Traditional Tuscan food well made with excellent ingredients. We had the truffle mushroom pasta and the Florentine steak.
The service was really kind with a family atmosphere

Excellent selection of wines, cured meats, and cheeses. The rest of the menu is also good.
The staff was friendly, calm, and never intrusive.
27/09/2025: Ambiente piccolo e carino, ben arredato e curato. Ottima carta e scelta dei vini per tutte le tasche e x ogni occasione. Menù dei piatti del giorno curato e interessante. Piatti belli e soprattutto buoni e ben cucinati. Ottimo anche l'impiattamento. Da provare sicuramente.

02/11/2025: All the dishes we tasted were excellent (tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and truffle, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, Florentine steak, seadas, crema catalana, tiramisu, Sardinian myrtle).
15/10/2025: Everything was delicious, very large, we ordered pizza and a calzone, delicious, super big, a calzone for two was great.

23/07/2025: Appaltino was recommended to me at the post office, 100 meters away. I didn't regret it. Spaghetti with clams was truly delicious, like a well-known restaurant, the coffee was excellent, which is very important to me, and the hostess was very kind. Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: Children are not welcome unless you give them a phone and force them to stay at the table. It was a terrible experience.
16/10/2025: The atmosphere is not suitable for children. There is no changing table for the little ones. They didn't open until 12:31 (despite several customers outside). The food is average and the prices are exorbitant. The owners are rude.

- A pasta dish with inedible bits of fat (€9) for the gentleman and spaghetti swimming in oil (€8) for the lady.
- €8.50 for a plate of uncooked chickpeas.
- €2.50 per place setting (a fork, no knife)
- €2 for tap water
Add to that, a very cold welcome.
This restaurant is not worth a detour.

02/11/2025: We walked in at 7pm with no reservation. The friendly staff quickly sprung into action making a table for my family of 4.
The food was amazing, fresh seafood pasta, fresh vegetables and a lovely atmosphere in front of the fire.
Well worth a visit.
