29/01/2025: Dall'esterno il locale quasi non si nota e sembra piuttosto un negozio di generi alimentari. All'interno però ci sono cinque tavoli apparecchiati semplicemente, mentre spiccano un banco frigorifero pieno di prelibatezze e vari scaffali pieni di vini, marmellate ecc. Il menu scritto su alcune lavagne elenca soprattutto piatti tipici toscani, tutti (almeno quelli sperimentati) di eccellente qualità. Il personale è incredibilmente attento e servizievole, ben al di sopra della media regionale. Il conto assai ragionevole. Un ottimo indirizzo per chi cerca semplicità e piatti genuini!

08/04/2025: Posto molto carino e pizze ottime. Il funzionamento del locale è molto alternativo e ideale per passare una serata diversa e in compagnia. Prezzi onesti e locale ben arredato. Peccato per il trattamento riservatoci dal personale, spesso abbastanza scortese. Capisco che gestire tavoli grandi nel fine settimana non sia semplice, ma la colpa non è dei clienti e rispondere con educazione a persone che per prime si approcciano con gentilezza fa parte del lavoro a contatto col pubblico

01/04/2025: I only gave one star to the place not so much for the decor, which is a welcoming place, but for the cold you suffer inside, I recommend choosing the tables further inside because the ones next to the windows make you die and we don't even enjoy dinner, which is a shame because the food isn't bad.

20/03/2025: Really good food😃 There are many restaurants here in Tirrenia. Lo Squalo stands out in a positive way. The service is dedicated and they take their time with the guests. The menu is varied. The dishes are of high quality and lovingly prepared. A modern, playful atmosphere that makes you feel good. An insider tip 👍

03/04/2025: We found ourselves in Piombino for a medical visit and then we stopped for a quick lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by this place, really all good and abundant dishes with an exceptional quality/price, we ate inside and even though it was full it was nice but there are also tables outside, really highly recommended. P.S. if I have to make a criticism I advise the chef not to use too much salt and maybe to put a greater choice of desserts

20/02/2025: Wonderful arancini 🥹 they are really good, I took the vegetarian one with ricotta and the one with ham!! Fantastic. The cannoli inspired me as much as the cassata and everything else. A little corner full of goodness.

23/02/2025: Abbiamo chiamato alle 20e30 per chiedere se avessero posto per 10 persone, in 5 minuti ci hanno richiamato per dirci che ci avrebbero trovato un tavolo. Arrivati dopo 10 minuti e il tavolo era pronto. Personale gentile e nonostante oltre a noi ci fosse un altra tavolata da 15 persone il servizio è stato rapido. Abbiamo preso tutti pizza a diversi gusti ed è piaciuta a tutti. Non abbiamo provato antipasti e primi però possiamo dire che la pizza era molto buona e ben digeribile...che non è da dare per scontato

18/01/2025: I've known this pizzeria for a long time and I've always enjoyed it, it's been a while since I went to eat, but I've always liked the place both in winter and in summer with the outdoor tables. We took two pizzas, one of which was gourmet, water and half a liter of white wine, costing €32.50. The tomato used is from Mutti and the mozzarella is I think fiordilatte, very good dough, so we will definitely return, the quality and good price maintained over time

06/04/2025: Always a good point of reference in Impruneta for breakfast, a quick lunch, a coffee or an aperitif. Beautiful terrace with splendid view of Piazza Buondelmonti!
