We chose Onda Blu in Syracuse to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday, and it was simply perfect, a night that will remain in our fondest memories. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great elegance, professionalism, and truly rare customer service. The restaurant management stands out for its impeccable organization, friendliness, and attention to every detail, creating a refined yet warm and familiar atmosphere. The cuisine was exceptional in every way. The chef deserves the most sincere compliments: top-quality dishes, the freshest fish, authentic flavors, and impeccably presented. Each course was an extraordinary gastronomic experience, prepared with great passion and unparalleled quality. Great restaurant right by the sea, a lovely place with a refined atmosphere. Excellent food. Best mussels ever! Nice wine list :), reasonable prices.

The mussels and all the other dishes were excellent, the service was pleasant and discreet, and the ambiance was beautiful. The price-performance ratio is good; a highly recommended place.

We were satisfied with our meals but as for the wine, €10 a glass is grossly excessive and unjustified, especially when the price does not appear on the menu.

A pleasant lunch experience: excellent fresh fish, exceptional view. Friendly and efficient staff. Plus, the on-site parking and garden are great for relaxing after lunch, enjoying the warm May sun and the view of Ortigia. The owners were very kind and made us use of the space for a long time. Recommended!

We haven't tried everything by any means, but what we did taste wasn't of outstanding quality, and the food didn't live up to the standards one would expect from a higher-priced restaurant.

A beautifully situated fish restaurant with a superb view of Ortigia and Etna. Super fresh fish, oysters, and shellfish. However, it's also quite pricey.
