03/06/2025: Dining at Crispi's in Arezzo was a winning choice! The place is welcoming and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The quality of the food was excellent, we enjoyed the cold cuts, the Tuscan appetizer and also the pizza. The only complaint is the price, perhaps a little high compared to other places, but considering the quality and service, it could be worth going back. I recommend trying their dishes. 4/5 stars.

25/05/2025: First time...passing by as tourists. Truly exceptional! Delicious sandwiches, you can taste the quality of the meat and all the ingredients! Excellent beers! Courteous, attentive and helpful staff! Fair prices for what and how you eat.

21/07/2025: I'm from Florence and have been to this restaurant several times, but now it's no longer a good pizzeria but is exclusively a tourist restaurant. The ingredients are no longer of good quality, and we had a truly awful pizza. The buffalo mozzarella, ordered raw, tasted like block mozzarella. A real shame.

15/05/2025: Best gelato so far and staff are very helpful and friendly. Apparently they make all their own gelato and it’s a different recipe for each type. Unlike lots of places where they use the same base mixture.

24/07/2025: Wonderful place surrounded by greenery, clean pool with a wonderful view, we had lunch under an oak tree, it was great, all the dishes were delicious, the waitresses were kind and helpful, we will definitely be back

13/07/2025: The ideal place to find tranquility. You'll be pampered in a discreet manner by staff who love their work and are professional. The owner is incredibly serious and down-to-earth. The location is spectacular, ideal for relaxing by the pool or walking the estate's trails. The cellar is very well-kept; I can't drink wine, but I've stocked up to give to friends. For those who don't like being in touch with nature, we're in the countryside, with a wooded area. Fortunately, there are many insects, and the crops are organic; there's always a bee, wasp, or butterfly nearby. I sincerely hope to return next year. Lastly, a touch of art is present in every corner of the estate.

08/07/2025: The atmosphere is typically non-touristy, and the menu is quite limited, but fresh and tasty. The older lady serving is very friendly, and although she only speaks Italian, you'll manage somehow ;)

16/03/2025: I had graduation dinner with my friends. The food was very good, the starters were really plentiful and varied, and the first courses especially the lasagna, delicious. Their sangria is also very good. The intimate and welcoming environment, there were 11 of us but it can accommodate many more people, and you have the entire room at your disposal. Finally the lady who served us from start to finish, very nice. Very good value for money, I really recommend this place for events such as graduations, birthdays or other events.

21/06/2025: We really regret only staying one night here and not getting a chance to enjoy a meal here! When we left they were preparing lunch and it smelled sooo good! The owner was also really lovely.

09/06/2025: We felt at home in this place. We ate very well, admired the beautiful view from the very clean and well-kept room. We couldn't have arrived in a better place to end our vacation. We were welcomed with smiles and kindness, we will definitely be back!

06/07/2025: DISAPPOINTMENT! I remembered having eaten well there, but today the appetizers were of poor quality and bad flavor, seafood rice: where was the rice? To put some rice under your teeth you have to look for it among the shells almost exclusively of mussels and very little of anything else, fried seafood: 2 pieces of squid and shrimp so small that you couldn't even feel them in your mouth. The staff serving at the table is a saving grace: kind, helpful and attentive to customers

06/07/2025: Room is ok, clean even if a bit old. Pool is nice. The place is very nice. What we DIDN'T like is the BAD BREAKFAST. Please improve it.

The room's design and furnishings are thoughtfully curated. The breakfast service provides a diverse selection of options and is meticulously presented.

13/07/2025: Era tanto tempo che aspettavo di andare a provare la cucina dello chef Lucia. In una cornice favolosa abbiamo davvero apprezzato i piatti curati nei minimi particolari e davvero buonissimi. Servizio gentile e cordiale. Un posto dove tornerò sicuramente!

27/06/2025: We were in Volterra to explore the city and learn a bit about its rich history. When we got hungry, we stopped at this centrally located restaurant for pizza and a drink. To drink, we ordered Coke and iced tea. The drinks we ordered were heavily diluted with water, so the taste was barely noticeable. The pizza (we had one with arugula and ham) was very lightly topped, and the arugula was very dry and old. Up until that point, the experience wasn't that good, but it was okay. When we wanted to pay, we were told that we had to pay up front and that it was cash only. The waiter handed us a calculator and said that the meal cost €10 per portion. As a side note, our meal actually cost only €28. The reason given was that the tax on the food wasn't included. Since we didn't want to get into an argument, we paid and left quickly. In retrospect, however, we quickly realized that this was a scam to scam tourists. It's a shame, because the restaurant had a really nice ambiance.

20/06/2025: Delicious pizza and drinks at great prices, and very friendly service. We went there twice during our vacation. Definitely recommend it.

21/06/2025: La Trattoria Il Giardino è una vera istituzione a Firenze, un angolo di autenticità dove tradizione e calore si incontrano in ogni dettaglio. A rendere tutto ancora più speciale c’è Manlio, il gestore: accogliente, generoso, sempre pronto a raccontarti con passione ogni piatto e a farti sentire come un amico di vecchia data. Il menù è un inno alla cucina toscana: lo stracotto é morbido, saporito, cotto lentamente come vuole la tradizione. I pici al ragù’ sono un capolavoro, mentre la fiorentina è semplicemente perfetta: tenera, succosa e cotta alla perfezione. Ottima anche la selezione di vini, rigorosamente toscani, con proposte che esaltano ogni piatto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che onesto, considerando l’eccellenza dei prodotti e l’esperienza complessiva. L’ambiente è curato ma informale, perfetto per una cena tra amici, in famiglia o anche per un’occasione romantica. Il servizio è rapido, attento e sempre con il sorriso. Chi cerca la vera cucina fiorentina, con porzioni generose, ingredienti di qualità e un’accoglienza sincera, non può non passare da Il Giardino. Grazie Manlio, tornerò presto. E porterò rinforzi!
