10/06/2025: Appena poco fuori dal centro storico di Siena si trova questa pizzeria dove ho potuto gustare una buonissima pizza senza glutine. Il locale non è grandissimo quindi meglio prenotare. È informato AIC. La pizza è napoletana, con un bel cornicione anche se senza glutine. Presenti anche moltissimi antipasti e dolci senza glutine. Veramente consigliata.

19/06/2025: Valutazione certamente positiva. Il locale è elegante senza opprimere, il personale attento e in numero adeguato ai clienti. I piatti di pesce tutti riusciti. Se proprio si volesse migliorare qualcosa, si dovrebbe lavorare sui dolci che non sono all'altezza del resto. Prezzi buoni ma preferirei non scriverlo, magari domani ritoccano il menù... Nell'insieme un'ottima serata .

08/06/2025: What can I say, finding a restaurant like this in the heart of the industrial area of ​​Follonica was a real surprise, the very polite welcome from the staff and the warm and welcoming interior of the place with an open brazier, make you forget the outside right away. The fried tagliatelle with balsamic vinegar and the three types of bread made by them and offered were a welcome thing, the appetizer consisting of quality cold cuts and cheeses was truly excellent. The first course, the tagliatelle made by them (a little thick to tell the truth they were thicker than pappardelle) with cherry tomatoes and Chianti butter were something really good. The Chianti sushi on the spit instead was a real joy for the palate with the meat worked and cooked really well. All completed with water and house wine which was not bad at all. Dulcis in fundo all the meat processing done in sight in front of the brazier. Compliments. Highly recommended.

10/06/2025: In mezzo ai mille locali di Siena che offrono cucina tradizionale questo locale si distingue poichè alza l'asticella in termini di qualità degli ingredienti e cura del prodotto finale. Il menù non è troppo ampio (cosa positiva) e propone piatti della tradizione ma leggermente rivisitati oltre ad altre proposte meno usuali. L'ambiente è con non troppi tavoli e con uno staff davvero cordiale. Ci si sente a casa e fuori dalla confusione. I prezzi sono giustamente superiori a quelli di una normale osteria.

15/05/2025: Vlotte en vriendelijke bediening (spreken goed Engels). We kregen een amuse vooraf. Voorgerecht gedeeld en was erg smaakvol. Onze hoofdgerechten (vlees) waren erg goed. De Tiramisu was perfect. Kortom een dikke aanrader in het mooie Siena.
