07/06/2025: Reading the reviews I came to this restaurant with few expectations... but as you know I have no prejudices unless I touch it first... panoramic terrace...... elegant furnishings friendly service... the pici alla Tonino were a pleasant surprise... even if a little too spicy for me they were very good mixed to perfection... the platter of cured meats just right delicious... as well as the platter of cheeses sublime... excellent wine list... I didn't like the warm heart cake... in my opinion passed and overcooked.... the prices are average

31/05/2025: Very nice view, very nice service, vary good food and very unpleasant restaurant manager. I've been in this restaurant last year and liked it a lot due to the wonderful view. So this year, visiting Cortona again, I wanted to come back and knew exactly where I wanted to be seated. During table reservation, I've specified where I wanted us to be seated (right by the fence to have a better view) which was well understood and noted in the reservation book. However when we got to the restaurant, the unpleasant manager refused to let us sit at the table we reserved, claiming it was reserved by someone else a month in advance. He refused to check the note left in the reservation book and made us sit right in front of the table I've booked. Those mystweious clients never came and the table remained empty for the rest of the evening. Long story short: great place except but unpleasant manager

07/06/2025: Ponte Vecchio area, we went in for an aperitif, very good drinkable white wine, delicious croutons, characteristic, welcoming, comfortable environment, friendly, nice and professional staff…

03/06/2025: The best pizza in Pisa. You'd think the pizza would be individual, but wow! It's huge and incredibly flavorful. The beer is delicious, and they have a huge selection! I recommend it for dinner with a group of friends. The service is super fast, and the food arrives quickly. Thank you so much!

19/04/2025: Avere un ristorante a due minuti da casa come Extra è una grossa fortuna e non è la prima volta che lo dico. Il locale e la cucina si confermano top in tutto,oggi oltre uno spettacolare pescato del giorno (un rombo) ho scoperto una clamorosa fregola con gambero rosso,carciofi e maggiorana. E la lode si è raggiunta con la qualità dei dolci,su tutti il semifreddo al caffè. BRAVI!

17/03/2025: Mia moglie ed io ci siamo fermati per pranzo. Cibo cucinato alla perfezione, materia prima (pesce, verdure, ecc.) di ottima qualità. Il servizio cortese e professionale ed i tempi delle portate nella norma. Buon rapporto prezzo/qualita’. Torneremo e consiglio senza indugio.

21/06/2025: Wonderful culinary experience to discover the typical dishes of the Lunigiana area (and not only!), with numerous courses of fresh and delicious fish, various tastings garnished with locally produced vegetables and an excellent selection of wines, all made unforgettable by a splendid view of the surrounding area, sea and mountains, completely immersed in greenery. Desserts are exquisite. Very pleasant and also ideal for a romantic dinner. Compliments to the dining room staff for their great professionalism and kindness and, obviously, to the kitchen. Chapeau

07/06/2025: I found out about this place on YouTube while planning a trip to Italy. We were so impressed with the food, the service, and above all the kindness of the staff! My wife and I went there three times, for dinner, lunch the next day, and dinner. The squid ink pasta, beef tripe tagliatelle, wild boar tagliatelle, bistecca, tiramisu, and cheesecake were all incredibly delicious! I've never had cheesecake before, with a different texture! I recommend anyone visiting Florence to stop by. There are Japanese people there, but most of the customers are locals. I recommend going in at exactly 7pm!

07/06/2025: Authentic, historic trattoria run by two local gentlemen, the food tells the story of the city. Even though the place is old, we are there for the food and to be together. Let's save places like this. I recommend the gnudi and the peposo

29/04/2025: Bel locale nel centro di Vicchio, prezzi buoni e ottimi cibo. L’uovo cotto a bassa temperatura è assolutamente da provare! Molto buono anche tutto il resto, dai primi al dolce passando per la carne.

Eravamo in quattro ed abbiamo preso dall’antipasto al dolce, tutto squisito e di ottima qualità. In base alle portate il proprietario ci ha consigliato anche un ottimo vino. Torneremo sicuramente, se passate da Vicchio andateci e non rimarrete delusi

And it passes through the words of Andrea Masuero - a top-level bartender and Professor of gastronomy. Unmissable, unrepeatable, indescribable: it just has to be tried. Going, tasting, listening and learning from his culture in matters of food and drink.

15/05/2025: Very nice and very welcoming. Attentive and helpful staff. Andrea is a super barman very expert in fabulous cocktails. We spent an extremely pleasant evening.

26/05/2025: We spontaneously visited the trattoria during a day trip to Siena. The food was okay, but the portions were rather small, and the prices were clearly in line with the high tourist volume. The staff was friendly, but overall it was only an average experience—hence the three stars.

11/05/2025: We ended up in this restaurant in Siena by chance but we immediately felt at ease, very kind staff, excellent traditional dishes! The waiter recommended an excellent local Chianti. Average prices, if we happen again we will definitely be back!

18/05/2025: We ate there for the annual CinqueCento gathering. The numerous staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food (ravioli, fish) was very good, although the grilled fish needed a bit more seasoning for my taste.
