21/07/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I would, since they didn't even serve us. We just wanted to get two coffees, so we lined up at the register, waited for the people ahead of us, and then the girl at the register turned around and went the other way, without even saying a word to us. We waited a bit longer, but she started serving people who had arrived later from the other side, even though I was there trying to get her attention by saying "excuse me?". We tried asking the man making the coffees to have them prepared and then pay, and he, too, pretended nothing was happening, turned around, and made the coffee only for a man he knew... terrible experience. It's a shame because the display case is very tempting, but the staff should change jobs.

12/07/2025: Bad coffee, stale fruit with a fermented taste, and the donut was cold and hard even though it was 7:30 am. My wife couldn't eat the sandwich because it was so bad. In short, it was rubbish. A total disaster.

13/07/2025: Central location. 3-night stay. We stayed in a suite for 6 people, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was faulty (quite noisy and water was leaking). This problem already existed before our arrival, as there was a completely soaked towel under the unit. Despite reporting it several times during our stay, no repairs were made! In the bathroom, the shower seals were not watertight. We also encountered problems with the hot water, which was sometimes impossible to obtain. We therefore had to wash ourselves with cold water several times. The price charged was not worth the services.

08/07/2025: Abominable! We were ripped off by this hotel and had to find another room elsewhere. I never saw my money again!

25/07/2025: Pedí una pizza y un Mohito, todo iba bien hasta que encontré pelo en medio de beber en un vaso... Problemas de limpieza. No volveré aquí por segunda vez

07/07/2025: Nous étions en famille. Nous avons commandé 2 bruschetta (pour presque 12€ l'unité) et des boissons. On nous a apporté des tranches de pain blanc épais avec un minimum d'ingrédients dessus (j'imagine pour aller à l'économie) et sans aucune saveur. Même pas pris le soin d'assaisonner un minimum les tomates. On retrouvait des vagues traces de mozzarella. En Bref, une volonté à peine dissimulée de faire payer les touristes sans s'inquiéter de ce qu'on leur sert. Manque de respect du client. Passez votre chemin.

24/03/2025: TOTALE DELUSIONE,pizzette senza anima condimento scialbo prezzi esosi ,non sono esposti i cartellini con gli ingredienti e relativo prezzo (obbligatorio per legge ).“panino ripieno “ non era altro che un tozzo di pasta imbevuta di olio abbastanza cruda ,insipido .

26/07/2025: 2 soggy and sour cannoli (which must have been on display for at least 3 days) for the modest sum of 12 euros, terrible experience, avoid it like the plague... Now I'm seriously afraid of feeling sick from having ingested that rubbish.

12/07/2025: Would not describe the croissant sandwich as having croissant, more like croissant shaped bread. Ice cream was good. Felt very rushed to decide which ice cream flavors to get. Barely had time to read all the flavors; I don't think there was anyone waiting.

27/07/2025: Cena per 2. un antipasto misto coi salumi del triglia e li vai sul sicuro e un tagliolino al tartufo un po indietro di sale a mio gusto e quindi chiedo a uno dei camerieri di poter avere al tavolo sale e pepe, ma mai mi sono stati serviti. Come secondo un maialino al forno, non un granché, secco e palesemente riscaldato, fuori caldo e interno freddo, e un filetto al gorgonzola ,buono , da bere una bottiglia d'acqua ,una di vino frizzante della casa ,2 birre icnusa 33cl e poi 4 amari (2 a testa).... totale € 130,00!!!! Roba da matti!! Servizio gentile ma poco attento ,a tratti confusionario. il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto sbilanciato a mio parere,a questi prezzi si mangia in pianura coi piedi nella sabbia!!! Sconsigliato!!!!

27/07/2025: Abbiamo optato per un filetto alla griglia che ha lasciato molto a desiderare..... stracotto e insipido..... a mio modo non sarebbe neanche stato il caso di portarlo.... abbiamo speso in 5 €. 175,00 per 4 spritz, due bottiglie di acqua un piatto a testa di cui un primo ed un maialino di latte, quattro contorni (che sei obbligato a prendere in quanto il piatto viene portato esclusivamente con tre foglie rucola), tre dessert e quattro caffè.... stracaro......

06/08/2025: ⭐️ 1 out of 5 stars "Good food – but the service takes away your appetite" The food was really good: the meat was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and tasted of a high standard. The chef knows their craft – no question about it. What completely ruined the evening, however, was the service. While the staff were constantly present – almost intrusive – it wasn't in a good way. They were rushed, constantly interrupted, and asked questions at a breathless pace without even waiting to see if you'd finished speaking. The hustle and bustle at the table was almost unbearable; you felt more like you were being brushed off than served. Top-notch food, but service like a fast-food restaurant with a nuisance factor – that just doesn't fit together. We might come back again because of the food, but only if something fundamental changes in the way the service is handled.

