27/07/2025: Off the tourist road this small but excellent restaurant offers the perfect blend of top notch food and attentive service. The service was provided by Linda, who was happy to help with any questions regarding the menu and the wine. Couldn't have asked for a better waitress, her enthusiasm was contagious. We ended up being the last to leave having consumed a good few bottles, leaving very full and contented vowing that if we ever come back to Lucca, we will return to Manzo. Antonio(Owner) has a lot to be proud of, well done for making such a great place to enjoy Italian cuisine at it's finest.

09/08/2025: Impeccable service, succulent and generous traditional dishes, unpretentious but delicious. Special mention for this waiter, probably manager, who brought me a small almond dessert for free because I was the only one at the table who hadn't ordered dessert (I wasn't hungry anymore but the gesture was so adorable, and it was good too!). So many smiles, laughter, efforts to communicate, family atmosphere and despite everything respectful. In conclusion, the food is very good and traditional, the place is nice, everyone is warm. I recommend. I will eat there again when returning to Florence ;).

09/08/2025: Welcomed by Andrea in the heart of Florence, we ate delicious traditional local dishes: ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, and a sublime tiramisu!

06/07/2025: Restaurant located in a panoramic position, not far from the village of Tirli, family run. Excellent dishes prepared with care and many vegetarian options both among the appetizers and among the first courses. Also try the desserts!

01/07/2025: A great restaurant in the mountains inland about 25 minutes drive from Castiglione del Pescaia. The road there was already beautiful. The view is in a word grandiose. Food fresh and tasty. A place where we like to come back.

01/08/2025: Passing by we noticed the restaurant that was near the pool where our daughter competed, I entered and the impact was already beautiful, open kitchen and with all the ladies of all ages behind the stove, superlative food cooked excellently, excellent dishes eaten, we polished everything off and excellent price, 2 abundant first courses 1 second course 2 side dishes with water and coffee €45 🙋🏻‍♂️ we will definitely return 🙋🏻‍♂️ I recommend it 🙋🏻‍♂️

18/07/2025: It was originally a grocery store but later transformed into a very welcoming tavern. The cuisine is Tuscan; all the cured meats, meats, and even the first courses are excellent. The barista recommended the crema caffè affogata, refreshing and invigorating.

03/07/2025: Today we had lunch (workers' menu) in this fabulous shop, it's a restaurant, delicatessen, butcher's and much more, an excellent lunch, we booked the table for tomorrow too👍🏼😃 we had never stopped probably because it's on a bend and you can't see it well, there's a convenient car park a few steps away, in my opinion one of the places where you can have lunch best in the area.

25/07/2025: A place with a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps, excellent antipasti, and wine. It's also open before 7:00 PM, which is unusual in this area.

11/07/2025: A wonderful location, welcoming staff, and tasty food are the perfect backdrop to Le Bontà del Passo, a restaurant definitely worth trying and a place I'll gladly return to. I called the day before to make a reservation for two for lunch and ask if there were vegan options; the young lady who answered very kindly informed me that they don't have many options other than panigacci with mushroom sauce for the first course and a salad with fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, legumes, and panzanella for the second course. They could have prepared something else if they'd known in advance, but it seemed quite filling, so I didn't insist. So I ordered the panigacci, but instead of all three with sauce, I opted for one with just oil. However, I must admit, the mushrooms were truly special: delicious, with a superb texture! The salad was also truly amazing and very tasty! The service was quick, the staff friendly, but the biggest surprise was the bill: €41! Considering that my mother had ravioli with butter and sage, beef carpaccio, a 1/2-liter bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and two coffees, we expected to spend more! We complimented everything, were truly satisfied, and will definitely be back 😊 Thank you!

27/07/2025: Without a doubt, one of our favorite restaurants in the city, located right in the center of Florence. The pizza and pasta are delicious, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. They're pretty fast and have plenty of space both inside and outside. We haven't been able to resist returning several times! For us, the best is the pasta with ragu :)

20/05/2025: Pleasant surprise under our B&B. Super cute and original place. We were there for two breakfasts and there is a wide selection of excellent quality coffees. A special thanks to Mr. Mario who helped us on a rainy day, recommending things to do, restaurants and even giving us an umbrella that we didn't have with us. The place is really very nice and I think it deserves to be there in the evening too. In short, highly recommended, the most beautiful in Venice. 16/07/2025: We walked in here at 9:30pm, and had our best pasta so far in Italy! I really like mine and it was so unique. Will definitely come back here! It was so delicious!! I almost cried when I ate it😭This shop was on the recommendation list of our B&B owner. Since it was not far away, we thought we would try our luck (and most of the reviews were in Italian) It was really worth it😭My rabbit meat wide pasta was super delicious. Please forgive me for my lack of words. There are really no words to describe the feeling at the moment. I can only say that this is the most unforgettable pasta in my 12-day trip to Italy✨And the tiramisu, which is wrapped in chocolate, is really a genius idea. Chef... Thank you... The dishes are really delicious... I must come back to eat when I visit Florence next year

25/07/2025: Edit: I ordered again, and the same thing happened, so I called to discuss. We figured out that when you order with a delivery app, the riders have to have gluten-free foods wrapped in plastic film to prevent cross-contamination; the humidity makes the toppings slide off the pizza. So, Roberto, not only made me a new pizza, but he personally delivered it in his car! How wonderful, give Roberto a raise! I'm very happy, thanks Roberto 🍕 Good food, and if you eat at a restaurant, the gluten-free pizza is very good. But there's a problem with gluten-free pizza on delivery. Every time my pizza arrives completely decomposed, all the ingredients don't fit on the pizza, and it's a disaster. On the other hand, my partner's regular pizza never happens. It's strange, I understand, and also a problem with transportation, but it's not without reason that only the gluten-free pizza arrives like this and the others don't.

16/07/2025: I was in this very very nice place yesterday, my partner and I arrived late but they were still very kind and excellent in the whole service, we ate a platter of mussels with pepper and for the second course a pizza and the tuna made very very well! Compliments to everyone both for the service and for the dishes (and thanks again for the limoncello offered and the small discount ❤️) I will very very willingly come again!
