15/09/2025: One of my favorite places. The girls are so nice, they always make you laugh. Their professionalism and friendliness are evident, in fact, they're overwhelming. And the food is excellent. If you want breakfast in the morning or an aperitif in the afternoon, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is delightful. It's simple and located in the heart of the city center. Just steps from the sea.

06/09/2025: The atmosphere is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated, so quiet you can read a book in peace and quiet, and the staff are so friendly—you feel right at home. They also have gluten-free options for breakfast.

26/10/2025: A pit stop on our way back north in this super cute village. The lady at the B&B recommended this restaurant, which was about a 10-minute walk from the village center. The atmosphere is very retro, yet very welcoming. The service was quick and the staff were kind and courteous. The food was delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

29/10/2025: We had dinner at Da Maria in Giglio Castello — the food was good, fairly average overall, but the price felt a bit too high. For a group meal with one starter, one main course, and one dessert, it came to around €50 per person.

21/09/2025: I won't say how much I spent in total, because I've eaten that amount elsewhere and left satisfied with what I ate. Paying €40 for two risottos where you had to search for the rice grains hidden between a mussel, two shrimp, and four clams seems excessive to me. When you then realize the portion at the next table is larger, you feel cheated. Likewise, €30 for a fried dish that also included cheap vegetables and sardines, considered a low-cost fish, seems excessive. And finally, when I came to pay, I was told they even gave me a discount because they made me wait. I was even too kind to give it two stars.

28/09/2025: We waited an hour for our food. One of us was served half an hour before the others. For €15, we got three small, dry pieces of fish. However, the organic Chianti wine was very good. The server was very pleasant. We didn't order dessert.

21/10/2025: Last weekend, I found myself with my partner spending a wonderful weekend in the Siena hills. During our visit to the city, we decided to have lunch, just in time for lunch, and were welcomed by the Antica Trattoria Stalloreggi... The quality of the cured meats on the platter was worthy of the best hospital-style Camst, even in appearance. The pici were perfectly made; even the guanciale was flavorless and overpowered by the glue that seemed to coat the pasta (it's cooked in boiling water). Unfortunately, the waitress was left alone to serve when the place was almost full, so she was probably tired but polite, fortunately more so than the house white wine. Let's conclude with the setting, which is in a beautiful village in the center of Siena, simple and rustic, typical of a hillside trattoria. The prices are absolutely unreasonable for the quality: €60 for an appetizer, a first course, two vegetable side dishes, half a liter of colored water (called wine)... if you're going for coffee, highly recommended. Thanks anyway

17/09/2025: I only stayed 1 night, but overall it was a very positive experience... My room (overlooking the pool) was small but well-maintained... Comfortable beds Not all channels were visible in my room. In the evening, you can hear the train in the distance, but it's not a bother... The restaurant is good. The only drawback for those staying here on a business trip is that it's too late after 8:00. In my case, it should be at 7:00, like in most places... It's a shame, because the location is a bit out of the way, but very charming...

29/08/2025: This beach resort, which has a partnership with the Poggio dei Pini residence, offers free parking for guests. The restaurant is open for lunch: the spaghetti allo scoglio (seafood spaghetti) served straight from the pan is excellent! The fried shrimp, cuttlefish, and calamari, served with vegetables, are also delicious.

12/10/2025: Terrible service. They overcharged us and refused to acknowledge or refund it. Poor product, for tourists, and poor manners.

20/10/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us for a lunch/dinner featuring typical Tuscan cuisine. Indeed, the Tuscan dishes are there, and they're not bad (but nothing exceptional), at least some of them. However, the prices seemed very high compared to other restaurants in nearby towns.

18/10/2025: A simple charcuterie plate and a glass of Chianti - a lovely afternoon treat! There were six types of cured meats and two local cheeses on the small platter. The woman helping spoke some English and was very nice and accommodating. All in all a great, low key experience!

27/09/2025: A pleasant surprise!! Quality cured meats and cheeses?! Normal prices. We ordered a large cured meats and cheese platter, costing 18 euros. Really good. Worth it!! Fresh bread!!