02/08/2025: The table staff were rude, inattentive, and sloppy. The service was somewhat erratic when it came out. The jokes were unappreciated, and it felt like they were trying to clear the table. The food was good, but the quality/price ratio was absolutely unjustified. The atmosphere and location were the only redeeming features.

25/07/2025: I think it's the hardest, most tasteless sandwich I've ever eaten. A piece of wood would have been softer... I'll give you a tip: remove the pith from the inside of the top piece and you'll see that they'll be lower and easier to bite into and chew.

22/06/2025: Hi, I don't think it's right to close a swimming pool available to a village to inaugurate a restaurant, especially without putting any notices where everyone can read.

20/06/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't want to dwell on the reviews I'd seen previously, but I felt the same way as the dissatisfied travelers... Unsanitary mobile home with cockroaches, a rusty fridge, minimal cleaning... a day without water... ABSOLUTELY AVOID. It's a shame because the campsite is well located for visiting Tuscany (we were able to do everything by train because the station is nearby and the parking is free). The welcome was excellent, the staff friendly, but they couldn't find a way to relocate us to another rental. Nice pool area.

01/07/2025: Non sanno che significa stare al pubblico ! I pezzi salati (panini etc.) non portano mai il cartellino del costo. Schiacciatina tonda di circonferenza 11 cm al costo di 5 euro con formaggio e melanzane. Un succo di frutta, normalissimo 3,50 euro al supermercato il solito a 1,50 euro ! Non c'è male come ricarico !

22/06/2025: Excelente servicio para nuestro grupo escolar. Buena comida. Preciosa decoración en un espacio fresco. Los 3 platos eran muy sabrosos y frescos. Nuestro camarero trabajó muy duro y era encantador.

22/02/2025: Location molto bella, locale pure. Servizio rapido ma prezzi troppo troppo alti: la pizza più economica è la classica margherita a 12€, non vi dico le altre!! In più, a parer mio, dovrebbero stendere maggiormente l’impasto, allargando il disco di pasta, per farla essere più sottile. Per chiudere, la qualità dei prodotti non è assolutamente in linea con i prezzi

15/02/2025: Una cena davvero splendida, peccato davvero il comportamento scorretto Prenoto tramite TheFork per 3 persone con una scontostica del 20% Porto sue amiche e, al momento di pagare chiedo il totale da pagare sulla app e mi viene presentato uno scontrino fiscale ( a tutti gli effetti) peccato che una volta effettuato il pagamento mi viene detto che avevo sbagliato e che quello era solo un pre conto .. quindi il mio sconto di 18 € se ne va a far benedire- per una cena di pizza 91 € non c è male- ero così infastidito che ho lasciato lo scontrino sul tavolo e sono uscito senza nemmeno salutare- a chi mi accompagnava e’ stato proposto che avrebbe dovuto annullare la prenotazione fatta sul app per avere i 50 yums che erano un mio diritto con il pagamento(CHE HO FATTO ) tramite app Davvero bello rovinare una splendida cena , con ottimo cibo per risparmiare 18€

25/07/2025: Il turismo a Cortona è talmente tanto che purtroppo si perde l'attenzione al cliente. Io ed il mio compagno durante la colazione in questo bar abbiamo potuto constatare quanto la certezza dell'avere tanto tutti i giorni, possa portare a lavorare con superficialità tanto da creare disagio in quel piccolo momento di spensieratezza del cliente. La nostra esperienza tanto negativa è iniziata appena ci siamo seduti al tavolo: il cameriere che ci ha raggiunti al tavolo, prima dell'ordinazione ci ha chiesto se pagavamo in contanti o con bancomat senza fermarsi continuando a camminare. E' tornato poco dopo con carta e penna, abbiamo ordinato due cornetti e due caffè, le brioche sono arrivate poco dopo i caffè li stiamo ancora aspettando...sono arrivati almeno dopo 15 minuti. Stessa cosa ha fatto con un cliente abituale con cui il cameriere si è però scusato. Faccio presente che il bar non era affollato e che il cameriere si aggirava tra i tavolini esterni sbandierando una pezza in mano con cui sfiorava i tavolini. Allora io mi chiedo: ma se la presenza costanza del turismo, soprattutto americani e quindi la conferma del posto di lavoro per i camerieri, il guadagno per i proprietari, la certezza del vivere grazie al lavoro, non basta ad vare la voglia di lavorare con piacere, ma di cosa si ha bisogno?! Il totale della colazione "spezzata" è stato di 10,50 euro che avrei pagato volentieri anche di piu' se il servizio al tavolo (ben pagato) fosse stato all'altezza!

17/07/2025: Nice location, but rude and incompetent staff. The wait between the starters and main courses was about 2 hours. Main courses started at €50 and up (not justified). You can't spend €100 a head and eat on paper placemats.

18/08/2025: What a shame that we have a pizza place in Florence that serves cardboard pizza. Horrible. They should be banned from selling pizza for what they sell. Over priced on everything even soda. Soda was €6. The dough was 100% frozen and nothing else was even food. Don't go. Stay hungry if you have to.
