19/10/2025: I don’t know a lot about Italian food, but here’s what I know: I’ve been in Italy for a month and this was the best meal I’ve had. Amazing. Crazy good. The melon prosciutto was so good - I couldn’t believe it. I had pizza; everyone else had pasta. Everything was great. So fairly priced. Stay away from the touristy places and go where the locals go, which is here.

07/07/2025: Bellissima atmosfera con vista mare, perfetta per una serata rilassante o una cena speciale. Il pesce è cucinato alla perfezione: fresco, saporito e presentato con grande cura. In particolare, consiglio vivamente le braciole di pesce spada e le linguine alle vongole, davvero deliziose. Anche le pizze sono ottime, ben cotte e con ingredienti di qualità. Il tutto è accompagnato da una vasta selezione di vini e prosecco. Servizio attento, cordiale e professionale. Consigliatissimo!

22/10/2025: We arrived well ahead of our scheduled time, but despite this, and despite there being seven of us, we were greeted with great kindness and courtesy by the "hostess" (I call her that because it was like being her guests, not just customers). Given how early we arrived, a long wait would have been the least we could have expected, but instead, none of that happened; we were served in a very reasonable amount of time. As for the dishes they served (all of which were very popular), I can say that the ingredients used were incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. The combinations were spot on, and the food didn't taste at all of MSG (as is often the case in some restaurants), yet each ingredient retained its own flavor, lending each dish its own contribution to a pleasant harmony on the palate. The staff seemed very attentive and eager to accommodate our requests, and all of this happened with a packed restaurant! As for the bill, we paid a little below average for a seafood lunch, but I repeat, the quality was far superior. What more can I say? I think we'll definitely return to this welcoming restaurant in the future, and I recommend everyone reading this to try it. I returned with the same group of friends after two years due to COVID, which brought the entire world to a standstill. What more can I add to what I've already written? An old saying goes, "It can get worse." Well, if you come to Vincenzo, and return after a while, you'll discover that "it can get better" too. The staff is welcoming and attentive to your every need, and the dishes are always top-quality and in keeping with the best Sicilian tradition. The owner, despite the restaurant being packed with customers, carried out her duties as if she were in the privacy of her own kitchen, not failing to exchange jokes with us and other customers, a sign of a certain confidence in the trust she has in the dining room and kitchen staff. I confirm the five stars and regret not being able to add more. I thought I could stop here with my praise for this place, but instead I'm back to heaping praise upon praise. The location had already changed a few years ago, when they moved a hundred meters or so in the direction of Messina, but returning today with the same group as always, we discovered that the place has been completely renovated. We can certainly say that their passion for preparing the food, always delicious and using fresh ingredients, has also been reflected in the care with which they have furnished the rooms, making the restaurant a refined and welcoming environment. Nothing to add to the proverbial courtesy of the staff, from the lady to her son, attentive and quick to understand and interpret the customers' needs. Last but not least, Mr. Vincenzo is excellent, an excellent chef and creator of the always flavorful dishes served. It's a shame we can't give more than five stars, but they would all be well deserved! This place definitely deserves to be included among those you should visit often! I keep coming to this welcoming and peaceful place and feel right at home. The dishes are always top-notch, both in terms of flavor and freshness. The generous portions have become legendary. The waiters, Hamza among them, are also friendly and welcoming, but the others are no exception. The five-star rating has been confirmed again this year. Always well-deserved.

21/10/2025: We happened upon the restaurant by chance. The food is incredibly delicious, the pizza super light and freshly topped. The Sicilian starter (with mortadella, pistachios, and mozzarella) and the homemade tiramisu are also highly recommended. The staff speaks good English, and the owner is fluent in German. We highly recommend this visit and would gladly return! Mille grazie!!

29/08/2025: We were on a trip to Grado and, not knowing where to go for lunch, we asked a local, "When you want to eat good fish, where do you go?" The answer was De Gustibus. We sat at a table outside and were served immediately by two extremely kind waitresses. We ordered: two mussel soups in white sauce, fusilloni with shrimp and tomato sauce, and spaghetti with clams. All accompanied by a good local sparkling wine, mineral water, and two digestifs on the rocks. Since the place was very welcoming and we weren't pressured by the staff, we enjoyed a top-notch lunch, relaxing and enjoying good food. Good value. Fresh local fish. We'll be back.

