07/07/2026: I ordered a carbonara, but unfortunately, I received something completely different. A true carbonara consists of guanciale, egg, pecorino Romano, and pepper – this one used ordinary bacon instead, and the sauce tasted more like mayonnaise than a classic carbonara. The typical flavor was completely missing. For the price, I expected much more. Very disappointing.

06/07/2026: Ordered Carbonara and pasta vongole. Sauce and flavouring was good, but pasta was al al dente. Not sure why a pasta dish for 24 Euros is severely undercooked?? Do better please.

13/06/2026: Up the stairs in a Taoramina alleyway you will find this little gem of a restaurant! We came here as a group of 6 and ordered EVERYTHING on the menu to share AND every dish was absolutely perfect! The place is very authentic and charming, the service was warm and friendly and the prices were great! Definitely one of our favorites in Sicily!

09/06/2026: We had a fantastic experience at 3/4. The chef was in the dining room and was extremely attentive, making excellent recommendations. The zucchini tortelloni is spectacular and the ricotta ravioli dessert is divine. Congratulations on the experience, fantastic!

24/07/2026: A lovely rustic restaurant with simple, well-prepared dishes. Excellent service from the wait staff, but unfortunately, for two pizzas and a sausage dish, we had to wait a long time (45 minutes), and we had to ask several times how our dishes were progressing. We'll definitely be back, hoping for faster service. I recommend it because it's excellent value.

Each course is served on beautiful hand-decorated ceramics, which makes the meal even more special. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the squid ink risotto was exquisite. 07/01/2026: They served us a pizza with obvious burnt parts without asking if we wanted to request a replacement. To make matters worse, even though we'd left burnt leftovers on our plates, the waitress took our plates away as if nothing had happened. Highly not recommended.

The host Salvatore had the experience in restaurant business all over the world - from England to Australia - and it is shown in this very special place. Highly recommended!

26/07/2026: Girlfriend got unwell in front, he took us in for the airco, gave her a chair and elevated her legs then gave her an apple juice for her blood pressure. When we wanted to pay he would not take payment because he did it out of kindness to help someone. Very kind people and a beautiful restaurant!

The pizza was truly delicious, with a light crust and super-fresh ingredients, like the colorful cherry tomatoes that added a wonderful pop of color to the dish. The dessert was also a pleasant surprise, carefully presented with a dollop of whipped cream. The place is welcoming, and I will definitely return. Highly recommended for those seeking quality.

16/06/2026: We regret having to give this establishment a 2 rating, especially since we had very high expectations when we arrived, especially based on the excellent reviews we'd read. Unfortunately, we must point out a few aspects of our dinner that weren't to our liking: As soon as we arrived at our table, we were somewhat disappointed to learn that the menu featured 10 different Margherita pizzas. Sure, each one had a different sauce, mozzarella, or tomato, but ultimately, they were still Margherita pizzas. This isn't to criticize the restaurant's operational decisions; the owners must have had their own good reasons for promoting only one type of pizza, and we're not arguing with that. However, as customers, we would have appreciated at least having been informed of this temporary situation when we made our phone reservation so we could have adjusted accordingly. After all, when I go to a pizzeria, I expect to be able to choose from at least 6-7 different flavors, not 10 identical ones. This isn't a common situation and should therefore be communicated in advance, especially if I call a few hours before to make a reservation. The pizza itself wasn't even the best. We're not referring to the quality of the ingredients, which we can't comment on... but alas, the pizza was truly lacking in toppings, meaning very little mozzarella and a few cherry tomatoes (there were many "empty" spots where you could see the dough underneath). It was too crunchy, almost like eating a bruschetta without any toppings, and as a result, it also seemed quite light; light in the sense that, when we usually eat pizza, we struggle to finish it all; in this case, we left the table still hungry. Finally, we'd like to emphasize that even though we didn't order appetizers (precisely because a whole pizza usually fills us up), we didn't spend a fortune. We definitely won't be returning.

01/07/2026: An excellent family-run trattoria surrounded by greenery. All dishes are strictly zero-mile, using local ingredients, from the appetizers to the meats and first courses. Everything is excellent. The owner is attentive and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. The wines are good, including an excellent red wine by the glass. Recommended.
