29/06/2025: This is a small location in the middle of nature! Everything is very well cared for in the smallest details! The structure is family-run and I have been frequenting it for many years; since 2025 the Datterino restaurant is no longer active but you can still eat excellent dishes cooked by Mrs. Ilaria. Coming here is like coming home and if you expect a mass place then it is not the ideal place but if you expect a lot of kindness, love in doing things and a lot of tranquility then you are in the right place.

Last week I had the privilege of staying in the magnificent "Palmento" Suite that literally took my breath away. The evocative atmosphere that you breathe inside is something unique, a real journey back in time that envelops you and enchants you. Every detail, from the care of the furnishings to the light, contributes to creating an unforgettable experience, full of charm and history. But what made this stay truly special were the wonderful people I met: Ilaria and Raimondo. They were not just hoteliers, but warm and welcoming presences that made me feel like a friend, not just a guest. Their availability, their kindness and their genuine passion for what they do are evident in every gesture. You can immediately perceive the love they put into making each person feel at ease and pampered. And speaking of passion... I absolutely have to mention Ilaria's incredible talent in the kitchen. Her skill is something exceptional! On the last night, she delighted us with a freshly caught snapper that made me forget about all the pre-packaged tourist menus that, unfortunately, have become the norm. It was a dish that contained the authentic flavor of the sea and the enthusiasm of those who love to cook with their heart. This opinion comes from someone who deals with nutrition and food for a living, so very critical. I recommend this enchanting place to anyone looking not just for a place to sleep, but for an experience that nourishes the soul, a refuge where you can feel truly welcome and cared for. 21/06/2025: Location bella e accogliente pizza immangiabile il sotto tutto bruciato,siamo stati tutti male la notte 2 antipasti di mare 44 euro un piatto grandissimo e pochissima frittura tutto super carissimo coperto 4 euro a persona lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate

21/06/2025: Excellent food, from fish starters to pizza and side dishes. Very close to the historic centre of Noto. It was suggested to us by the owner of the B&B Melissa. Highly recommended. Compliments to the owner Fabrizio for his friendliness and exceptional cuisine

14/05/2025: Decent pasta but do even try fish or see food. We had a sword fish which was very tiny slice plus a few slices of eggplant. See food fried mix was really awful .. it was like Lidl frozen stuff which spent to much time in frying and may be put to microwave. A few squid rings.. small octopuses and lot of small crispy fish hard to chew.

09/09/2024: Ci hanno accolti con un bel tavolo nonostante avessimo chiamato all’ultimo momento e il locale fosse pieno. Tutto il personale molto gentile. Buoni i piatti di terra e medio bassi i prezzi. Vorrei tornare per provare la pizza.

29/07/2024: Il Locale carino e ha una ampia veranda, il personale gentile e attento, pizze buone e prezzi nella media. Anche la trattoria è molto buona, È stata una piacevole esperienza anche se quando abbiamo chiesto dell'olio ci hanno portato dell'olio in bustine, quello industriale per interdeci, proveniente dalla Unione europea. Col tantissimo olio buono che abbiano nelle nostre zone questo non lo accetto, infatti alla fine non ne ho usato. Comunque è un locale che consiglio.

22/06/2025: I had marinated sea bass with white wine Scialuso, my husband had calzone pizza and white beer, then lemon sorbet for me, tiramisu for him! What can I say? Everything was perfect ☺️
