Excellent, eaten well, drank better

An incredibly beautiful discovery without having booked and without any recommendation. Traditional Italian cuisine as we love it, excellent Tuscan pasta and meat, which certainly has nothing to envy of its neighbor Dario! But above all a list of Italian wines of course but above all French and even more that of champagnes.... just incredible, never seen before even in France! Let’s get some ideas!

The staff is very kind, friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

What a gem! Would not be surprised to see Michelin stars in their future. The service is attentive, the wine selection is remarkable and the food is sublime. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Kosa who also served us. GianMarie manages the restaraunt and has a deep, rich understanding of the wines and vineyards. Great recommendation on the Chianti Classico Riserva. Ambience is fabulous, the restaraunt is warm, vibrant and inviting. Dishes we would highly recommend include the seafood salad, carpaccio, chicken liver pate, meat ragu, eggplant lasagne and orange cake. Well worth a planned trip to visit and experience.

Great food and atmosphere. Friendly staff, down to earth, just don’t assume you will be greeted with standard American hospitality and be ready to go with the flow. Nice relaxed meal after a few drinks. Homemade pasta and specials. Highly recommend if you’re traveling through Tuscany!

Got here on a friend of the owner’s recommendation. Did not get any special treatment, though … our neighbour’s portions were quite a bit more generous than ours ;-) … Nonetheless, the homemade pasta and desserts were second to none … will see if they offer a lemoncino after the check … they didn’t

Such a great place for lunch in Panzano! Classic Tuscan dishes, amazing wines (crazy off-the-charts quality) with probably the most knowledgeable staff ever. Maybe that sounds like hyperbole, but it is what it is.

Fabulous dining spot in Panzano; in clement weather, it is fun to eat on the diminutive triangular space under the restaurant’s umbrellas. It is the gathering area for locals for an evening aperitivo, often followed by a meal there. The offerings include daily specials; on Fridays, fish dishes are offered. As to be expected from an enoteca, the wine selections are excellent and are drawn from all parts of Italy.
