14/06/2025: So I've never seen this before, I take a bottle of wine, the waitress serves 2 full glasses! Without showing the bottle and without letting you taste, she notices that there is a bit of cork in one glass and without saying anything goes to throw the glass away!!! I ask her where it is? She tells me we'll give you a discount!!!!! I'm hallucinating! And no action to correct this basic error.
Either the meal was okay!

20/07/2025: The price is high. It doesn’t not worth it. The ice cream is super sweet. The quality isn’t good. When we sat inside, they drove us away, saying that we had to pay extra money to sit in there. However, no one at the checkout told us about this. Horrible.

18/07/2025: Premesso che fra le domande di Tripadvisor ne manca una importante: "rilasciano ricevuta fiscale?" NO, a nessuno. In una cena fra amici, Il cuoco/titolare ci ha trattato malissimo e ad alta voce perché eravamo 2 in più rispetto alla prenotazione, urlando nome e cognome della persona che aveva telefonato. Abbiamo dovuto ordinare quello che voleva lui (pizze) e non troppo diverse! Cibo pessimo, trattamento peggio. Al conto nessuna ricevuta! Un'esperienza da film dell'orrore!

26/04/2025: La posizione sarebbe anche buona con un bel panorama, ma il personale è veramente pessimo, la gentilezza e l’educazione non sanno neanche cosa siano. Uno dei peggiori locali in cui sia mai stato. Sconsiglio vivamente.

02/06/2025: La poca cortesia che io ho ricevuto ieri dal personale è stata quasi al limite della maleducazione. Capisco che l’1 o il 2 giugno possa esserci stata molta affluenza e che il barista potesse essere stanco/stressato ma entrare nel bar per gustare un buon caffè al bancone e dover andar via con l’amaro in bocca della rispostaccia ricevuta è stato davvero poco spiacevole.

07/06/2025: Estábamos buscando un lugar para un café rápido y un aperitivo, y nos encontramos con este pequeño pero perfectamente formado café.
Opté por Espresso, mi esposa tomó el café con leche y tomamos un par de cannoli. Muy buen café y los cannoli eran geniales. Los baños también estaban en buenas condiciones, pero es posible que tenga que pedir al personal de acceso.

Il caffè era pure basso, cappuccino praticamente costava quasi meno del caffè 🤦🏼♀️

19/06/2025: My girlfriend and I arrive, we order 2 cups of yogurt (from the machine) to take away, one small and one large, and randomly they charge us €10, later we saw the prices at the table which were different, so be careful because they set the prices based on your mood.

The food is completely average, and the waiters don't even bother to crack a smile.
Avoid!
09/08/2025: Simply avoid. Servers who barely give us time to leave our meal and wait with dishcloths in hand for us to leave.
We're still waiting for someone to come and take our order for the rest of our meal.
As for the food, the truffle risotto...certainly a revisited dish; it should be called risotto with truffle vermicelli...not bad.
Good atmosphere nonetheless thanks to the lively place.
We had the rest of our meal across the street.

La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo!

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria.
nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più.
Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

27/07/2025: Absolutely impressed! Every dish was incredibly delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The service was outstanding as well. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Highly recommended and definitely a place I’d love to come back to again!

20/07/2025: We received a voucher from a nearby B&B for breakfast at the Kinzica Pisa bar. Everything was delicious, fresh, and absolutely clean.
The products on display were excellent ♥️
In addition to what was included in the voucher, we ordered more, and I was surprised by the prices. Kudos to the young man who served us, excellent work ✌️
After years of working in the restaurant business, I recognize quality establishments!

If we're in this area again in the future, we'll definitely be back.
19/07/2025: Took forever to even get menus, then again to order. The pasta was crunchy and the water bottle was tiny. Avoid if possible.
