28/07/2024: Trattoria-style restaurant near the center of Santa Marina. Nice location, with tables arranged on two levels, a first small courtyard and on the first floor under a patio. There are no indoor tables with air conditioning. Excellent fish, very fresh. On the kitchen side, if you ask for sliced ​​albacore make sure you ask for it medium rare, or they will practically bring you slightly seared raw fish. Another detail: The mussels taken were very good, very clean, but they had a very salty broth, the waiter justified himself by saying that the saltiness came from the mussels, but I would have expected at least a small caress on the final bill. The service was good, but here too there were some small flaws: for example, the dessert was forgotten (the waiter had to remember the order) and the squid finished after having ordered them (and we had to fall back on another dish). Overall a good experience, I would go back.

Thin and crunchy, one of the very few pizzerias that still make pizza like this (and thank goodness, because I love pizza thin and crunchy, I don't like contemporary pizza). Cooked in an electric oven, and I personally consider this an advantage too. If you are looking for a pizza as good as those of the past, this is the right place for nostalgic people like me who don't like contemporary pizzas
