I was on holiday passing through Laino and came across this bistro out of curiosity after reading the many positive reviews, and I have to admit, they were all absolutely right. The place is beautiful, the food is divine, especially the pizza, which is among the best I've ever had, and the service is fast and attentive. What can I say... full marks!

23/10/2025: We loved the food at this restaurant. Everything was fast and delicious. Sitting by the sea, it was very romantic. At first, we were hesitant about the film around the tables, but then we realized it was a great idea, as cars drive nearby, and the film allows you to eat without breathing in exhaust fumes. The only downside is that the toilet stall doesn't close, but I think this is temporary and will be fixed soon. 😇Otherwise, everything is fine. Good luck to you 🎉

07/11/2025: Delicious meat of all kinds. Quality and quantity guaranteed at the right price. The chops and sausage with caramelized onions are excellent. The lemon leaf meatballs are fantastic... I highly recommend them.

28/10/2025: We were on a sailing holiday and arrived in Salina marina for the night. We chose this restaurant because it was small but busy. We now know why it was busy even for off season. The food was fabulous. The yellowtail was especially good. Although a limited selection the wine was local and good. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: A fantastic experience for simple, classic with a twist Aeolian cuisine! We had a wonderful dinner while in Salina and would highly recommend the restaurant. Chef Fillipo is a genius when it comes to taking the most humble of local ingredients and turning them into absolute delicacies. Starting with the broad bean soup with herbed ricotta and anchovies a classic Sicilian soup taken to the next level with fresh herbed ricotta and salty anchovies. We both wanted meat for so we chose the black pork sausages and the house made beef spiedini both absolutely delicious and so simple and we both had the purslane salad, foraged from the local mountains and just delicious. The salted mandarin sorbet with Lemon jam was a perfect finish. We loved everything and would highly recommended you visit.

The pizza is made with passion; the staff doesn't skimp on the ingredients, which are also of excellent quality. One of the best I've ever had in Italy, anywhere in the world. I recommend it :)

27/08/2025: I discovered this bar by chance. While having breakfast one morning, I smelled the immense, pleasant aroma of arancini and panzerotti that were to die for! Now every year on vacation, it's my first and last stop! Congratulations to everyone, also for their politeness and kindness... unfortunately, very hard to find in Sicily...always sullen and listless! I recommend this bar to everyone! My compliments again 🍾

08/11/2025: Using a hockey expression, this restaurant delivered an amazing Hat Trick. The service, presentation and taste were absolutely fantastic. We started with the tuna tatare. Then followed that with the catch of the day cooked Siciliano style.We couldn’t leave without trying the Homemade PannaCotta. This has to have been one of the best fish restaurant I have tried in a very long time. Thank you Salvatore!

13/12/2025: Excellent restaurant for delicious seafood... I recommend the spaghetti with clams, fried calamari, and gnocchi with shrimp ragù. We'll definitely be back!!!

06/12/2025: We stopped by chance with our friends and, seeing the positive reviews, stopped for lunch. The scallops and cuttlefish broth were exceptional, and the fried calamari was equally good. The service was also excellent. The price was reasonable for the area.
