21/12/2025: I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a takeout pizza, which, believe me, was a rip-off for €25. I recommend reviewing the price and, above all, the quality of the ingredients. Low-quality ham, mushrooms that just smelled, not to mention the inedible, bitter olives, and the sour sauce... I'm sorry, but for what you're charging, it's not worth anything. A Buitoni pizza is better.

03/03/2026: As a Vietnamese person, I feel offended that this dish is called pho ( Zuppa Pho ). The broth is bland and tasteless. I had to order an extra bowl of fish sauce just to be able to eat it. Pho shouldn't have cabbage and kimchi inside. The beef wasn't the right kind either. The price is too expensive for the quality. Please change the name of this dish from pho because it's not pho at all !! Edit : Okey, I will attached the real Pho for you people who can not cook asian food to see!!

10/10/2025: Granita was on my list — and what can I say… maybe the combo of brioche and gelato just isn’t for me. The ice cream was amazing, but the brioche — not so much. If I came back, I’d definitely go for just the pistachio gelato.

13/10/2025: Great bread and biscotti. The espresso cannolo is one of the best I've ever tried. The cakes are delicious. The pizza and ready meals are also worth a try. Everything is truly fantastic. Both the bread and biscotti and the espresso cannolo from Piana.

26/09/2025: Sicilian culinary tradition, from appetizers to desserts, is updated and evolved in Claudio's dishes. Excellent service from the talented Giuseppe and a beautiful venue (even in summer) provide the perfect backdrop for this food and wine experience. The menu, constantly updated with seasonal ingredients, and the refinement and respect for the finest ingredients blend harmoniously in the dishes, offering a high-quality experience. I definitely recommend stopping at this restaurant.

19/03/2026: I went to this place for a business lunch with a friend. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food we ordered was good quality, although the portions were a bit smaller than average. The service was a bit of a letdown: despite the restaurant having several free tables, we were asked to leave our lunch table rather abruptly by a member of staff. It was also unfortunate that a blonde woman was uncooperative when we asked for the menu. It's a real shame, because there's potential, but the customer service could definitely be improved. Customer service could be improved.

10/03/2026: I had dinner at Bioesserì and had a very up-and-down experience. I ordered two dishes from their "classic" menu, namely the veal with tuna sauce and the pork cheek, both very good and I would definitely order again. Then I ordered two special arancini offered for Santa Lucia, but I was extremely disappointed. They were huge, the rice was undercooked, the filling was minimal, and the breading fell off, almost inedible. It's a shame because it ruins the goodness of the previous dish. I wonder, if you're not good at making something, why do you offer it at your restaurant for double the price, passing it off as gourmet... just to catch the current trend? The restaurant was very crowded, and I found the service a bit chaotic.

18/10/2025: We called and booked by chance since we've never been to Terrasini, but we'll definitely be back to eat at this restaurant. It's easy to find since it's located right off the highway. The entrance isn't particularly inviting, but I recommend this restaurant 100%. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and the staff is very quick and friendly. We chose fish, but there were plenty of meat options on the menu. (Fresh, high-quality fish) There are various dining areas, both inside and outside, both in the sun and under a portico. You can choose between lunch, dinner, or an aperitif—in short, try it and believe it. 5 stars, well deserved!

01/10/2025: I stayed at this campsite and had a wonderful time! The prefabricated cabins are truly charming, meticulously designed and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. A welcoming and functional environment, perfect for both a short stay and a longer vacation. The staff was extremely kind and always available, ready to meet every need with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

09/11/2025: I've never received a stinking cuttlefish dish, immediately returned it, specifying the reason, and found it included in the bill for €30.00. I pointed out the lapse in style, with respect to fundamental rules that apply to restaurant relationships, but to no avail. I was met with a wall of arrogance and probably also ignorance regarding the aforementioned rules. I paid, hoping to never encounter such workers rescued from unemployment again.

05/11/2025: We celebrated my daughter's birthday once again. It's enough to mention the reservation: at my first mention, the response was "I'll say yes, call me tomorrow and we'll make the arrangements." Then, on site, as always, the staff were professional and the wait times were more than decent (on a Saturday, for 11 young people and 4 other guests at a separate table). Everyone, from the manager to the staff, was always helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere was pleasant, as always. The pizza was very good and easy to digest, as always. Thank you, and let's leave aside some of the scathing reviews.

16/03/2026: 5 stars!!! Very beautiful and welcoming place!! The staff were courteous, friendly, and very professional. The music was very pleasant, and the location was very strategic. We had a wonderful meal, and the cocktails were expertly crafted!

22/02/2026: A place NOT to return to. When they say: "all talk and no action." When you're interested in "stealing" people's money, without caring about the customers. It's unthinkable that from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM dinner still wasn't served, that dishes intended for other tables were brought out three times, that despite several joking requests, at 11:00 PM you still haven't let me eat. The owners/managers were also sitting at the table next to ours. The least you could do was get up and figure out what was going on, or maybe offer them a snack to pass the time, or a drink, or whatever. Instead, there were just waiters who didn't know... At which point, feeling rather annoyed, I told them they could cancel my order and that I didn't intend to pay for what I'd drunk, because that was no way to run a restaurant. "He" (I don't know if he was the owner or the owner's husband...) heard me say that the place was awful and that I wouldn't be back, and that I'd be writing bad reviews. I moved closer to the musicians, at which point he got up and started arguing with my friends, who hadn't said anything, but given the tone and arrogance with which this rude guy addressed the ladies, my friend's husband had to intervene. In short, since instead of apologizing and finding a solution, they also wanted to be accountable and right, they decided to leave. My friend wanted to pay for what we had drunk, but the lady didn't want to: at least she tried to make amends. The only polite person who apologized was the guy who brought the drinks, but I told him he had nothing to do with it, but that wasn't how you run a place. Obviously, I won't set foot in there again, and I advise anyone against it, because there are so many places to eat in Palermo, and the warm welcome that the world envies us was certainly unknown to these people. Besides, we're not talking about a little place with tables in the middle of the street, but a place that should be of a certain level (obviously only aesthetically), given the prices and the limited selection of wines by the glass and beers.

09/12/2025: It was a pleasant evening, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy the food very much. It was a very light aperitif, so much so that some of our guests ordered pasta because they were hungry. The evening was accompanied by live music, but it wasn't anything special, very limited. But at least it was in tune. The unpleasant surprise came with the bill: paying almost €40 per person for nothing is unthinkable. I won't be returning.
