reach this splendid village of Tatti, surrounded by greenery and taste the specialties of Il Barrino. It also has a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking a suggestive corner of the Maremma!

21/08/2024: Trovato per caso,cercavamo un vino (ancestrale rose)preso ad un pranzo in un altro ristorante, è stato una bella scoperta,bella terrazza e vista panoramica. Buon pranzo,buoni i piatti compreso il mix di formaggi con un miele fantastico. Da consigliare anche per il prezzo.

28/07/2024: Mountain restaurant. Excellent food as well as service. I appreciated the carafe of water rather than the glass bottle that you have to pay for. Normal prices.

31/08/2024: Sono stata a cena con mio marito in questo ristorante il 15 agosto. Il locale è carino e accogliente, ma la qualità del cibo è stata non all’altezza delle aspettative. Pasta scotta, senza sale, carne di qualità mediocre e dura … per non parlare del servizio che è stato lento e poco efficiente. Non lo consiglierei e non ci tornerei.

27/08/2024: Capitati quasi per caso dopo aver visitato il Museo del Diario, siamo rimasti piacevolmente deliziati dal cibo strepitoso e dal personale professionale e cordiale!
