13/11/2025: The food was decent, cooked a bit too oily in my opinion, which made us feel full quickly! We went as two couples. We wanted to share two fish cascade menus, paying the additional drinks and service charges (not to save money), but to avoid feeling heavy, because we had a dance party to attend. The staff wouldn't let us do that, something we've done in every restaurant! In the end, we ordered two menus, a fish cascade, plus two more main courses, leaving a lot of food! We were a bit disappointed! Because the dining room staff didn't understand our needs! But it must have been a decision of the management!

19/11/2025: This place was a wonderful discovery during my sailing trip and it truly didn’t disappoint. The local food is fantastic, the service rivals top restaurants anywhere, and to top it off, it also operates as a wine shop with an impressive selection of excellent local treasures. Highly recommended for individuals and families looking for a memorable experience, high-quality food and wine, and a charming local ambiance!

20/10/2025: Beautiful place, unique and original, a piano at the entrance with a pianist to give a touch of exclusivity, even if not everyone may like eating with music that drowns out your conversation with the diners, we had pizzas with bruschetta and mixed fried food, good pizzas (not exceptional) and expensive, bruschetta good and expensive, chips poor, salty and expensive, it was Saturday, the place was full but not very full but before they served us the pizzas we waited too long, anyway pleasant evening, the important thing is to be in good company

The menu is a bit confusing, but the combination of quotes and art in general is much appreciated.

The room was clean, and the location was fantastic.
At the rooftop bar, you can enjoy delicious cocktails with a phenomenal view. We even got a treat. They really want to pamper you.
Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: Isola dei Sapori is a lovely family-run restaurant managed by Luana and Gaetano. They serve the freshest seafood straight from the sea, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—a true symphony for the palate. The service is excellent, and Luana is exceptionally friendly and attentive, even entertaining our children with great creativity. As a grand finale, we enjoyed the homemade lava cake prepared by their daughter—a perfect ending to a wonderful meal and journey of flavours!

16/07/2025: We loved our experience here! Beautiful, romantic cocktail bar for a date. We were recommended some very nice cocktails according to our preferences. It was very exciting to be seated outside on the steps, which offered amazing views. Drinks a bit expensive, but you can tell that they are qualitative. Definitely recommend the place at least for some drinks!

The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. However, the strong floral scent in the space was a bit overwhelming and clashed with the enjoyment of the food. Despite that, it was an overall pleasant experience and worth a visit.

They were incredibly kind, helpful, and extremely professional, ready to accommodate my every need with great flexibility and courtesy.
Excellent value for money, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and the courtesy and elegance truly made the difference.
We also loved the newlyweds' corner, with the complimentary sparkling wine and personalized gift: a gesture that touched us deeply and that we will cherish until our first anniversary, when we'll open it to toast the memory of that wonderful day. 💍🥂

26/09/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Taormina, nestled in a quiet, secluded alley. The food is excellent in quality and flavor, not to mention the selection of exclusively Sicilian wines, which further enhances the flavors of the excellent cuisine.
Viola and Gabriele are a true asset with their knowledge and kindness.
Highly recommended!!

07/12/2025: Today, December 7, 2025, my mom and I went to this place for lunch, which we found by chance on the outdoor terrace. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and I'd say it was excellent value for money.
We ordered two first courses and an appetizer, which were truly excellent. Nothing to complain about. They also offered us bruschetta with exceptional olive oil.
The dishes were super generous and not loaded with oil or salt (which I prefer, since I was afraid my first course, with the sardine, would be too salty).
The octopus was tender and still warm, and with the contrasting freshness of the arugula and tomato, it was superb.
In short, needless to say, I would recommend it to anyone spending a day in the beautiful Taormina.
28/11/2025: Wonderful family run establishment in the heart of Corso Umberto! Walk in with family of 5 but they accommodated us no problem. Service was excellent and food was delicious! My pasta was to die for…portions are great and we all left happy and full! Grazie Team Gambero Rosso!

01/11/2025: We ate at La Lampara. They have very good wood-fired pizzas. You can watch them being baked. The pasta dishes are also very good and highly recommended.

Stays open late, perfect for a meal after climbing the volcano. Highly recommended.
