09/08/2024: Outstanding pizza and very adventurous. For example, I had a pizza with potatoes and all sorts of vegetables, very good. The staff is extremely friendly and also speaks English. Prices very very good!

25/07/2024: Restaurant with excellent GLUTEN FREE pizza! Delicious gluten-free pizza, even the "normal" pizza was absolutely appreciated, and super desserts! Staff and owner really welcoming and helpful

15/08/2024: We are 2 tourists looking for local delicacies and we are happy we came here because the place was what we expected to find. Fair prices, we took a large platter full of cured meats and cheeses, each one unique and delicious. It was truly a unique experience of flavours, enriched by the cordial welcome of Sami, a very knowledgeable boy who explains the products to us with such passion that it makes me doubt whether he is the owner. Even having a chat with him was very pleasant, making the experience absolutely sublime. Fair prices, I recommend hands down.

17/08/2024: Ate unprecedented pastas, with a delicious wine. Then take a bottle of limoncello home. Definitely recommended. The atmosphere is good and the staff friendly. We were with 2 young children. Well done!

17/08/2024: The restaurant itself is quite ok but the service 0 points for the ticket we waited a long time then we got for €5 4 old hard three-day pieces of chelba which was like sawdust and a greasy bottle of olive oil which was completely at the bottom. We immediately returned this saying that it is old bread and it is not good and we do not want it. Anyway, it was on the bill and to my objections that I was not willing to pay for it as the bread was old and the disgusting journalist with rolling eyes said that we should have soaked it in oil and we didn't even get a plate and that we had to pay for it. Food about nothing absolutely nothing interesting caccio e peppe one of the weakest I've had drowned in "sauce" After asking for the bill, it took about 10 minutes for the waiter to bring the bill to the table and another 15 minutes for the terminal to arrive. The only good thing was wine and mineral water🥲 Thank you never again

19/08/2024: We had breakfast there five days, it corresponds to the breakfast at B&B le Stanze del Duomo. The buffet is quite complete. The place is very nice, quiet and cozy.

18/08/2024: Amazing ambiance, service and food. Tasting menus are available for 1 person so solo diners can rejoice! I picked "The Sea," but "The Land" and Vegetarian are also available. The server recommended great wines by the glass when I didn't think I could finish a 4 glass pairing. Don't miss out on the house made bread! It's the best I've had served in a restaurant in Italy, so far.

10/08/2024: Unfortunately this time I was not satisfied We waited 3 hours for a miserable appetizer (very different from the photos) and a second course The price was also too high for what we ate and especially for the wait.

08/08/2024: Really negative experience, place not to be recommended. There is absolute disorganization, we start with ordering where the poor waitress shows us the menu with over half of the dishes missing, however we order two types of starters and two types of main courses with side dishes. Consider that the restaurant has around 40 seats to be seated, there would have been fewer than twenty people present. The appetizer arrived after almost an hour. Very poor Tuscan starter, two slices of raw meat each and two of salami (15 euros), the waitress starts telling us that they don't even have bread. After another hour the second courses arrive without side dishes because these too were finished, we took the stewed wild boar, ridiculous quantity per portion (15 euros) he brings us a portion of beans (not requested) and tells us if we wanted it we could have it he would charge otherwise he would take it away...(Not even the gesture of offering them.......) Obviously we leave indignant, pointing out the problems encountered. The owner's response, our business... ok 40 euros each..... I strongly advise against it

25/08/2024: Titolare molto gentile. Servizio buono e regolare. Consiglio di prenotare per trovare posto fuori. Menù molto vario e invitante, bei piatti. Carbonara di mare a dir poco eccellente. Anche la grigliata molto molto buona. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

21/08/2024: Two rude teenagers told me to check the internet, as if it said it wasn’t a restaurant open to the public. Low class and no manners.

09/08/2024: I really liked it as a restaurant. The ideal place to dine in the garden in excellent company. Despite the very hot summer period, in the evening, you feel really comfortable outdoors without air conditioning. The external lighting creates an elegant and visually impactful atmosphere.⁶ The tables are spaced apart from each other so there is just enough space to be comfortable and calm without confusion. I really appreciated this aspect because I don't like restaurants where there are many tables next to each other. We also brought our dogs with us who spent the evening outdoors and in the fresh air, in the greenery of the garden. We ate very well and liked the dishes we ordered. The pizza is also excellent and of good quality. The staff is very kind, smiling, welcoming and available to satisfy customers' needs. We had dinner in the garden but I saw that it also has tables inside. We preferred to dine outside and had a pleasant evening. I saw that it is a well-known and very popular place and this is further proof that the food is good! It was recommended to us by a dear friend of ours who had spoken very highly of it to me. The perfect atmosphere for a nice evening with friends. We will definitely be back.

