31/05/2025: Title: "The Mystery Sandwiches – Chronicles of Three Hungry Teachers" On a sunny Sicilian afternoon, when even the cats seem to melt on the sidewalks and the shops close their shutters like Egyptian tombs, three schoolmates, armed only with backpacks, irony, and desperation, venture along Corso Umberto I in Cinisi. The sun beats down, hunger pangs gnaw at their stomachs. Time has passed, 2 PM has long since struck, and their hopes are as faint as worn chalk. "We can't eat here anymore!" exclaims the first, in a tone reminiscent of a Greek tragedy. "Not even a sandwich in sight..." sighs the second, ready to give up. But the third, the most intrepid of the trio, peers down the street and... sees it. A sign. A flash. "The Art of Bread": the only remaining bastion in that gastronomic desert. A vibrant bakery. Busy. Illuminated by smiles and the smell of baking. The three of them, as if they were Tomb Raiders of flour, throw open the door like in a Western. Inside, the girls at the counter, true priestesses of irony, welcome them with an energy not seen on the first day of school. Two of them order sandwiches. But the third, the slightly more poetic (or hungrier) one, goes all out for the Sicilian sfincione. One bite and... BAM! Ecstasy. A warm, flavorful caress on the taste buds, with that soft base that seems to be made of clouds mixed with tomato and oregano. And since destiny had been rewritten, a Coca-Cola was a must. But not just any Coca-Cola: one with your name printed on it. The mission begins: "Find the name of your heart." She fishes it out. But the name is... the wrong one. "Nooooo, not that name!" the other two shout, as if they'd seen an ex at the supermarket. Laughter, teasing, and in the end? All three of them buy it. Like any self-respecting legend, the obstacle turns into a celebration. Honorable mention to the owner and staff: ironic, brilliant, with a quick wit and the desire to make every customer feel part of a little floury fairytale. And so, between laughter and crumbs, the teachers discover a place they'd never been before, in a part of the course they'd never been before. Because sometimes the best roads are the ones less traveled. Congratulations to L'Arte del Pane: for the sandwiches, the sfincione... and the unexpected culinary adventure. We'll be back. But this time... with more names on the Coke. 😄

12/11/2025: We ordered two platters of rotisserie for an event. Super punctual and everything was excellent.

13/10/2025: Excellent bakery! Bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the authentic aroma of natural leavening. The croissants and focaccia are also excellent. Friendly staff and fair prices. A must-visit every morning!

15/09/2025: Francesco Paolo and Aurora's wedding on September 13, 2025. A beautifully maintained venue, made beautiful and welcoming by the polite, kind, and super-professional staff. Excellent, plentiful food. Highly qualified, cheerful, and above all, extremely polite waiting staff. Well organized. Excellent and creative babysitting service. The entertainment was fun, engaging, and never vulgar. The almost brotherly collaboration of the staff and the waiting staff was noteworthy. Ample on-site parking. Highly recommended for any event; an unforgettable experience.

02/11/2025: We had lunch with friends and had a great time. The staff was kind and helpful, the set menu was good and plentiful, and the prices were still similar to those of a farmhouse.

09/10/2025: I booked this place because I wanted a special experience in Sicily for my birthday during my honeymoon. The food was impeccable. I could tell they used fresh ingredients, and each dish was something I'd never tasted before. I ate six courses, and each course was explained in detail, and the wine pairings were perfect. For dessert, they even played "Happy Birthday" on a violin! It was a bit pricey, but it was an experience that went beyond just a meal. I loved it 😍

07/07/2025: Our private dinner with Andrea in Palermo was truly one of the best experiences of our trip. His space was bright, artfully decorated, and full of charm. Andrea was a warm and gracious host who prepared one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in all of Sicily. An unforgettable evening filled with great food, atmosphere, and hospitality.

03/11/2025: While visiting Cefalu, based on the good Google reviews, we went to Tivitti for dinner. We were craving pizza, and the oysters, which I love, were a very pleasant surprise. I recommend them.

07/10/2025: We booked a table on the terrace, which enjoys a splendid view of the Sferracavallo sea. We chose the fixed seafood menu, generous portions, excellent dishes, everything very good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return to Grecale. I highly recommend it.

30/09/2025: My favorite place ♥️ From the pastry shop to the delicatessen, from the rotisserie to the ice cream, everything that comes out of that workshop is magic! I chose them for my birthday cakes, for friends, relatives, and anyone who asked me for advice. I also chose them for my wedding catering and, of course, for the wedding cake. Needless to say, they were impeccable in every way! Not to mention the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness of the staff, who have now become a group of friends to me ♥️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for courtesy, professionalism, and above all, quality!

22/10/2025: There fir water and maybe cornetto late morning. Snotty waiter let us wait 15 minutes before showing up. We asked for our waters and menu. Said no menu as it was not yet lunch. He left. When he had not returned 20 minutes later we left. Suspect not a fan of tourists. Oh well.
