Centrally located, just steps from numerous tourist attractions. Welcoming and clean rooms. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent and varied breakfast, with special attention to celiac disease by the friendly and talented chef Valentina, who is very much appreciated: a variety of sweet and savory dishes, fresh and imaginative, different every morning. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights at the end of February 2026. Good location, facilities, decor, and furnishings. Areas for improvement: make it easier to cast to the TV in the room and check the shower trays to ensure they are not so slippery.

Amzing staff, very nice rooms and a great chef also preparing bfast daily with daily changes not to make it boring. Easy free parking around, quite and not far from Ortigia (5-7min) to get to the bridge. The chef came with a small tart and candle at breakfast for my birthday, how sweet is that :). Thank you chef. Also thank you Valentina you are an amazing host, helpful and genuinely caring. Boss give her a raise ;)

The breakfast was excellent, but what impressed me most was Danilo’s outstanding service. His explanations of the menu and his attitude were truly professional and memorable.

On vacation with my wife over the Epiphany long weekend, I stayed at the Caportigia boutique hotel. Kudos to the reception, breakfast room, and floor staff. They welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism. We found the rooms very clean, bright, and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. More than five stars. The hotel is in a great location, breakfast is great, staff is great, rooms are clean (although the door handle didn't hold very well) but in the evening there was no water (supposedly in the whole block) and the terrace with the jacuzzi was out of order. Definitely not 5 stars

15/04/2026: Excellent food, both takeout and table service. Excellent breakfasts, deli, ice cream, and desserts. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.
24/03/2026: An excellent bar in the near-center of Syracuse. An elegant location furnished with taste and simplicity. The pastries and breakfasts are delicious. Definitely a great place to spend a few minutes of the day in good company.

Eating surrounded by the splendid panorama of the Cavagrande lakes adds a touch of magic that makes the meal an unforgettable experience. The view outside the restaurant is rejuvenating, a true paradise for the eyes. 🍽️ The food was impeccable from start to finish: • Appetizers: Rich and authentic. • First and Second Courses: Superb food quality. • Dessert: A special mention! On Women's Day, the owner was so kind as to offer it. A classy gesture that demonstrates truly rare customer care. ⚡ Impeccable Service Despite the restaurant being completely full, the dining room was managed perfectly. The wait times were absolutely reasonable, and the staff remained efficient and friendly despite the crowd. In summary: If you're looking for great food, a breathtaking view, and a warm welcome, this is the place. We'll definitely be back and recommend it. P.S. Great value for money!
