07/07/2026: Excellent quality, but the service ruins everything Unfortunately, I'm forced to give this review. Panificio 900 is an aesthetically pleasing establishment, and in terms of product quality, there's nothing to complain about: everything I've tasted is truly excellent, and the care taken in selecting the ingredients is evident. However, the overall experience is severely compromised by the staff's attitude. It's become a constant occurrence to receive rude and impolite responses. It's unpleasant to walk into a store and feel like a burden to the clerks, who seem annoyed by every request or question. Courtesy and a smile should be a business's calling card, especially when the product quality is high. I sincerely hope this review is taken as a constructive suggestion for improving customer service, because with the right staff, this place could be an excellent choice. For now, however, I have very little desire to return.
