03/05/2025: A true pearl in the heart of Noto! We had the pleasure of eating at Putia del Coppo and… what can I say? An experience that absolutely deserves to be told! The fried fish was simply divine: light, dry, crispy at the right point and with very fresh fish. A real pleasure! Swordfish arancini? Incredible. So good that we made an encore: perfect frying, balanced taste and authentic seafood flavour. Plus, the owner is very nice, welcoming and passionate. You can breathe love for cooking and attention to the customer. A must see if you are in Noto. Congratulations, we will definitely be back!

25/04/2025: In a word; awesome !!! In addition to being a super friendly and pleasant place, the owner is adorable, super attentive to her customers and full of humor. But the best are still the dishes, which are incredibly good, served with generosity (we had a full stomach afterward 😀) and of course the value for money is more than present, since the dishes are not too expensive. Clearly, if you go to Syracuse, stop by this little restaurant, it is worth it.

Last week I had the privilege of staying in the magnificent "Palmento" Suite that literally took my breath away. The evocative atmosphere that you breathe inside is something unique, a real journey back in time that envelops you and enchants you. Every detail, from the care of the furnishings to the light, contributes to creating an unforgettable experience, full of charm and history. But what made this stay truly special were the wonderful people I met: Ilaria and Raimondo. They were not just hoteliers, but warm and welcoming presences that made me feel like a friend, not just a guest. Their availability, their kindness and their genuine passion for what they do are evident in every gesture. You can immediately perceive the love they put into making each person feel at ease and pampered. And speaking of passion... I absolutely have to mention Ilaria's incredible talent in the kitchen. Her skill is something exceptional! On the last night, she delighted us with a freshly caught snapper that made me forget about all the pre-packaged tourist menus that, unfortunately, have become the norm. It was a dish that contained the authentic flavor of the sea and the enthusiasm of those who love to cook with their heart. This opinion comes from someone who deals with nutrition and food for a living, so very critical. When I arrived I realized that my expectations were met. enchanting location with attention to the smallest details. large and clean rooms. I encountered a problem with the bathroom (an accidental event) and my room was immediately changed. good dinner at the restaurant. excellent breakfasts above the farmhouse targets, all delicious and with great variety. A special thanks to Alessandro who follows customers step by step, always available and friendly. We will definitely return. Thank you