24/09/2025: One of the best delis in the area: the selection is truly varied, both for starters and main courses and for hot dishes (the arancini are excellent and available in several different varieties, each one better than the last). I particularly recommend the highly original focaccia with spicy boneless chicken wings and the various types of lasagna (such as the one with zucchini). The meatloaf is extraordinary.

21/09/2025: The food was absolutely delicious, the hosts are wonderful people, and the whole experience was just amazing. Along with great food, you also get a taste of the authentic Sicilian local atmosphere.

06/10/2025: Review for "Aloha Mare" – Santa Teresa di Riva Beautiful and welcoming place, with friendly, courteous, and always available staff. The raw fish dish was simply superb, as were the two first courses. Kudos to the chef: his skill in the kitchen is truly evident, especially in his respect for and appreciation of such prized fish. Truly, congratulations.

Consigliamo vivamente il Lido Mezzo Limone a Castel di Tusa per un'esperienza indimenticabile. Noi non la dimenticheremo mai!!!! Grazie di cuore per questi splendidi 10 giorni. 28/06/2025: Lido tranquillo ma con alcune carenze. La spiaggia non aiuta. Sassi enormi e per fare il bagno si devono obbligatoriamente indossare le scarpe. Docce vecchie. Bagni puliti. Ristorante così così. Polpo con patate: il polpo era duro e palesemente surgelato. Spaghetti allo scoglio salati…come i prezzi troppo alti per il posto ed il servizio offerto. Due gelati confezionati (un cornetto piccolo Algida e un Cucciolone euro 5,50. Insomma…

17/10/2025: From the first meeting to the wedding day, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail; we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was available, attentive, and always smiling, ready to satisfy every request, both ours and our guests'. The service was impeccable, the cuisine exceptional, and the location dreamy—everything contributed to making the day truly unforgettable. Even the vendors Luisa recommended, from the pastry shop to the wedding planner to the children's entertainer, were professional, helpful, and offered excellent value for money, fulfilling our every wish. All our guests complimented us, and we can only extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for the professionalism and passion with which they made our wedding special. If you dream of a fairytale day, it can come true with deja vu.

10/10/2025: This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is great. It tastes like you are eating in a Sicilian home. The pork is delicious especially the grilled pork chop and the sausage. The best restaurant in all of Sicily. Always worth the drive. The owner is so welcoming and gracious. Do not pass up a chance to eat here and enjoy the views and the atmosphere of the place.

30/09/2025: A highly recommended restaurant. It was a great surprise. We had a menu consisting of several starters (local cheeses and cured meats, fried bread, assorted mushrooms, etc.), all of great quality and delicious. The first course was two types of pasta, and the main course was grilled meat, followed by dessert and homemade limoncello. Fifteen of us came to this restaurant on the recommendation of our guide, KiKe, during a tour of Sicily.

23/09/2025: Beware of the grappa rip-off! After you've ordered and received the bill, a grappa is placed in front of you. You think it's on the house, since the bill was already ordered and the grappa wasn't. When you then want to pay, you're billed for the grappa separately, and the old bill is torn up. The food was okay, but this rip-off ruined our evening.

The worst part was the service, they looked at us in the wrong way since the beginning, i would give it a -3 if the app let me... The woman looks at you as if she annoyed by your presence. Wouldn't recommend it

12/09/2025: We came here inspired by the positive reviews, which, in my opinion, were overrated. There are better pizzas out there, and these days, there simply can't be a restaurant without a written menu, where you can choose based on the ingredients and, above all, the price of the various dishes.

12/10/2025: Very friendly service! The waiters signore Sebastiano, signora Anjuna and everyone else were excellent personal. The food was delicious - nerver had such good grilled fish before. Especially the tuna steak. We loved it and will definitely come back! Thank you for this great experience!
