This trattoria is located near Palermo's central station. It feels like stepping into another world: dated but very distinctive decor, traditional Palermo dishes, very friendly staff, and absolutely affordable prices. Highly recommended.

The location is strategic for the station, although not particularly charming.

Wonderful food: we were even allowed to change the type of pasta. The almond semifreddo was the best in the world! The cassata (ice cream) was very good and all homemade. The wine was decent!

I loved it. I stumbled across it while exploring the area, decided to go in, and was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, a local atmosphere, and more than reasonable prices. I paid €23 for spaghetti marinara, grilled beef steak, and half a liter of house wine. I left satisfied, and I recommend it if you're looking for local food and not a tourist trap.

The taste was acceptable, within the range that most Chinese people would find palatable.
We ordered grilled mixed seafood and seafood pasta. It's worth noting that the mixed seafood likely varies daily, depending on the restaurant's selection, so it felt a bit reliant on luck.
The seafood pasta was neither particularly good nor bad.
In terms of price, it was definitely more affordable than restaurants catering to tourists in the old town, making it relatively good value.
As many reviews have mentioned, the owner and servers weren't particularly friendly or welcoming. If you're not specifically looking for the service experience found in Chinese restaurants, this place is worth a visit.

I went there on a whim.
There was still a table free, perfect.
The food was fantastic, very tasty, and prepared with super fresh ingredients.
Beforehand, I had asked the restaurant manager what people eat for dinner in Palermo.
I ended up having an appetizer and a first course with anchovies. Absolutely delicious.
The restaurant is family-run. It's easy to strike up a conversation. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
