23/03/2025: Bel locale , arredato con gusto ,gestore simpaticissimo ,cordiale offre olio nuovo con pane appena sfornato prima della cena ,almeno a noi ma penso anche ad altri commensali.Pizza sottile ,ma buona ,con ingredienti scelti ,camerieri gentilissimi ,prezzi un po' altini ,ma ne vale la pena .Siamo a dieci metri dal Duomo di Firenze,...Ritorneremo per assaggiare primi e secondi ,bravi...

10/04/2025: Super voor lunch! Je wordt vriendelijk en snel geholpen. Je krijgt goed Italiaans eten voor een hele goede prijs. Ik raad iedereen aan die in de buurt is hier de lunch te gebruiken.

30/03/2025: Booked a week in advance for 11 people, at 9.30pm. Confirmed via WhatsApp, everything seemed organised. Too bad that the only thing organized was our wasted time. We arrive on time, but the table is not ready. “Only 10 minutes,” they tell us. Half an hour passes. Then an hour. We were out in the cold, while inside they took all the time in the world. No serious updates, just ritual phrases: "they're finishing", "we're sorting out", "almost ready"... as if we were in line for the Coldplay concert, not for dinner with a reservation. The best? The owner. No apologies, no attention. Only coldness and superiority, to the point of telling us that we were the ones wasting his time. A masterpiece of empathy. Ruined evening, forgettable birthday. Place to avoid if you are looking for respect. Or simply a table

30/03/2025: Terrible experience, booked the table at 9:30 pm (we had arrived 5 minutes early) and we had to wait outside in the cold for a good 1 hour (an hour of time where the staff kept saying "we're setting the table, 5 minutes and the table is ready, yeah) before having the table ready (after the long wait we decided to go eat somewhere else, I add that even though the place was full in 5 minutes they didn't even manage to get 11 people to eat). The even worse part was the confrontation with the owner, who in very rude and unprofessional tones for those who have to work with the public did not apologize for the inconvenience caused, looking for excuses everywhere. To the detriment of the shifts (the organizational side needs to be reviewed very scrupulously) if a person books, they must find the table free and ready as happens in any other restaurant.

22/03/2025: Here, surrounded by nature, you can truly find the tranquility, courtesy and excellent cuisine of the Acone Restaurant!! Not least the pizza and desserts..... fantastic!!! I am a regular customer every weekend..... FANTASTIC!! Not to mention the roast shot every third Sunday of the month.... a delight for the palate!!

02/03/2025: Non è la prima volta che pranziamo a LE RONCACCE, è uno di quei posti dove ti metti seduto e non ordini niente, pensano tutto loro dall' antipasto all' ammazzacaffè e quando ti Rizzi da tavola sei sazio giusto e soddisfatto, poi quando vai a pagare credi di non aver capito bene. Certo è un po' sperduto, ma ne vale realmente la pena.

12/02/2025: Zero hospitality. Unfortunately we came on a Tuesday and after a 1.5 hour journey from Pistoia and as advised to leave the car in Melo, we walked for 1 hour to the place to discover that they are only open on Saturday and Sunday. We came here because they were recommended for the cuisine and to buy their products, but when we arrived at 1.30pm they told us that they were closed and dismissed with a goodbye, even though I had told them that we had gone there only for them and to buy their products. Given how much we had done to reach them and the time, they didn't even offer us a sandwich or a glass of water and made us leave. Hospitality is something that is probably not at home here. We were careless not to call first, but neither on the website nor on any sign indicating the farmhouse was there any indication of the opening hours, something perhaps that we in Bolzano are not used to, because in our country any mountain hut will tell you whether it is open or closed before you set out to reach it. Big disappointment

26/10/2024: I'm sorry dear Mr. Angelo, but this time it was a real disappointment... I have come several times during my holidays on Elba for 15 years now, on the evening of August 15th, 5 of us spent 330.00 euros for three VEGETABLE appetizers, two sliced ​​meats, a squid, two fish (them alone cost almost 140.00 euros...) a bottle of "cheaper" wine and four coffees... a real exaggeration, there are certainly locations much more suggestive, on the sea, with excellent cuisine and lower prices... it pains me to say it but it was my last time at Pilade. Good continuation.
