01/08/2025: We visited the Via Pagano location and ordered the pistachio and romanaccia pizzas, two truly delicious ones. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The atmosphere was warm, like a modern pizzeria, exuding deliciousness. Excellent, highly recommended.

05/07/2025: A "historic" bakery: that churns out many delicacies that can be eaten on the spot or taken away. Excellent pizzas, sfincione, desserts and the inevitable cannoli with Piana ricotta. Friendly and helpful staff. On-site consumption includes a couple of outdoor tables.

11/07/2025: Last week, I ordered a Sicilian cassata and asked for it to be packaged in a travel size. They were very professional and attentive to detail. It took me 24 hours to arrive, temperature-controlled, of course. After my guests were amazed at the magnificent decoration, I received compliments on the incredible deliciousness of this cassata. I extend these compliments to Bar la Nuova Foresta.

22/04/2025: nel risotto è stato trovato un capello e, la cameriera lo ha ritirato con aria schifata che era quasi intatto, come si vede dalla foto. Da quel momento non abbiamo avuto più riscontro: non dico la proposta di rifarlo, ma almeno un "ci dispiace". Il cassiere non ha voluto saperne nulla e mi ha addebitato il piatto rifiutandosi di specificare quanto fornito. Vista la serietà con cui sitrattano i clienti : MAI PIÙ

21/07/2025: Attirés par la petite terrasse intérieure, notre avis est mitigé. Nous avions envie d'un carpaccio de boeuf mais nous nous sommes egalemenr laisse tenter par une pizza en plat. Comment est ce possible de rater une pizza en Italie. Par contre nos entrées et le tiramisu étaient excellent. Service un peu lent mais prix raisonnable.

24/05/2025: Good afternoon, the only reason I'm not giving zero stars is because it wasn't expected. Poor quality food, salty and almost improvised cooking, the service leaves much to be desired, little competence. We had dinner in two meat menus, the only decent dish, even if salty, was the panelle. The rest was the result of an improvised (cook) if you can call it that. We hoped to save ourselves with the dessert, alas, cheesecake, generally of undefined taste except for the saltiness. What can I say, €60 on promo, we don't dare imagine eating the same quality à la carte. but we certainly won't go back, nor do we recommend it. We're sorry, but if you don't have the skills and competences, it means it's not the right job.

22/06/2025: finally frisku returns to its origins, (last summer many of us were disappointed by the price and quantity of the ice cream, the quality is always top) nice full brioche excellent price a family can afford to enjoy an ice cream at a good price, compliments to the owners attentive in everything and ready to satisfy the customers rating 10

07/07/2025: Our private dinner with Andrea in Palermo was truly one of the best experiences of our trip. His space was bright, artfully decorated, and full of charm. Andrea was a warm and gracious host who prepared one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in all of Sicily. An unforgettable evening filled with great food, atmosphere, and hospitality.

31/07/2025: I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was excellent, with well-leavened dough, top-quality ingredients, and reasonable prices. There are many pizzerias that boast about their quality but are ultimately overpriced and subpar. Well, this isn't one of them. The outdoor terrace with gazebo is also lovely, pleasantly warm even in the height of summer.

22/07/2025: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, mediocre pizza, very long waiting times, more than 1 hour for 4 pizzas and there was no confusion.
