Abbiamo più volte scelto di pranzare/cenare, non solo per la qualità e bontà del cibo, ma anche per la cordialità e disponibilità del Sig. Mimmo e dei suoi familiari. Abbiamo apprezzato le tagliatelle allo scrigno, i secondi a base di pesce e gli antipasti tipici siciliani. Porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Torneremo sicuramente

22/04/2025: Ho pranzato presso il ristorante “a Paranza” a Cefalù proprio ieri in occasione del giorno di Pasquetta. Conoscevamo il ristorante a campofelice di Roccella e siamo ritornati in quanto ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Nota super positiva, che sembra scontata, il pane! Buonissimo, uno dei più buoni mai mangiati… dico sul serio! Il proprietario durante l’attesa ci ha offerto un trancio di pizza con la cipolla e l’acciuga simile allo sfincione. Ottimo, buonissimo !!! Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di cozze, e insalata di mare tutto ottimo. Poi abbiamo ordinato pasta con le vongole, un fritto di paranza, e io ho ordinato un calamaro verace alla griglia ( che era buono, ma un po’ duro). Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza da ripetere perché il cibo è veramente ottimo. La prossima volta verrò per una pizza perché era veramente invitante !!! Grazie ancora al proprietario gentilissimo! A presto

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️. 21/09/2024: Atmosphere is fantastic. The service could have been a lot better. For the location and pace of Palermo it was snail-like service. The server seemed disinterested. It was a turn-off for a total bill of $80 Euro. We also asked for fresh olive oil in a bottle (as we saw on many other tables) and the waitress brought packets in plastic. Very disappointing for all the rave.

14/09/2024: Very warm welcome, fast service, many choices of dishes, pleasant location. The food was good and in sufficient quantities.

22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

23/05/2025: We were recommended this place, and based on the good reviews, we wanted to have dinner there. However, from the very first moment, we felt unwelcome. The service was terrible. Every other guest, except us, received a welcome from the kitchen with their drinks. The main courses took a while to arrive, but were quite good. However, for the price, we would have expected more. A drink and a main course per person cost €50. We wouldn't go there again, as Palermo has many nicer restaurants to offer.

15/05/2025: Found this restaurant when we were walking around Palermo and looked a very nice place so we booked for a 20:30 booking . When we arrived on the evening it was busy with locals so you know it must be good . Service was very good food was amazing and the atmosphere was great . While we were sat there we could a women singing and a brass band and then all of a sudden they came round the corner about 20 men carrying Jesus on a cross, from one church to another and then had a massive night math outside church and then walked back to the church they came from playing music . It was lovely to see would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Palermo, we will when we go back next definitely. Grazie

02/06/2025: Terrible experience. Okay, it was a holiday, but waiting an hour for appetizers, seeing tables arrive later and served earlier is not nice.. after 40 minutes from the appetizer I asked about the first courses, they assured me 3 minutes flat, but they arrived after a good 10. They apologized, it's true.. but no special treatment. The bill was paid, the location was better than the food. Anyway, a bad way to end a beautiful vacation in Palermo. If you really have to, do it as the first stop and get it over with..

01/05/2025: Io e mia sorella siamo state a Palermo per una breve vacanza e abbiamo scoperto tra gli innumerevoli ristoranti questo posto incantevole è molto ospitale.Il cibo è eccellente, di qualità e il servizio perfetto Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

12/05/2025: everything was horrible except the drinks, the terrible burgers as well as the ice cream which was not at all Italian and should be called Sicilian ice cream. the bread was not fresh and hard. my stomach hurts. the only positive situation was the presence of the kind and welcoming waiters. update because I can't answer: I had a stomach ache until lunch and I kindly invite you, the owner, to go and have dinner here too and try the same experience I had. I know the meat sector very well and I know what I'm saying. I repeat, the bread was very hard and at least from the day before. For information, ice cream leaves a bitter aftertaste and a color far from pistachio. It pains me to give a negative review to a place but I feel obliged to warn tourists.

05/05/2025: Attention, lousy scam! We wanted to pay straight away, which the waiter dismissed, saying we were on holiday. We were then served bread which we did not order. In the end there was €2 on the bill.

27/12/2024: Sarebbe gradito che i gestori aggiornassero orari e giorni di chiusura per evitare la brutta esperienza di far tanti chilometri per niente. Peccato!