07/08/2024: Excellent service from the waiters, very good and helpful. The waiting times are a little long, but it's worth it. Good food and very nice location. Normal prices, a little further away from the seafront, but still a fascinating place.

01/06/2024: On the plus side, the place, magnificent and well located, spacious room, well equipped and clean. Pretty common areas. The dinners at the restaurant are exceptional, among the best we had during our trip to Tuscany. To report an employee - alas! - exceptional, the waitress Nora at the restaurant for dinner, lively, competent, exceptionally welcoming and talkative, with whom unfortunately we only had to deal one evening... thanks to her. On the passive side, the personal - customer interface. A disaster in an establishment like this. The only welcome words: "passports"... you sense from the moment you arrive that the customer is disturbing. Impression confirmed later... at breakfast a young, grumpy and totally mute woman hides everything she can to avoid having to deal with you, getting a drink on the terrace in the evening is an obstacle course, no one at home reception, no one anywhere... Amazing! Fortunately young Nora was there...

30/05/2024: After several years of being a guest in the villa, I feel like providing an objective and correct review. It is a historic villa from the 16th century which has its own structure and is wonderful as it is with the splendid park that surrounds it. They have spacious and well-kept rooms, cleanliness and service are very accurate. Of course there are well-defined spaces and it is certainly not a "modern" hotel but the beauty of the environment lies in this. The breakfast service, where you have a very well-stocked buffet available, is excellent. As for the desserts, I would like to underline that most of them are made by them and are delicious, fresh and of excellent taste. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is greatly appreciated, for me who spends a lot of time away from home, it is something priceless. The restaurant has a large, quality menu, with fresh ingredients; they are very attentive to intolerances and the foods used and their availability towards the needs of all customers is added value. The place is dreamlike, out of time, and the silence of the environment allows you to feel really good, whether you are on holiday or away on business.

18/08/2024: Very good food Exceptional raw, very fresh with lots of variety The first ones are equally good Good variety of wines The service had to be taken care of with two young people (a boy and a girl) who were flying... not so the older ones. I didn't appreciate that whoever was supposed to follow us didn't bring the obligatory towels given what we had and at the time of dessert she sat at the table near us in complete relaxation, smoking, even if outdoors, with the guests who were certainly hers. friends but this almost made us stop wanting dessert and coffee given how much time had passed... so did the person who gave us the bill get lost in chatter with another table of friends... we waited a little too long for the bill. Good food quality/price ratio The location is also excellent

07/07/2024: Posto elegante, servizio curato ma che non mette a disagio, cordialità, sorrisi, buonissimi piatti, cucina a vista, pasticceria a fine pasto, prezzi accessibili.. che dire, questo posto racchiude tutto ciò che mi piace in un ristorante. Trovato per caso ma consiglio vivamente a tutti.

04/07/2024: Una delle eccellenze nella ristorazione carrarina. Cucina classica con un tocco di rivisitazione personale,la guida Michelin è meritevole. Ho scelto il crudo composto da scampi e ostriche Gillardeau,un’ottima tartare di tonno con salsa guacamole ed una fantastica linguina al riccio. Ottima la carta dei vini ed il servizio,Extra rimane una garanzia da conservare.

28/08/2024: During our vacation we had the best pasta we had in Italy! We went to this restaurant 3 out of 5 days in Torrenieri. The ambience isn't all that special but since it's about the food that's not important because the food is absolutely great craftsmanship. Unfortunately there is no menu but the changing menu is told to you by the waiters. Here you should understand a little Italian, but even if you don't you will get something great to eat. The pasta and gnocchi are homemade, the pappardelle al'arrabiata was unexpectedly the tastiest thing I had here. But also gnocchi with white ragout, I don't know how you get so much flavor in a simple meal :) We even got a carbonara upon pre-order, great service :) The main courses were good home-style cooking, although the taste wasn't exactly ours, but here too you could tell that the cuisine was top-notch; the meat, for example, was as soft as butter. If you find yourself in this small town you should definitely try this restaurant :)

02/07/2024: I stayed at this beautiful hotel in the hill near Fiesole. What made the stay wonderful was the staff who were friendly professional and doing all they could to ensure our needs were met. Special thanks to Enzo who looked after me many times in the restaurant and was ever so attentive providing great service and a friendly smile at the beginning of each day at breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Fiesole.
