02/02/2025: The first institution we visited after arriving. Fast service and friendly guys (waiters). We didn't wait long for the order

27/01/2025: We waited 20 minutes to ask. 1 hour to bring a hot mix that didn't have panelle because they were finished but if we didn't ask they wouldn't tell us anything. 15 minutes later they bring the grilled fish; nice to look at but cold. It's 20 minutes after the pasta. We asked to bring everything together. In short, more than an hour and a half for food that could be better. I have to say it was a Sunday at 1.40pm I understand that it's not the best time, but it's lunch time.

18/10/2024: if you are looking for, not just one, but "the pizzeria" you can't miss out on kneading!! crispy pizza with excellent quality ingredients, service and courtesy are at home at Pasquale. highly recommended!!!

17/03/2025: I have purchased various types of products, all excellent. Delicious brioches, arancini as well, the bread is offered in various types. I tried the simple baguette and the bread topped with olives, all of which were delicious. As for the pizza, I would like to point out that the piece mentioned by some reviews at €5 each probably doesn't take into account that it is a portion of Margherita seasoned very well with mozzarella and tomato. In addition to being excellent (it doesn't even look like gluten-free dough) it has the dimensions of a 22x12cm tray, so it is a portion of pizza, not 1 small pizza. I don't understand the negative comment. I also tried some sandwiches filled with wuster paid €1.00. I ordered everything the day before and found everything ready the next day, well packaged to face the plane journey. Perfect service and kind salespeople. I will definitely return

01/11/2024: Seeing a daisy for 5 euros made me nostalgic for the lira!!!! So: are you a little tired of choosing between 8 types of wheat, 6 leavening methods, DOP and DOC ingredients, and paying 18 euros for a pizza? Take a walk, pay attention to the navigator that will take you off the state road in vain, instead follow the barely visible sign indicating Agrigento, with caution since the horizontal signs are to be reported, and you will find yourself in the eighties!! With a bill written in pen. But who cares. Once in Bagheria, on a 15 euro pizza I paid an additional euro for a bit of red onion "from Villabate"... Maybe we'll go back one evening to try the first courses. Oh I forgot. The area is named for "U cudduruni", an opponent of the Bagherese sfincione. We got it, good, not top (Ciminna's should be top)

17/08/2024: Last year I was already in this place and now I can say that it has changed for the better. About a week ago my family and I went to dinner and spent little. The staff were super friendly and kind. The menu offers a wide choice of dishes. I recommend the "burrata" pizza for its simplicity, it is delicious, well cooked and the ingredients are very good.

Personale di sala qualificato, preparato, gentile, mettendo il cliente a proprio agio specialmente in presenza di clienti con intolleranze dando ogni supporto e consigli validi. Qualità dei prodotti ottima ed equilibrato il conto. Ottimo x trascorrere dei momenti di relax mentre di consumano i pasti specialmente in famiglia.

18/03/2025: My boyfriend and I often go here for dinner at the restaurant and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious and the friendly and approachable owner and waitresses helped us choose which foods to take. We were thrilled and will definitely be back!!
